My old Lennox finally went out after 13 years. I went with Integrity Air for the complete replacement of our split system Lennox. The replacement from start to finish was excellent. They had three of their people for the job. All were courteous, knowledgeable, and knew their trade. After the install they left our home the way they found it - Clean.

The fact that they are Lennox Premier dealers was a plus. Family run business with strong ethics and business practices. I will be using them for our maintenance throughout the new systems life! I recommend them highly.

It was an easy and quick process with Integrity. Called around 9 am and before noon Stephen arrived. He was upfront with what part needed to be changed with our air conditioning unit. He was courteous and honest. Will definitely use Integrity’s service again.

Estimate was very reasonable, information given during initial visit was true and correct. No sales pitches, just what was wrong, what my options were and honest advice from an experienced professional. On installation day the team arrived promptly, worked diligently to complete all my work in one day. The team respected my home and were very willing to answer any questions. They left my home in very clean condition and the work they did was also very neat. I would highly recommend this organization especially if you don’t know much about heating and AC systems. Very trustworthy company.

Steven is the best! AC unit was not blowing cold air and within 15 minutes had diagnosed and fixed the issue for a fair price. Never tried to sell me a new unit or unneeded work.
Front office staff is immaculate with their customer care and scheduling. Communication is fast and efficient.

I have been using Integrity Air the last 6 years for the service of my AC unit. They are a great company and their service guys are the best. Shout out to Johnny!!!! Their name says it all. They do not try to “up sale” on anything and provide honest feedback on any repairs that are needed.
Update: Once again another great service call with Johnny. My unit is entering it’s 16th year and I know that it’s because of Integrity and their technician, Johnny is the reason why. Again, no up selling and providing GREAT service.

Johnny has been to our house several years now. He always does a good job, is polite, professional, and friendly. Please tell him that the "air thumps" I mentioned have gone away since his service.

The techs were very knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed with their workmanship and even though I needed additional construction work done,
my home was spotlessly clean after the work was completed. I couldn’t even tell that new vents were cut into the ceiling!

Our technician, Stephen, was friendly and knowledgeable. We knew we were on borrowed time with the existing/older unit which had shut down during a hot spell. Stephen explained exactly what the problem was and offered clear options to resolve our issues. We decided to move forward with the purchase of a new unit which integrity will install next week.

Had Integrity Air Conditioning & Heating come out for my annual inspection today and as always very happy with their service . Always reliable , honest and trustworthy with fair pricing . Stephen, the technician who was out today gets a 10/10! Thank you for such great and honest service.

Have been using Integrity A/C for more than 15 years on two properties. Have annual service and they replaced whole system too in 2017. Pricing is fair and techs are knowledgeable and friendly. Appointments are kept when scheduled. My most recent service came with the wrong filter, so Damien came out next day with a replacement, and he also reattached the power cable that had pulled away from the house, patched where the first anchor was and another nearby hole in the stucco for me. Their customer service is great!

My Termite guy gave the the info on this great company, and told me they had the best customer service, and were very honest with their quotes. They came out the same day I called which was a life saver. They were very fast and not over priced. I will definitely be using them again and refer them when ever I can.

I am so pleased with Integrity AC! Their technician, Johnny Cate, came out quickly to give me a second opinion after the much larger company I had a Maintenance Agreement with diagnosed a very costly repair. My AC was repaired by Integrity at half the price!! I have also signed a new Maintenance Agreement with Integrity, which also entitles me to a discount! Quality work for a fair price! Highly recommended!

Absolutely the best! I had an emergency and they squeezed me in while slammed with other customers on a 105 degree day. I was a new customer and was treated like I was a regular customer. They treat you with empathy and earned my business. Bottom line they think outside of the box and go above and beyond with the time they put in behind the scenes to give the best quote for the service once they learn what is needed. I had a bad coil which is an expensive item when out of warranty and the girl in charge of reviewing the part Jamie W.spent hours with several companies determining what type of warranty they could offer for the part. Just like filing for health insurance where you want to give an accurate quote, but I know she put in countless hours on hold with several part companies to get me the best deal possible. I was impressed with the repair people who had been with the company for 15 plus years and came with an apprentice. They are small but mighty and there is a reason for all the good reviews. A big shout out to Katie for squeezing me in for the emergency appointment same day within the hour, and Jamie for endless hours by phone with part companies to get me an accurate quote. You both are rocking it and why your company will be my referral of choice for the future.

Integrity Air is true to their name. They are honest and they take care of our air conditioning system as if it was their own. They are reasonable especially if you get their maintenance package that includes twice a year maintenance. We've been with them over 20 yrs. Their office personal & Tech's are incredibly nice & intelligent. Not all HVAC companies are honest or competent. When you find a company like Integrity Air Conditioning & Heating keep them! Trust me!

I have been with this company for 15 years and will not change. They are honest, responsive to their customers and will not try to sell you something you really don't need. We are so lucky to have found Integrity Roofing a number of years back— the service is excellent and with a large house and 3 separate HVAC units needed for full coverage, we have had consistent excellent service and clear explanations over the years from the team at Integrity Air Conditioning in Phoenix AZ. In total we have replaced all three of the home’s original HVACs due to age when they became too worn out to keep fixing… we don’t even bother to get comparison bids anymore, having learned from experience that their prices are consistently competitive and their service is a head above their competitors.
