Our last experience with Lee Collins was great. We contracted for spring maintenance service. It was a great value. It is now Mid August and we needed an AC service call. Lee Collins was quick to get us scheduled. Our AC was diagnosed by AC Tech Emiliano. He was here in the Spring and we were very pleased to see him assigned to our service call. He is very knowledgeable and helpful during a service call. This time we needed a capacitor changed out. The part was covered under warranty. Will definitely use Lee Collins again for any of our future HVAC needs.

I have a home warranty and Lee Collins was selected as the vendor to service my systems. They found a major issue during my spring service with one of my units. The work they performed was very good. The tech was knowledgeable and they were professional and clean. I did have an issue with the coverages that the warranty company denied however the general manager did a quality call with me and straightened it out. I appreciated that and she was very good.

It's that time of year and Lee Collins was right on top of reminding me to get a tune up. The pricing is exceptional considering everything has gone up it was quite affordable to do what I needed to do. The technician, Alegria, was right on time. He did a great job explaining to me how everything was running and took his time checking every detail. His pleasant attitude was a welcome change to many people that try to provide customer service... Lee Collins' people are the best out there! I'm so glad I was able to get Alegria to service my unit before the summer heat hits us... I always feel bad for the guys having to be out working in the heat.

The technician came out and figured it very quickly why or AC was not blowing cold air. Luckily replacing a capacitor is not an expensive repair!!

A friend of mine recommended We Collins Air Conditioning and I called them when my Air Conditioning Man did not return my call. Emiliano, the tech did a fantastic job. He was thorough and he worked with me and explained everything that he was doing. I’m glad I called him and I’ll call him again next time I need them.

Kyle went above and beyond for us! So happy to find a local Sunnyslope company who seemed to care about their customers concerns. Price seemed low considering all the extras he did for our situation and how quickly they were able to do the job. Installed new digital thermostat in a 1948 house. I liked that they provided texts detailing a tech being on the way plus his picture so you know who to expect. The invoice at the end also included pictures for reference. Payment was easy, no hassles. We'll definitely be back if we need service again. Thank you!!!

Lee Collins is great! We've used them for 10-12 years and I can rely on them not to oversell or overcharge me. Our AC went out last night and I scheduled an appointment online, then called this morning and they moved it up. Emiliano came out about 9:30 and replaced the capacitor on the compressor, then did a service on the main unit, which was long overdue. The person in the office was great and empathetic, and Emiliano was knowledgeable and resolved the issue immediately. Thanks, Lee Collins!

Ivan came out to service our AC units in Gilbert AZ. He was professional, on time, and incredibly knowledgeable. I was worried we would have to replace one of our units but he assured us that the unit still has plenty of life and is running fine. All interactions had with Lee Collins staff was professional and they were all incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their AC unit serviced or repaired.

My rooftop unit quit working right before July 4. We have been a Lee Collins customer for some time. I called and they quickly arranged to have a new unit installed on July 10. Geo was the lead installer and he was awesome. Very customer centric, detail oriented, and took great pride in making our install look and work perfectly. I highly recommend Lee Collins and Geo. Additionally Edgar and the rest of the team did a great job working with Geo.

Matt and Emilliano took care of the replacement of our entire A/C unit and air handler. They were very professional, and clean. Great service from them and thank you to Lee Collins.

I could and should and will rave about this visit, but perhaps that we have used Lee Collins for decades says it the best. Honest. They will never do anything that isn't need to add to their bank account. When they do what is needed it is done right and without padding the bill. Love these guys. You should too.

I was very pleased with the friendly service from the day I made my appointment to have my A/C problem assessed to the actual service being done. It was all very professional and they made you feel as if you’re the most important customer of the day. I greatly appreciated the service techs
honest and thorough assessment of the problem as well as him taking the time to explain it all.

Best AC company in AZ, Kyle and Ivan are awesome, great customer service, always very respectful with outstanding manners. The price for their service is reasonable. I would recommend 100 percent.
