We went with Clear Air for our new unit in our house a few years back. We also went with the maintenance package, which was smart. Brock is one of the service guys that comes out and does the maintenance. He’s extremely courteous and he addresses you by name. He walks you through everything and lets you know what he’s going to do and afterwards explains how everything‘s working. Our house is always clean, but you know us OCD people we’re always worried when we have to have service people come into the home. NO worries EVER when Brock comes into our house. He leaves it just the way he found it (or better if you were waiting to do that area till the service guys were done)! Literally he leaves it immaculate! Which is extremely hard to find with service people coming in and out of your home. Even the office staff at Clear Air are extremely friendly. They always keep you updated with a friendly call the day before and real time updates of what’s going on! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT! And you and I know that’s hard to find “the whole package!”

We had an awesome experience with Clear Air Conditioning and Heating for our duct cleaning service. Brock, Ulises, Gabe, and Thomas showed up on time, were friendly, professional, and great to work with. The entire team did an outstanding job and worked efficiently from start to finish.

They were more than happy to stop and answer all of our questions and did a fantastic job protecting our belongings, so dust and debris were kept to a minimum. You can really tell they care about doing the job right.

Brock went above and beyond by helping us come up with solutions for an airflow issue in our office. He explained all the potential fixes/options clearly and professionally, which we really appreciated.

Overall, this team was phenomenal. We would absolutely recommend Clear Air Conditioning and Heating for duct cleaning or any other services. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and results!

Thomas, Gabriel, and the entire Clear Air team did a fantastic job! My entire project from start to finish was handled in a professional way. The Quality of work was top-notch, and Thomas did a fantastic job with communicating every step of the process. Howard Air won this contract because of their estimator Rob Smith. Rob crawled through our attic on a 100° day inspecting the old ac system. He found ducting problems with the original installation and discussed corrective measures with us. Others ignored the issues when we mentioned them. Ron wrote a competitive bid including new blown insulation.
Install crew showed up on time at 6:30 am with 4 men. Cold air was blowing by 1 o'clock pm.

Cody and David are the best!! They were very professional in every aspect! Cleaned up extremely well and kept us up to date on the installation durning each phase. Very impressed with Howard Air and especially with Cody & David!!!!!’nn

I purchased my 2 A/C units from Howard Air 5 years ago. Both units still have a 5 year parts warranty. Had a service technician come out to check out one of the units which was not working. He found that the run capacitor was no longer working. After replacing the run cap and constantly trying to talk me into a maintenance agreement. He finally presented me with a bill for 363.09. Remember the part was covered by manufactures warranty. Basically there was a 98 dollar fee for diagnostic and i was fine with that. The other 265.09 charge was for labor. Any service technicians out there no how long it takes to replace a run cap. 30 to 45 minutes at the most. So i was charged around 200 dollars/hour mainly because i would not sign up for a maintenance contract. This will not happen again as Howard Air will never touch the units again. I don't mind paying a fair price but don't like being ripped off.

I had a technician come by and look at a unit he was fine but couldn’t find the problem. When the problem reoccurred I called again and a technician diagnosed over the phone without looking at it and quoted several hundred dollars. Then we were lied to about the factory warrantee and suddenly the price went to well over a thousand. We were told the factory would not warranty the unit as we were not on a service plan. I called the manufacturer and found out I am still well within warranty and don’t need to purchase any sort of service plan, that anyone can do the work. I will take my business elsewhere. Glad we sought a second opinion.

Jesus and Andre were knowledgeable, kind, and polite. They're absolutely awesome. They explained everything. I hope to get them back out for my regular maintenance. Request them. They're great.

Howard Air installed our air conditioning / heating system, Darnell and Kaleb did a first class installation, highly professional, the system is perfect for our home and we are completely satisfied as to performance and price, we can confidently recommend Howard Air.

I have held a service contract with Howard Air since the gentleman who installed and serviced our current A/C retired and sold his business to them. Today, I enjoyed a particularly fine maintenance appt. Melvin Brim was courteous, professional, and amiable! He completed a very thorough check of our system, and explained his findings very carefully and succinctly at the end of the appt. I hope Melvin can be sent to our maintenance check upstairs every time (may I can make a request?). Highly recommend.

Grant did a very thorough review of our plumbing He identified a few minor issues. We will address them at a later date
Our plumbing was updated 5 years ago by a commercial plumber. We feel better now having had our plumbing reviewed by Howard Air and HVAC.

Micah did a great job with my primary residence. He was very thorough in his work and made it his top priority to make sure my ac systems were running smoothly. Customer service was also top notch. I would recommend him to anyone needing service.

Brian Rico came out to service my ac unit this afternoon and was beyond professional. He had all the knowledge and expertise to inform me of what needs to be done and what are the major concerns. I had Howard air come out for a second time to overlook the work my home warranty process company did and once again I was impressed with Howard air’s professionalism and work ethic. My window was 12-6 and they were running early got here about 10am which was amazing. My tech was Fred Heimstra and he did such a thorough job and took his time making sure every nook and cranny was working as it should be. I will continue to be a Howard air customer moving forward. I had Howard plumbing come out as part of my membership to their great services and once again they did not disappoint. Excellent process. Install was flawless, kept us informed. Installers were perfect (C.J. and Evan) left AC work area totally clean, and us educated on running the air conditioning and heat.

Ramon was our Howard Air technician. He came out to do winter service on our two heat pumps and mini-split. He was very thorough and shared observations with me as we went along. He worked with the home office to get us a fair deal in some additional work that needed to be performed.

I've been using Howard Air since they replaced our unit in 2013. Their technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. Jovanny continues this tradition. Also when they send the notice they are on the way a picture of the technician is included. The maintenance program is worth the cost to keep the unit in good running condition.

We really appreciated the service call by Casey today. We decided to give Howard Air a try after some unhappy experiences with our previous HVAC service company. While the service call was just a seasonal system check, Casey went above and beyond and checked into other concerns we had. He provided some great recommendations for the health of our system and gave us peace of mind about its condition. We are pleased with our decision to switch service companies and will request Casey in the future.

I have been using Howard Air for all my new HV/AC installations and followup services for years. I had my bi-annual tuneup maintenance today and the technician Melvin Brim was amazing. Had a great experience with Howard Air and the installation of our new AC. Installation team arrived early in the installation window and work was completed by mid afternoon. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. Did an excellent cleanup job too. Hopefully, our new Trane system will last as long as our 16 yo Lenox did.
