Great company to work with from start to finish. Sales person very knowledgeable and personable. Fair price, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Good ac products for a good price. Install of both ac unit and a mini split went good on install date. Had some issues with mini split a couple times after installing but came right out on both instances. Communication was great even through me working crazy hours. Would recommend this company if you are in need of a ac or mini split system 😀 💯%

It was a great experience starting with Brandon who came the same morning that I called. He was very professional and explained my options. I went with a new AC unit and the crew was there the very next morning, I was not expecting this and I know this is not the norm and was expecting to wait days, but I was very appreciative that they were able to do this so quickly. As a former HVAC guy myself I'm really picky about what system i wanted. We had a Goodman originally and it went bad in 10 years, so I didn't want another Goodman. I had 5 different companies come give me an estimate and yes, these guys are a little more expensive but we opted for the Trane system and as I always say, "you get what you pay for". I love Trane HVAC systems (they're one of the top brands for a reason) and am totally satisfied with them and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great HVAC system that's going to last. Jason, Adrian, Brandon and Jose are all great guys as is the office staff. Adrian was extremely detailed when he came out to our house and gave me the estimate and he was the only person who found that we had a collapsed duct out of the 5 companies, and to me, that's why I decided to use them. The thermostat that they installed is actually meant for the Trane system and it gives you health updates on the system, so if there's a problem with it, the thermostat let's you know if something is wrong before it's too late.

The guys installed a new ac unit. They were polite, friendly and did a great job with the installation. They also cleaned up and put everything back as they found it. This is the second unit we’ve had installed by Delta. I have been extremely pleased by their price and workmanship on both occasions. I was referred to them by a friend who had the same quality experience.

Delta Home Services came to my house and fixed the hose from my water heater quickly and efficiently. The technician was professional and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I’m very happy with their fast and reliable service!

Dylan was specific about how he was going to check the system and got back quickly with his findings. He explained what needed attention and showed me the faulty parts. Then proceeded to finish his work. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions.

Was quoted $18,500 for 1 AC replacement. This was about $8,000 over what the next 4 companies wanted.

When I asked to see a price breakdown, I was told it’s against their policy to provide a breakdown of the price.

Price gouging in the service industry is terrible and it’s even worse when they take advantage of someone without AC.

Wow. This tradesman is so knowledgeable and professional. Curtis responded quickly to my request. He also took the time to discuss all elements of the decision to replace the vandalized HVAC with my realtor & insurance agent. Top quality service. Very intelligent & patient as well.

The technician completed the work in four hours, before I could return home to see anything…disappointed because the Delta AC (salesman) estimated 6-7 hrs. I was told there would be before and after pictures which I have not received (same salesman); and there was dirt on my kitchen furniture and in one duct (see pics); My granite countertops hid the dirt on them. This service was expensive and was lacking attention to detail…sorry to say. This was a duct cleaning

We had a new air conditioner installed and our vents cleaned. Our appointment was scheduled within days of our quote. The installers where great explaining the process for the day and they did a great job. Then I asked that the vents be cleaned the next week. Israel did a fantastic job he explained everything he would do and got to work right away. My craft room looks like a hoarder house almost, he accidentally broke a vase and came right to tell me and apologized. It was a cheap item no big deal but his integrity is impressive. Last the drywall repairs for the entrance to the attic looks better than what it did when we bought the house. I took a picture of what the one in the garage looks like compared to the new look in our room, and we had been told we would have to paint it - nope they did that too.

Great experience. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and checked my air conditioning unit. He found a piece that needed to be replaced. He explained the issue and the options showed me pictures of my attic equipment and my outside unit. He then replaced the faulty part and he checked everything thoroughly. He then changed the filters for me. I appreciate how clean and respectful he was. Would definitely call them again for future AC maintenance service and/or any issues.

Yesterday's preventative maintenance service with Delta's technician Dylan was a fantastic experience. Dylan was very personable, professional, informative, and a pleasure to have in completing the work. I would appreciate having Dylan as the tech providing all of my future needs from Delta!

Thank you Delta! I was lucky enough to win a NEW AC unit since i entered a drawing since my unit is at life expectancy(20years). And i WON!!! Delta was quick and professional in delivering the unit, NO CATCHES!!! This was amazing and the difference between the new unit and old is like night and day. Mind you removal of the old unit, delivery and installation of the new unit was all done in less than 4hours! The crew was nice, friendly and left my place clean. While they were there i asked did they know who i can contact to have a 72inch outside ceiling fan installed, surprisingly they said THEY DO THAT TOO! Scheduled me an appointment a few days later and had a very professional installer come put it together and install it for me in less than 1 hour! Thank you Jason and Delta for your customer appreciation and making my and my families life easier. I will go with no other!!! :) ***FAST FOWARD*** Thanks to Manny for inspecting/maintenance on my ac, he was great, helpful, nice and super informative! I definitely will request him next time!

Scott did a fantastic job replacing our water heater with a new unit. Delta customer service was great, and the work was fast and efficient. I'm definitely going to be calling Delta for future projects.

Bryan called me and went over all the options and financing options and was very professional.

Carlos came out to walk the premises and confirm the equipment needed. Once he left he came back just to confirm that the unit needed was a 5ton and not the originally talked about 4 ton and he made sure the right unit was ordered.

Day of installation all the guys were very professional and worked clean.

David was thorrough, super patient and knowledgeable about upgrading our home from a 4 ton to a 5 ton higher SEER rated unit. We already enjoy the better cooling efficiency in the home. Also Carlos on install day went above and beyond to show us how the unit requires amperage we are correctly set up at the house for in the panel. We were nervous based on outside input or skepticism. Not anymore!! Finally, big thanks to Brenda for helping us chose the upgraded duct sealing at a more affordable rate. Every bit of this team was incredible.

We bought a brand new unit from Delta and had problems that took over 15 visits to figure out. Not sure if they even figured out why the heater didn’t work. Every winter it fails to work for the last 5 years. The blower motor failed under warranty and they expected us to pay for the repair because they feel we have called them too many times. It took over 2 months for them to get the part and we went from January to March without a heater in the house. They still expected us to pay for labor even though it’s under warranty. When they installed the unit, they did not seal the ducting in the roof very well because the first rain we had, the ceiling in our master bedroom collapsed because the rain was just leaking through the poorly installed ducting. $15000 later they still took no accountability for their terrible installed. Basically told us “that’s what insurance is for.” I would not recommend using them or buying any of there products. When they come out to try and fix our heater, they try to bully us into doing other services and when we decline them, they say they can void our warranty any time they want. Terrible customer service and very shady. I would give a 0 star review if that were possible.

Update. Just went on the roof to clean the unit and found missing screws and washers. Found them scattered on my roof. Not even sure if the motor was replaced. It has rust on it.
