The communication with the office has been friendly, professional, quick, and helpful. The service tech Rylan is awesome. Very knowledgeable, professional, prompt, proactive, and nice. AC shut down while friends staying in house. So kind of an emergency. Called Clear Air. Rep said compressor, electrical work, etc etc.
$8-13k. Specifically said no quick less expensive fix.
Got a second guy in next day. Replaced fan for $1300. Still going strong.

Clear Air Conditioning and Heating did an amazing job diagnosing the cause of a leak and took the appropriate steps to fix it! Andres was kind and professional! He was very straight forward with information and finished the job in a timely manner!

I have a new ac unit put in had some problems. Mostly all got fixed for the most part it is much better. They are ordering the part that went broke after put in on my two week check. They have been trying to to help fix the problem soon. I don’t want it hooked up to w-five sone we had to go a different route to fix it to work.

Brock did a wonderful job. He was prompt and thorough in checking my system. He gave me quotes on a few different systems and also made sure that all the parts were in stock to ensure we could install ASAP. He made all the necessary arrangements and got me scheduled right away.

Each employee I came in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable.

My install went smoothly the next day and we are now enjoying the cool air again.

Brock was prompt and very polite. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and was able to fix it the same day. Brock patiently waited to make sure the cooler was running smoothly and changed the filters for us.
Taylor was very polite on the phone and was able to dispatch Brock in a couple of hours after I called. Both of them thanked us for being a loyal member. We appreciate you!

I’ve never used this company’s services before, and I’m sure they’re probably good at what they do!

But driving is probably not their greatest skill.

Witnessed this ol man swerving, and hopping onto I10 from the 202, cutting in between two live stock trailers (horses), one trailer had to brake slightly hard & very quick because the ol man cut them off to make it on that bend that gets onto the I10. We witnessed the ol man rush off the bend, drive over the gore, and cut off other traffic on the freeway (I10). He got stuck so we passed ahead of him, the ol man was laughing & giggling on a phone (assuming he was texting, or maybe TikTok?).

Hopefully he & others on the road reach their destination safely!

We were referred to Clear Air by a neighbor after our heater went out several years back and no one else could get to us. Since that time they have maintained our system until today, when they installed our NEW HVAC system. Highly recommend this group to anyone that is looking for a quality HVAC maintenance, repair or replacement contractor for your home. Their representatives Brock, Byron and Taylor have all been professional and kept us comfortable in our home. And I do believe they will for years to come!

Clear Air came out to do a routine maintenance and cleaning of my two units. Scheduling was easy and they communicated clearly when they’d be arriving. The technician Ulysses was friendly, efficient and thorough. He answered my questions and gave advice for maintaining the units going forward. I intend to call them for future services!
