Quick response to my service request on a Saturday. Stephen did an excellent job diagnosing our issue and was very helpful. He was able to fix the problem on the spot. We have used Integrity AC for at least 15 years and have had very good service.

Very honest technicians that don’t try to upsell you. I had another company try to sell me an entire unit for $12K vs the $700 repair that Integrity completed. They lived up to their name “Integrity.” I would HIGHLY recommend!

We have had Intergrity inspect our HVAC system and perform any needed repairs for 7+ years. Their technicians are knowledgeable and honest about needed repairs. Integrity is more than just a name for them!

Stephen was great! He came out and reviewed what another company came and told me about my compressor pressures and the need to add refrigerant/get my units fixed. He was honest and told me the pressures looked fine and there was no need to add at this time, along with the fact that our AC units were still operating in good condition!

We had great technicians installing our new a/c unit. They took their time and provided quality work. Very efficient and left everything very clean! Highly recommend if looking for a reliable company!

Integrity A/C & Heating is the BEST for A/C service and install of new A/C units. They have serviced my old unit for years. This year my old unit finally needed to be replaced. Integrity provided an estimate with 4 options and price points. The new unit is fantastic!

Integrity air is a great company to work with. It is easy to get a hold of their personnel as they’re not a big corporation. They care about customer service, they are professional and thorough. Our technician was great and very honest regarding whether we needed any updates. He even did extra cleaning which was much appreciated.

Integrity came and identified the problem and went out of their way to find the parts needed to repair our unit. The technicians were professional and punctual. They are great to work with and honest. I would recommend them to anyone needing an air conditioner contractor.

After moving on from the AC service company I used for 24 years upon learning no maintenance or little documented inspections were performed in the last few years, I read enough reviews to know Integrity Air Conditioning would be my first choice. Thankfully, they were available to come out within a day and did a full inspection and maintenance of the entire unit, complete with lots of pix, and they couldn't have been more thorough.
Johnny and Chris were both very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work with and left me with the assurance my AC system was in excellent condition for the summer months ahead. I now have a new AC service company! Thanks guys! Thanks to the front office too for getting me on the schedule so quickly, I so appreciated the attention.

Did everything expected when they said they would.Plenty of options to choose for new ac system were presented. Good companys are hard to find this is good one.

We had to replace our A/C system that was 15 years old. Received estimates from a number of different companies, decided to go with Integrity Air - so glad we did. They are a 5 star service Company - weren't the lowest price, but not the highest either. Really liked our interactions with Bryan, the owner - honest, straightforward, and listened to our needs vs trying to sell us something. His Son, Brady runs the install team - they did a flawless job removing the old system and installing the new equipment! Professional, on time, kept things clean, and no damage to the house! Communication was excellent. We are happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend them to anyone who has to replace or repair an A/C system. A+++

Our AC went out this morning. I called 4 other companies trying to use my warranty for parts and none else was able to. Integrity was super friendly and was able to come out and fix it same day! Johnny was also very friendly and answered all my questions.

Stephen was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to explain how our system works, why it matters, how it affects (or doesn't) air quality, and so many other things related to our system and home.

I had an ac unit with new ductwork put in 6 years ago and It’s the best investment I’ve made. Integrity had been servicing it ever since and they are so nice. Just had to make an emergent call on a 110 degree day and it was fixed within 2 hours. Thanks Stephen! Amazing service and they stand by their work.

Stephen provided amazing service and was incredibly kind and genuine. He educated us on our AC system and provided excellent recommendations. He did not try to sell us anything unnecessary. We will be using them as our AC techs from now on.

Just had a new Lennox split A/C installed today. The crew was all very good, cleaned up couldn't even tell any work was done and they were here for 8 hours. Just like the name states INTEGRITY!!!
