I contacted Lee Collins Air Conditioning regarding an AC issue. They sent out a tech to look into the problem. He was knowledgeable, professional, and was able to quickly determine the root cause of our issue. The problem was remedied with a replacement part. The cost was fair and I will be contacting Lee Collins AC with any future AC issues.

I looked for recommendations on Nextdoor, and called Lee Collins. I had a service with another company and their labor prices were pretty outrageous, even with parts under warranty. Got a quote for the same work, blower motor replacement and capacitor, and they came out very quickly and did the work. I have come to despise HVAC companies, but based on the work and price, I called and cancelled my service with the other company, and will probably call these guys for service again. A higher price for maintenance check-up, but not the constant "We can only give you this (outrageous) price if you do this today." I hope. I have a background in the trades, but HVAC is not my area. Being retired, I'm not wanting to climb up that ladder when I'm here alone to do maintenance or repairs, or onto the roof to check the work of others to make sure they aren't showing me pictures of problems that aren't even of my own unit, to sell me expensive repairs. The employee, Emiliano, was very nice, really a calm, professional person, and replaced the parts without trying to sell me other things. Answered my questions and listened to my concerns. There is still a little noise, I may climb up and just make sure all covers and the other top fan bolts are all tightened.

Used Lee Collins for a new AC install, and just had my first annual checkup with Paul on the Unit. Unit has worked out perfectly & they helped me get the right sized unit when I did the initial replacement. At both the install and the checkup, everyone was on time & gave excellent service. Really appreciated all of the information and attention to detail

OVERPRICED, SHOP AROUND!!

Heat went out, they could come out next day which was OK, not really exceptional but fine. They charge a $129 service visit/minimum.

Pros: They got here on time and took 3 hours to repair.

The repair quote seemed high but my alternative was eating the $129 service fee and then having to call around and see if someone else would come same day.

Well, it just so happened that my neighbor had the same issue later that day. They went with someone else, got same day service and paid $425 compared to the $780 I paid with Lee Collins.

Never again.

A sra maybe a worker perhaps owner, alleges that one can not park the vehicle in front of this property because they cover your ad looking for where you do not want to park Station that affects your business.

I called on a Sunday because our AC unit appeared to have quit blowing cold air. Unsure of the problem, but with the house warming throughout quickly, I called Lee Collins AC. I was impressed with the kind, helpful, and quick customer service and response time even during the weekend on off hours. Joseph was our technician. I appreciated his communication and responsiveness. He was able to get our AC back on track on the same day service call, which we were very grateful for as the the weather is getting warmer by the day! We had a very positive experience with all of their team members that we spoke to that day from scheduling to technician. I would highly recommend Lee Collins AC and will continue to use them for our AC/HVAC maintenance and service in the future.

What I like about Lee Collins is they know how to maintain and repair my aging AC system. Jesus just completed a thorough and professional check up and cleaning to keep our system tip top as summer temps start to rise. For more than 30 years, Lee Collins has earned our trust and business by providing timely, professional service, maintenance and repairs. Don't trust anyone else.

I will recommend Matthew Shields from Lee Collins who worked on my AC. He was the third technician from Lee Collins that came to my house and he thoroughly review all issues and try his best to fix it. He is honest and provided me with all my options.

At times, it can be frustrating to work through Fidelity Home Warranty to trust they will send a quality service company. Well, working with Lee Collins Air conditioning was great! Ken was really exemplified quality customer service. He was patient with me while explaining the issue and let me watch during the repairs. This was excellent service during the most critical heat wave just encountered! Thanks Ken!

Milano did a terrific job this morning getting my AC ready for summer. He also cleaned and tested my evaporative. I love having dual system. Needs new pads and he took measurements for next visit. Been with Lee Collins for over a decade. Glad new owners have kept quality service.

It seems rare these days to find a company with excellent customer service. Lee Collins has that and more. Good communication, courteous employees, show up when scheduled, don't give you the "hard sell". Work is efficient and so far everything working quite well. Highly recommend.

Lee Collins came at a moment’s notice late on a Saturday after a long day when we had an emergency . AND we were out of town. Their work is excellent and they are amazing to work with.

In addition to the repairs a few weeks ago our units compressor and fan motor went out. David, Bryan, and Paul all helped ensure that a new unit was put on our house in a very timely manner. Our new unit is great, and we look forward to working with Lee Collins for any other cooling or heating reapairs!

Was very happy I saved my invoice from 2019 for repair work done by Paul. System at new to me house was in need of service and he knew exactly what was wrong and explained it and fixed it. Recommended new system in near future, which I am considering. Also answered questions and just made things simple.

As I used Lee Collins in the past, my AC was not blowing air so I Made a service call early this morning, they were able to send a repairman within an hour. Employee contacted me upon arrival and after the repair was made to let me know what he had done. Since I was not on location, I appreciated the feedback and fast intervention. AC is back cooling again. Great job and thank you for fast service response.

This is the second time I've used Lee Collins Air Conditioning and they are great. They are timely and have repaired my unit twice now at a fair price. Last week Matt Shields and his partner fixed my heating/ac unit within an hour. They were very professional and Matt also cleaned the coils without being asked. I will definitely use this company again.

I needed some maintenance on my ac unit and was able to have someone come out the next day. Jesus Loya was friendly and prompt and after inspecting it was clear about what needed to be fixed and gave me options since it was an older unit. He had the parts on hand and it’s been working better than it ever did before. Everything was quick and easy!

The technician called before arriving and was even earlier than scheduled appointment time. The technician was friendly and professional. Ivan the tech that installed a new air return filter holder unit was awesome. Ivan is very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after his work. Ivan is an asset to Lee Collins like the other employees of LC we have been in contact.
