The service was very prompt and friendly. We had a tech come out with a few hours of our request and was quickly able to diagnose and fix the challenge and taught me something that would help me prevent my HVAC unit from running into the same problem in the future. I would definitely reach out to them again in the future, if I was ever in a pinch again.

What service!! Called & James was here in less than 30 minutes after the call and not even an hour later our ac was up and running again. We purchased a 3yr plan as well & under 1G for everything. I highly recommend this awesome company. You won't be disappointed ;)

Update: had to have service on a Sunday and James was there and no charge to boot! We had purchased a maintenance plan and it already paid off. Thank you just Air!!!

I have used this family-owned business for 20 years now. I have purchased 3 new units from them as I have moved to different properties. Each time the service and communication has been outstanding. They give honest quotes and do not try to persuade me to buy something I don’t need.
I also have them come out once-a-year for routine maintenance. The technician took pictures and explained what should be repaired to avoid an A/C breakdown in the summer. He was really good at answering our questions and giving us estimates. There was no pressure to spend more than we wanted to.

Indoor air freshness returned after cleaning. Family comfort increased.

I had Just Air replace both of my AC units 10 years ago and I have been trusting my Air Conditioning needs every since then with Just Air and NO complaints. I like knowing I can trust Just Air to do excellent work each time at a very reasonable cost. If you need honest AC experts , you need Just Air....

Master Tech Bradly was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were so impressed at how comprehensive he was going about his tuneup task. We are very grateful he was willing to take the time to share his insight and explain various things to us. Absolutely will refer Just Right to friends and neighbors as a trusted and fair AC service company.

Our A/C unit stopped working on a super hot Thursday night. A tech from Just Air LLC arrived at the house within an hour of placing our call with dispatch. Bradly the tech did a bunch of troubleshooting, explained the issue to us, and fixed it quicker than expected. He was knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job overall. We highly recommend Just Air LLC!

Fixed us fast. We were cooking and they squeezed us into schedule. Wife was getting salty dogs were way hot. Thank you so much.

Came out the same day I called, super responsive. Bradly Mattingly was awesome and provided top tier service. I believe the other guy who was with him was named Nick and he did a great job as well. Highly recommended service and worked with me on a deal.

Highly recommend. We were told by a large company who did a “free system check” that we needed new A/C units. Even though we weren’t having any problems, “due to the age of our system” (12 years), replacement was necessary. We were also told if we didn’t replace them, we might end up without air for 2 weeks in July. We naturally elected to seek additional opinions. All the large companies simply gave us estimates for replacement. However when James came out and checked our system, he noted everything to be working properly. He actually recommended AGAINST buying new units stating he thought we could probably get a few more years out of our current system. How incredibly refreshing to deal with a company with integrity!

Called last night at 10:00pm and they were at my house at 8:15am the next morning. Diagnosed the issue in 20 minutes and had it repaired with a new compressor a few hours later. Outstanding service and very nice people.

I’ve only dealt with this company over the phone, but since purchasing a new rooftop unit three years ago these guys have been nothing but professional. I’m out of state most of the year, and they adhere to a strong business ethic, tracking me down to remind me they’re coming to service the unit. I just bought an extended maintenance plan from them, so I’ll be covered for another several years.

The AC/furnace technician was polite, on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed my AC's issue including the least expensive component replacement to get me back up and running. I am extremely happy with Just Air's service and plan on using them in the future. I Highly recommend Just Air.

My sister referred me to just air when my AC went out. I have used just air for over four years now and they have always been efficient, fast, and super friendly. Bradley has always been amazing. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. 10/10 would recommend.

Our AC motor failed on a Sunday, and James arrived in under an hour and a half. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the costs, and I approved the work. In less than 30 minutes, he had us back up and running! This is outstanding service for a weekend, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking an honest, hardworking company that truly values customer support.

I would give them ZERO stars!!!!! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. They did horrible work and don’t want to fix it. The owner James was yelling at me over the phone and calling me a liar!! Calling the BBB on them!!!

He commented on my review just as I thought he would. So rude and THEY are the liars! I don’t know how they stay in business like this?! Already filed an official BBB complaint! The stand behind their horrible work!! Don’t use them!! I also forgot to mention he hung up on my twice after yelling at me!!

James just called us and we were actually thinking he was gonna apologize for talking over me yelling at me and hanging up on me twice And not being a professional, but instead, he tells us if we don’t take down our post he’s gonna hire a lawyer and sue us. Meanwhile, he’s on these reviews bad mouthing us lying about us and talking about what we “can’t afford” so basically putting our financial situation out on the Internet for everybody to see. Even though we put a new AC system a couple years ago and also paid for this motor and of June that was not installed properly. We always fix what needs to be fixed. You just don’t do a proper job! I’ll be more than happy to see you in court! We also have wetnesses who heard everything and how he was talking to us!!

Just wanted to let you know that Bradley is wonderful! He's such a polite young man and seems to know everything there is to know about his job. I feel safe and secure with my decision to have Just Air handle my AC and heating needs. I've been with you guys a long time, and I have never regretted that decision. Just had a new ac unit installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From having the diagnostic of a failed unit on Monday had my new installed the next day! A big thank you to Bradley for correctly troubleshooting the issue. I can’t say enough of the positive benefits of using a smaller family run business. Thank you Just Air!

I have been dealing w AC issues at my tattoo shop. Just air was able to get me in with a brand new unit only 2 days after calling. Amazing service! Awesome family owned AC company. Their son Bradly is amazing, super professional. The whole process was no bullshit and straight to the point!

We had a minor warranty issue that required a technician to address. They did not quibble or argue, just quickly set an appointment and corrected the issue at no charge.
