Bradley came out on a Sunday evening to help with an AC issue. My AC wasn’t connecting to my thermostat. I was so worried my smart thermostat just junked out on me,I was totally bummed that I would have to pay a service fee for a problem that was unrelated to the issue. Sure enough Bradley checked a few things and then doubled check a few things and realized what the problem was. He fixed my wire, signed me up for a three year service package, and was on his way! I was with one of those “corporate” AC companies that would not even give an option to come out and look at it until the next day! These guys were out in the matter of an hour to fix my problem. Highly recommend.

Called Just Air yesterday, they were able to get out the very next day - in the AM. He diagnosed our commercial AC unit quickly - got us a price on repair while on site and completed the repair on site as well upon our approval. Less than 1 day and all our AC needs were fixed. I had an issue with my AC, and I called Just Air. A nice guy by the name of James M. answered my call, and helped me make an appointment. It was 108* today, so having someone nearby is helpful. My situation was VERY lucky as he was nearby and could assist me and my fiance. He was at our house in ~10 mins. Again, this is situational, as I called at the right time, and he had some time to meet us.

When James arrived, he had a card in hand (as this was his first visit to our house). He introduced himself, was extremely professional, wore shoe protectors in the house, listened intently to our issue, took an assessment, and took our systems symptoms into consideration.

He found the issue quickly, and was honest with us. No beating around the bush, and had our issue resolved in a very timely manner.

Better than the bigger names in town as Just Air does not have to up-sell or meet quotas. Just Air is a honest company, and WILL be calling them from here on out.

I would recommend to family members and friends.

Just Air was very responsive with great communication. They quoted me an upfront price and there were zero surprises on installation day. Everyone from the company was professional and I would definitely recommend them to others. I plan to use them for regular maintenance of our new system.

Just Air did an amazing job for us when our A/C broke during the hottest week of the summer. The first tech was here in a few hours to diagnose - and later brought over a portable to help with some cooler air. The boss spent hours on the phone tracking down a condenser that would work with the warranty on the unit (amid supply chain shortages). And when that arrived, another tech came ASAP to fix everything (which took 4 hours in 114 degree temperatures.) Everyone was extremely helpful, efficient, and really cared about our welfare. You are correct! I have never and will never do business with a company who brags about ripping people off. I called to get a quote on what you charge per pound for refrigerant and you proudly stated you charge $400 per pound. For context, most units take over 10lbs, ours was 13lbs. Wholesale refrigerant can be purchased for less than $50 per pound. When I called out the egregious price gouging your oh so lovely receptionist pompously stated, “We are a business and have to make money!” and promptly hung up on me. I’m all about making a profit, but blatantly scamming people is shameful behavior. How this company has such a high rating is astonishing. It’s also quite telling that you only respond to negative reviews and don’t thank your customers for leaving positive ones.

Your response is hilarious, and shows your true, petty colors. I leave my honest opinion of a business, the ones that provide good service get good reviews. Brilliant concept. You’re still a scammer and only care about your precious little reputation. Thank some of your customers sometime, you hack.

Sir now you are just lying. I did not yell at your receptionist. I actually chuckled and simply told her that $400 a lb is ridiculous. She then spoke to me in an aggressive tone and hung up. Poor customer service, you are absolutely full of it.

I will be recommending Just Air LLC to friends and family. Brad, our technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what was going on and had the heat (unit) fixed within the hour. I will use this company in the future for any Heating/Cooling/HVAC concerns.

We just moved to the Phoenix area and receive a flyer to get a discounted A/C tuneup. Gave “Just Air” a call and had an appointment within 2 days. James was our service guy. He was professional and informative. Gave my husband the lowdown on our A/C unit and some recommendations. We were so impressed with his honesty and quality of work, we decided to go with their 3 year service plan. It is hard to find a reliable and honest company, so glad we found one.

2022 - We are very pleased with our new AC and the responsive service we received. Just Air was quick to fully address any concerns we had as we navigated realizing we needed to replace our old Trane unit, that used R22, and they were very helpful and responsive to issues that came up during installation. We are very happy with the new ac, 15 seer 2-stage Day & Night package unit. It is much quieter than our previous unit. It cools to and maintains the 76 degrees we set it to, unlike our last unit. We tried lower temps and that worked too in the heat of the day. The new unit keeps up with the summer heat despite our older home needing better insulation. We are very happy with Just Air’s responsive service and helping us navigate this big purchase. Thanks!

2024 - We’ve now had this AC/Heat Pump unit for two years. It runs wonderfully!!! No troubles so far! It still cools to lower temps during the heat of the summer! It has been a money saver on utilities too, compared to our previous unit!

Just Air has been wonderful about educating us and coming out and doing regular checks and maintenance!

Our old unit, a Trane installed in 2006, by a different company, died within 18 months of installation. It took two long summer months to become fully operational again, along with other major repairs over the lifetime of the unit. We continued to have issues with this 2006 unit keeping our home cool, it used a lot of energy as it ran constantly. We learned when it was removed from our roof that the design made it difficult to access some of the coils for cleaning, that subsequently become nearly 100% clogged, despite regular maintenance by the former AC company. The former company never shared they couldn’t reach all the coils. The clogged coils on the 2006 unit were quite a site to behold. I’m glad Just Air suggested we look over the old unit when it was removed!

Our unit purchased, with Just Air, in 2022 has run better than our old unit ever did! Our 2022 unit has a design that allows for better access to the coils for cleaning which translates into lower utility bills.

Just Air’s exceptional service and knowledge has been an immense relief and pleasure and a refreshing change of pace!

When my furnace went out, I called and spoke with a very friendly secretary who transferred me to James the technician immediately. He helped me arrange an appointment for someone to come assess the unit within 2-3 hours.

The technician, Bradly, was extremely kind and professional. He wore shoe covers to keep the house clean and fixed the problem with the furnace quickly. This company is great - I will be trusting them with all future issues!

Just Air replaced our A/C unit several years back and they were fantastic. Would definitely recommend them. Very professional and courteous. Technicians are great! Danielle is so sweet and always willing to work with my work schedule when we need technicians to come out for our A/C and heater maintenance.

Just Air came out for our spring maintenence, 4/26/23. We had a leak and most of our freon was gone. James replaced the part and freon and we're good to go. James is so nice and professional. Danielle, the co-owner, is such a pleasure to deal with as well. We've been customers since 2016 and are very satisfied we found Just Air. Great company!

Had to make an emergency call on a Friday night when our air stopped working after a failed attempt at installing a new thermostat. They had our tech James out to us in only about half an hour & he worked through the issues until he found what was the real cause of the problem & got it fixed fast. Pricing was completely reasonable, response time was amazing, and the service quality was great too. Feel lucky that we had such good luck with a last minute "search Google for someone who's open" and look forward to using them for regular maintenance from here on out too!

Called at 8am and James came in at 9am. He spent only like 20 min to identify the problem of my suddenly stopped working AC system and fixed it right away. The price is very low. I appreciated how easily it was to make an appointment and how soon I could schedule it. It wasn’t an emergency, but I needed to verify which vents were connected to the evaporated cooler no longer in use. James was quick and efficient making the diagnosis.
