Had them replace my 2 worn out AC units with new Trane units and they did exactly what they said they would do. In the process they where extremely professional on there processes and all the techs where just plain nice. The sales process was even comfortable as all my questions where answered and this is how they earned my business after getting 3 quotes before them. Thank you to the Clear Air team great job guys and gals.

With my regular AC maintenance visit, Brock also inspected my water heater and noticed a clogged drain and some corrosion. Given the age we decided to replace it. Thomas and his team came out a week later and, after removing, found an old unit in danger of completely failing with major corrosion on the hidden back side. In a few hours Thomas had replaced the unit, including all new gas lines. Potential crisis averted. Thomas continued my outstanding experience with Clear Air and its team of polite, capable, honest and transparent people. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I have been working with Clear Air for several years now. Brock has been to my house each time that I have needed a service. He explains everything so well and I trust him. Trust is earned, and I recommend this company for their quality, experience and professionalism. You see it in their reviews too. This time I needed my lines flushed which makes since after my recent rennovations. Bonus:This company takes emergency calls after hours and I like that peace of mind… just in case.

At 12:00 noon, we discovered that our air conditioning wasn't working. We called Clear Air Conditioning and were able to be scheduled within the next 3 hours. Our technician (Tyler S.) arrived promptly, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and diagnosed our problem quickly. The part was under warranty, and we were able to have it fixed immediately, only paying for the labor. (We originally purchased our air conditioning unit from Clear Air four years ago. They remembered us and were able to easily see it was under warranty still.) By 3:45 p.m. we were busy cooling down our house. We are thrilled!

Gabriel was very prompt! He was friendly and answered all our questions! Gabriel diagnosed the problem, traced down the drain in the M bath, unclogged the drain and checked the air conditioner on roof. We were very impressed with his work and friendly attitude! Thanks!$

I cannot say enough great things about Clear Air Conditioning and Heating. We've had them out to service our 21 year old units in the past and they have always done a superior job repairing both units. Always a fair price and I never felt pressured to get a brand new unit. Well as fate would have it, the recent warm weather was too much for one of my old units and it finally died. When I called in, Curt had someone out to see if it could be repaired that day, but as I said the unit was 21 years old and this time it was done for good. From there I worked with Thomas to schedule a complete replacement and they were able to come out the next day! The crew were all very professional and took extra care to clean up any loose insulation that had fallen and of course hauled away the old unit. They even vacuumed! These guys are really top notch and I want to thank them for their excellent and professional service! I would 100% recommend them to any of my friends and family!

The AC in one of our rentals needed urgent repair. We called and they were able to send their technician, Tyler right away. They were very professional and communication was good. They sent the estimate, pictures, detailed explanation of everything that was done, receipts all by email. They made everything very easy. I recommend and would call them again.

I can’t say enough about the customer service of this company! From the first call until our A/C was repaired I received a total of 11 calls/texts keeping me updated on every aspect of the appointment schedule, repair needed and part arrival. Every conversation with Dani at the office was kind, informative and she did her best to work around my schedule.
I think I may have met the best A/C technician ever! Brock came in with a smile and a willingness to help at 4:30 on a Friday with a temp of 115 degrees. Our A/C needed a new blower motor and he sat on hold with Trane for over an hour checking on the part. It took a few days to get and during that time he texted to check on how the temperature of our house was and to update me on the arrival of the new motor.
When he came back to install it he walked in again with a smile and got us up and running. He stayed until he knew the system was working at full capacity.

Gabriel came over and checked our AC from top to bottom. Explained the issue clearly and fixed everything, despite being a holiday, he took his time and got it done. Very professional and made sure we understood everything before he left.

This is by far the best air conditioning and heating company. We had Sean and his AMAZING TEAM install our new heat pump today who are professional and dedicated and took the time to explain everything to us step by step. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace their air conditioning / heat unit.

It is always a pleasure doing business with Curt and Michelle. We had two new Trane A/C units and two new Trane heating units installed. Gary, Tucker, and the rest of the installation crew were very professional and courteous and worked together like clock work! It was amazing to watch them take out the old heating and cooling system and install the new.

During the six month inspection prior to summer, Brock Nelson discovered a problem with the motor in our old unit 10 years old. Because we are using our maintenance program, we received a decent discount and we’re able to get a new motor installed prior to the heat of Arizona Destroying that unit! Kudos to Brock and the team for recognizing just what needed to be done and not overcharging or adding on things we didn’t need. It’s so nice to know. We can trust this company!

This company is amazing. Easy to book appointment online and quick to respond. My technician was Deven McCarn, he showed up on time and was very professional. He did a thorough inspection on my AC unit and found solution to my issue. He gave me recommendations and informed me of their service plans that can help save me money. After multiple bids, not only did Clean Air come in with the best price, for top of the line equipment, but they were also the only company to do a thorough inspection. The install of the new unit and the removal of the old split system took less than 8 hours. Their team is very professional and we will definitely be referring them to others!

Tyler was an excellent technician. He came out right away and was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately. Unfortunately we have a 16 year old R22 system that the compressor went out on. He did say that we could repair the unit but recommended replacement. We then met with Sean who helped us select a unit that fit our needs. They were here for hours making sure we got the best set up for our home.
We were able to get installation 2 days after they came out. I appreciate the installers for getting here on time and getting the system set up and running as quickly as possible. Thanks to the whole team for being there in our time of need

Very professional and thorough. We had our unit go down in August and they were quick to work with us on a solution. Their pricing was competitive (especially for a new unit in mid-summer) and their quality was very high. From quoting through installation, everything went seamlessly. Jacob was the main installer and he was very very good. He was first to arrive and was very polite and answered any questions. Sean was our main point of contact and even helped with the installation. We’ll be using them again for a second unit but are waiting for rebate reasons. This was their suggestion which is impressive because it meant more work on their end.
