Ray Estrada did a great job installing our new AC and heater unit. He was very friendly and explained the process really well.

We had Jonathan Crockatt assess and fix some air flow issues we've had in our home for two years. He's the only technician who has come up with a solution. He changed out all our registers to newer, adjustable ones, and this has reduced the noise and air direction in all rooms. He was absolutely the best technician. Knowledgeable and very customer-focused. Champion has a star in Jonathan.

The team at Mountainside air installed our new HVAC system and a new mini split 6 years ago. They continue to service our home once a year.

Ray and his helper were incredible.
It was a little bit of a complicated installation for my two units and they worked from 7 AM to 9:45 PM and were still cheerful at the end.
I definitely got the best price on my units working with Champion and Costco and I know I will be in good hands if I have any issues in the future.
I also had a really great experience with Chuck, the salesman. He is very knowledgeable and really great at explaining the hows and whys of efficiency and upgrades, etc.
No one wants to get new HVAC (just me?), but they really made it as painless as possible. I would recommend Champion to anyone who has to be an adult and buy things like air conditioners.

Jonathan came to my condo to address an airflow issue. He assessed the situation, diagnosed the problem, and quickly and effectively made my condo's temperature more uniform and comfortable for me. I am so grateful for all his help! I also appreciate that he did not try to recommend expensive alternatives to address my problem.
I would definitely recommend Jonathan, and will request him if I have future issues.

I recently had a new AC system installed by Champion Air. While the initial installation didn’t go as smoothly as expected due to some communication issues with the original installer, the company truly showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Josh Gleason, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything was made right. I had an issue with a vibration in the AC line that made the system seem noisy, and Josh took the time to carefully diagnose and resolve it. Thanks to his dedication, the unit is now running smoothly and quietly.

The other technicians who came out were also friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which gave me confidence in the team as a whole.

I’m giving Champion Air a 5-star review because I believe a great company is not one that never has issues, but one that acknowledges them and takes responsibility to fix them. Champion Air did exactly that.

Despite a rocky start, I would 100% recommend Champion Air to anyone looking to get a new AC system installed. They stand behind their work, and people like Josh and the rest of his Team make all the difference.

Champion Air did an awesome install after my builder installed HVAC unit failed. They installed a brand new and more energy saving unit. Very professional process from beginning til post-installation. They gave an honest assessment of what broke and presented several options on what is cost-effective and reliable for the brutal AZ heat. The install was neat, very meticulous and top notch. The price was very competitive.
Can’t recommend Colbie and Chris enough if you need anything HVAC or related concerns.

Just had my scheduled maintenance done on my Champion Air installed Lennox AC units. My service technician was Jesse and he was awesome! In a pouring rain storm he simply set up his umbrella and went to work! He was efficient and professional! Great job Jesse!

Alex came to do seasonal maintenance. He took pictures and explained everything to me clearly and didn't try to take advantage of me. Alex is professional, skilled, and courteous. I appreciate his expertise! 10/10 will call him again.

Our AC stopped pushing cool air and I sent a message late Saturday night. Alex was at our door by noon on Sunday. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He didn’t try to oversell us-just gave us options including the repair. He even offered to swap out our filters for us that had been sitting in the garage. Happy with the results! Lots of competition out there, and they answered the call.

Fazeli came and explained the whole process and informed of pricing/quotes, we came to an agreement and the ball was rolling in to the actual installation. On the day of the installation the rest of the team came, which included Devyn, C. Garcia, C. Martinez, and J. Gehm they were knowledgeable
and expedient. This team provided a top class customer relations and installation of the A/C and furnace. Recognition from their manager is well deserved and should be given immediately! The team is above and beyond. We as a family thank you sincerely!
