Just Air was quick to pickup and straight forward with sending out a tech and their pricing. Bradly M. arrived not too long after we put in the call. He was extremely patient and kind. He thoroughly explained his thought process and what steps he took to diagnose our AC’s issues. He went above and beyond to help us. Overall, I recommend checking out Just Air for help with your AC needs.

The A-Team arrived on time and did a great job servicing our propane fireplace in our new home. Turns out the builder didn’t set it up correctly. These guys were fast, cleaned up the fireplace to look like new, and let us know how to change the flame height and fan speed. We’ll have them back next year. Highly recommended!

I have been having issues with our two rooftop units and had the Just Air team out to do an AC check and they found issues with our ductwork. Bradly was awesome and super thorough. He was able to get things running efficiently again and give me a bit more life to my units. When we need an AC Replacement ill reaching out to the Just Air team for sure.

Just used Just Air LLC for the first time. They were great!! Had an issue with our A/C unit at our house Friday evening, and Bradly the technician was able to make out within an hour. One of the most rudest owners. Talks over you when trying to explain the problem. Questioned what I do for a living . Questioned if I have ever worked in outside.. Also the owner Jason hung up on my wife twice . Very Unprofessional Does not want to own up to his workers mistake. Will never use them I will be telling everyone not to use them.

Lee Collins installed two new heat pumps for my house just before the summer and everything worked great throughout the summer heat.however when I turned one of the units to the heat mode a couple of days ago it did not come on. I knew that it has something to do with the thermostat wiring.
I called Lee Collins and Angela scheduled Kyle to come over early the next day. Kyle fixed the problem within 10 minutes and it working great.
Kyle was running late on another appointment so Angela made sure to call me and let me know that.
Lee Collins did a very good job in all aspects.

Called on a SUNDAY morning to see if he could replace fan on AC system. He was very busy that morning but still managed to come within a couple of hours and fix it and didn't gouge on the price or charge for weekend. We've used him before and he's always done great job, very customer serviced focused. I highly, highly recommend Lee Collins AC repair.

I called because my AC wasn’t cooling and it was getting super hot in my house. Paul was able to get to my house in an hour and fixed the problem. He was so nice, super professional, and overall great human. Pricing is extremely fair and I couldn’t recommend this company more! 10 stars!!

Lee Collins is the best HVAC (Air conditioning) company I know. I have been using them for years!
They replaced my AC unit awhile back and did a wonderful job for me.
From start to finish, this company was professional, took the time to explain things to me and the only way you knew they had been out to my home was there was a new AC unit on my roof,
They cleaned up from the job site and kept me in the loop on everything they did.

I called Lee Collins on Tuesday 7-26 with an issue from the rain storm and they were out that afternoon, took care of the problem and I know I will have nothing to worry about from this service call.

People do not normally take the time to say good things about a company, but I can highly recommend Lee Collins.

Easy company to work with with great employees. They installed a new a/c for us 2 years ago and today did a tune up. Good prices, quality work. They know what they are doing. No up selling just giving you the service or equipment that you need.

I have used Lee Collins for years and been terrifically happy. I understand it was recently sold, and the service is definitely not the same. First, they didn't have my records. Understandable - records do get lost in transitions. I asked if the same people were there - yes, they were. A new guy came to the house. Joseph was very nice. However, he didn't come with appropriate tools to do the job. He asked if I had a short ladder to check vents and returns in the house. He said he had one on his truck. I got the ladder. To enter my attic from the outside, his extension ladder was "too big." So I got my extension ladder for him. I have a hard time believing I'm the only person in a ranch home with a split unit up in the attic. My attic opening is per code, so what???? On the invoice it says I "insisted [I] would clean her own coil on ground." Nope, he told me he would take out the leaves on the bottom this time only, that this wasn't what the call was for. I would have to have someone come back and do a "deep clean" if I wanted the coils cleaned. I asked what exactly a deep clean was, and it was hosing off the coils. I said I could do that. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

The guys were professional, respectful, pleasant and knew their work inside and out. I sincerely appreciate their thorough inspection of my air conditioning unit. Lee Collins AC replaced our HVAC system, which included bringing in a crane to lift the old equipment off the roof of a 2 story condo and lifting the new equipment onto the roof. Everything went as proposed including the timely arrival of the crane, the quality work of the staff and the final bill. Our experience with all staff - estimator, office staff and the installation crew - was outstanding at a very competitive price! The Lee Collins estimator even returned after the installation to assure the work was completed to our satisfaction. I recommend this company without hesitation!
