Hayden was very courteous and professional. Called 10 minutes before arriving to give notice. Explained very thoroughly what the necessary repairs were and what the different options are.

Howard air installed new unit and replaced all the ducting except the built-in ducting in July 2025. The receipt also says they checked the “duct static pressures” with no problems noted.

Now under the first Howard Air Care visit 3 months later they tell me, “Found total external static pressure high. Ductwork is not adequately sized for system. Recommended client receive a quote for duct system repair/replacement.”

Up sales at its best, we have lived in this house for 39 years with this only being the second air-conditioning unit we have had to replace.

Scott did an outstanding job of replacing my water heater. Same-day service, expert removal and installation. Highly recommended.

Casey from Howard Air did a thorough check on our AC. He took time to explain or best options, based on our units condition. We are thankful for his help, and we will definitely work with Howard Air again, in the next few weeks.

Steven Logan from Howard Air Plumbing just left after a complementary home plumbing checkup (which included flushing and checking of my water heater). He was prompt, courteous and professional (and obviously loved his job/company). He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and provided me with a great summary of my plumbing system along with a list of suggested improvements. No pressure, though and took the time to go over the pros and cons. Very impressed.

This is not my first experience with Howard Air, and they impress me every time they come. Micah and Junior came out because there were strange noises coming from one of my vents and I was concerned. They were able to come same day and solved my issue immediately, which was GREATLY appreciated. They also noted the concerns with my almost 20 year old system, noting that it was still functional but definitely on its last legs. They explained in detail everything that was wrong and right with the system and ducts, and what they would do to fix and improve my airflow. They gave me a great deal on a new system, and undoubtedly, quality service. They even went above and beyond to help me fix my flagpole that came off from the roughness of the storms. I highly recommend Howard Air. They are amazing! Also, you get a great deal being one of their members. My aunt recommended to me and I am doing the same to you!

Logan and Darnell did an outstanding job on the installation of my new hvac unit. They were punctual, covered our carpets, answered all of our questions, and went to work. These two young men were a great team- well-mannered and very professional.

Nick G. from the plumbing dept did a great job servicing our water heater, checking all the sinks, toilets, water shutoff valves, and the water softener. Very professional, personable and our dogs liked him. Looking forward to him returning next year for our annual service.

Grant showed up right on time to do a plumbing inspection today and flushing my water heater. He was very pleasant and friendly , however still being very professional. Howard Air has been wonderful to work with and I would recommend them for your HVAC and plumbing needs.

When my parents returned home after being away for three months, they discovered their AC unit wasn’t working. I helped my dad research local companies and we decided to go with Howard Air—and I’m so glad we did. From the very beginning, their team was thorough and professional. They inspected the old unit, walked my dad through everything, showed him what broke, and clearly explained all of our options—from repair to full replacement—so we could make an informed decision.

I have them a call and they came out the very next day and completed the installation the day after that. It was a tricky job, but they handled it with skill and determination, staying until everything was done right. Their communication, efficiency, and quality workmanship truly stood out. I can’t say enough good things about Howard Air & Plumbing—they exceeded our expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Casey Schafer came on time and called with a 30 minute eta as I had requested. He was considerate and polite and took the time to explain what he had seen and what would be recommended due to the age (21 year old) of my home. He is not a high pressured salesperson - thank you, Casey!

Bi-annual maintenance on our 2 Trane a/c units was performed today by Fred - fantastic work! Extremely through and clean! Fred was super nice and took the time to review the details with me and gave my system a clean bill of health! Howard Air is the very best in the business!

Cody Shipp serviced our air conditioning unit today, he’s an incredible asset to Howard Air! He was so helpful with all my questions and took the time to program my schedules and explain how things worked, even changed my filters out. You can tell he really enjoys his job and interacting with customers.
I will request him next time, such a great experience.

When we first moved into Arizona 32 years ago, we used other people and companies for our home plumbing and air conditioning. We were never happy about the service and stay with Howardquality of what they did for us. We switched to Howard Air years ago. We recently had to replace our water heater. They were prompt, professional and explained everything they planned to do in detail! Very pleased with our end result. Joshua Biskup and the rest of service team did a fantastic job. Great experience with Rob Smith at Howard Air while evaluating the replacement of my HVAC. Received good advice and a fair price. Recently had Alin Tunduc out to trouble shoot operations since it has been so hot lately. Alin was very thorough with his inspection and patient with my many questions. Very happy with the Howard Air team!

This was a nightmare AC install. The initial install took 15 hrs due to issues getting the new system in the attic space. Along the way there were multiple scratches on my staircase (could have been avoided if they would have been careful), multiple scratches on the door going in to the install space (could have been avoided by removing the door), large amounts of insulation in duct system which then was sprayed out of every vent at 10 pm when the system was tested (could have been avoided by covering up the open duct in attic space). All of this led to me having to take off work multiple days for drywall/painting repair and professional duct cleaning service. This could have all been avoided if the install team would have been more conscientious of what they were doing. Getting Howard Air to remedy all of these problems they caused was like pulling teeth. They made me feel as if I was being nit picky with the issues. Six weeks later things are finally fixed. I DO NOT recommend Howard Air!!!

We’ve been with Howard Air for years, and every experience we’ve had with them has been excellent—but this most recent one deserves special recognition. We just had two new Trane units installed, and what was initially scheduled as a two-day job was impressively completed in just one afternoon. The entire team went above and beyond to make it happen, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Ramon was the first person to come to the house two days ago figure out that the system we had been limping by with the last couple of years was at its end. He did his best to get it up and running. Very nice guy very thorough it was at that point we realized we had to replace the units.

Junior, our sales consultant, has been here before and continues to impress. He’s friendly, professional, and remembered personal details about our home and family, which shows just how much he cares about building lasting relationships. He made the process smooth and transparent from the start.

The installation team—Pat, Evan, and David—were absolutely phenomenal. They worked their butts off in the Arizona heat, pushing themselves to get both units up and running in a single day without compromising quality. Their dedication and work ethic were evident from the moment they arrived.

Not only did they install everything flawlessly, but they also cleaned up thoroughly afterward, repainted any areas that were affected during the installation, and made sure everything looked and functioned perfectly. Pat took the time to walk me through how to connect the system to our smart home setup, and each thermostat in different rooms was explained in detail so we felt confident using them right away.

This kind of service is rare these days. Howard Air continues to earn our loyalty with their professionalism, reliability, and personal touch. Huge thanks to Junior, Pat, Evan, and David—you guys are the reason we’ll keep recommending Howard Air to everyone we know.

Eric was very professional, hardworking, nice, showed pictures of all work done with explanations of what he did, and showed us how to use the new thermostat. Also let us know someone would come out in 2 weeks to check if anything needs adjusting. Would definitely recommend Eric and Howard Air. Good company.
