The tech was punctual and polite. He explained what the issue was. But did not share the price before. I approved the repair. I'm still in sticker shock that a 80 to 100 dollar part has $600 in labor for one hour's worth of work.

Hayden was the best. He was professional and explained everything to me. I needed a new motor and some refrigerant that is why my price was higher. We are VIP members and usually pay nothing for regular maintenance. Hayden also got me hooked up to have my vents cleaned. He was a pleasant young man. We have been using Lincoln air for about 3 years and would not go anywhere else. Their customer service is the best. Happy birthday Hayden.

We had an issue with our equipment and Lincoln Air came out immediately. They not only identified the most cost effective solution, but saved us thousands of dollars compared to the original quote. They have been our go to provider for several years, and we are extremely happy to have a trusted partner for all of our air and plumbing needs.

I have been using Lincoln for the last 3 years. The first year, they gave me a membership as a gift due to my health and helped me get a better price.
They give through diagnostics with photos and list out each item by price.
They taught me to change my filter once per month. And, after I had them clean the thingies. it saved SO MUCH ELECTRICITY

Let me begin by saying I don’t leave a lot of reviews. I’ve dealt with many contractors over the years and Lincoln A/C and Plumbing is one of those contractors I am glad I found.

To give a short explanation of what we did. I completely remodeled our home and used Bob Lincoln and his team to install two Mitsubishi mini split systems with eight heads that heat and cool our entire home. The pricing was competitive, fair and the installers were on time, did great work and we’re very thorough.

I would 100% recommend them to anybody out there looking for a reliable and upstanding air-conditioning company that cares about its customers.

We are members of Lincoln‘s maintenance club. We think it is an excellent program for twice. Yearly maintenance check up. Communication is clear.. It’s easy to access people. Our service man Ron is thorough and on time. He offers three price estimates for suggested maintenance and prioritizes them into what is most important. We never feel pressured to do everything, and monthly payments are offered for higher-priced items/services.

Bob and the whole team at Lincoln air have been great! They have installed and maintain a mini split in our casita as well as provide maintenance on the unit for the main home. The technicians are always very informative and never pushy with their recommendations. Highly recommend Lincoln Air!

I am a superintendent in the Construction industry and Lincoln was the Mechanical vendor on the project. Later when I was working in another state my wife was home and our AC unit went out and because of the good relationship on previous project, I called and asked Lincoln to help us out and they installed a new unit and then went over and above and ran a new duct into a hot spot the house always had before. When I returned home the next week everything was taken care of and was better than before. My wife and I are appreciative. Thank you Lincoln and the service techs that came to the rescue.

Their sales rep at the home show was making sexual references "Over hear size really matters" followed by we can lower you energy bill. With all the kids around there I was disgusted by how you represent your company. I will be sure to never spend money with your company, clearly your integrity is lacking.

My wife and I have a rental property and the downstairs AC unit went out in 110 temperatures. They were there right away and had it replaced on a Saturday morning. These guys were very professional, clean and reasonable. They explained everything as they went along which we appreciated. Definitely recommend!

1st Choice exceeded my expectations in terms of knowledge and professionalism across every aspect of my project. They found and fixed my a/c and insulation issues. Ricky, specifically, can teach a master class on this topic. You can believe, they are my first call for any future needs. We had an AC unit installed two years ago by a company that went out of business shortly after the installation. At the one-year mark, we contacted 1st Choice Mechanical Cooling and Heating for a yearly service. The technician who came out was knowledgeable, complimented the installation of the ducts, furnace, and outside unit, and assured us there were no concerns.

This year, at the two-year mark, we scheduled another yearly service with 1st Choice. However, the new technician gave us a very different assessment. He advised that about 50% of our ducts were not properly sealed, found tape covering an important section of the furnace (which he replaced with screws, warning of potential carbon monoxide risks), and noted that the outside unit was using excess energy, causing it to start and stop harshly. He then provided a list of costly repair and maintenance options.

Because this diagnosis completely contradicted what we were told the year prior, I contacted 1st Choice and explained the situation. I asked that another technician inspect the unit for confirmation and was told by the representative that a supervisor would call me back immediately and that the inspection would be free of charge. While they did waive the fee, no one has followed up with me, nor has there been any concern or effort to resolve this issue.

From my experience, it feels as though the company would rather ignore the matter than ensure their technicians are providing consistent and reliable service to their customers.

Brandon is so knowledgeable and thoughtful. He checked and secured everything else in my home to make sure it was safe and up to code. Customer service (Hailey) is amazing!!

My name is Kim and Over the years I have had several AC companies look at my air conditioning unit and fill it with Freon or tell me that the Freon SR22 would no longer be available and the ONLY option was to replace the unit. I had someone refill the Freon in 2020 and they said that I had a small leak and the coil pans were rusted. I had two separate technicians, this month that added more Freon and told me that the pans were rusty and that I apparently had a big leak in the coil’s… when 1st Choice Mechanical was recommended to me by my son-in-law, Tim came out and did a full assessment and provided a video and pictures of what it looked like in my attic. He explained every option possible for me to repair or replace my air conditioning unit and at the time my home was 88° and had been that way for about a week. Tim suggested replacing the unit, repairing the unit, financing the cost, and several other options. I chose to finance the replacement of the coils where the leak was. The pricing was extremely reasonable. I had no idea that the pans were rusted to this extent. It looked absolutely disgusting and I am so disappointed that no one ever explained the extent of the damage that had taken place in my attic. Tim and Brandon arrived early in the morning and went to work. They checked in with me throughout the entire process. They shop vac’d my carpet and stairs, they wore foot coverings, they were so kind and professional. OMG! This company is amazing and should be on CNN HEROES… I felt so blessed to have them do the repair and I am so thankful to my son in law for the referral. Do not waste your time calling any other company because I can guarantee you that no one is as good or professional, friendly, expedient or experienced as 1st Choice Mechanical

Jake was awesome! He took the time to explain the issue and what was being replaced and even showed me the broken pieces after he replaced them which was cool. Everything about the visit was great and I will definitely be calling 1st Choice for any future issues or concerns we have with our AC!
