Hayden did an incredible job. Yearly service check up, and some maintenance needed to keep the unit on the go and running for the summer and years to come. Very reasonable priced, very clearly explained for what was Needed for my unit VS what was recommended. Very nice, respectful and a pleasure to have as my new AC company. The membership program is totally worth it also! Thank you again Hayden for all your help and keeping my family cool!

10000000% you should call Lincoln Air ASAP, I guarantee you’ll love them and will want to keep them for life. What a great company! Super honest and straight forward. Their work ethic is beyond incredible. We had the pleasure of working with Hayden & Scott. Some of the nicest people ever! They were so kind and pleasant and made sure to explain everything to me. When they were done they cleaned everything up and once they were gone it was like nobody had been here doing all the work their did, no mess left behind! The company also has a membership that’s totally with it.

I won’t be calling any other AC companies! This is THE one. Call them and ask for Hayden & Scott if they’re available, so so so kind!

I've never dealt with this business and I don't plan on it because of the reckless speeding by one of their drivers on October 1st of 2025 at 2:00 p.m. while crossing over the overpass of the Salt River on Estrella Parkway, this guy was going 70 mph in a a 45 zone. Thought I'd leave a review so his management could give him a gold star for his disregard of public safety.

I’ve used Lincoln Air & Plumbing multiple times and they never disappoint! Most recently, I had them out for an A/C maintenance and to install a new mini split in my bedroom, which is an addition to the house and has never cooled or heated properly.

Hayden, the technician, was fantastic! He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived with a smile, and even wore booties to keep my floors clean — such a thoughtful touch. The mini split install involved some drilling and, like most construction projects, there was a bit of mess, but Hayden made sure to vacuum and clean everything before he left. He was professional, respectful, and clearly takes pride in his work.

Huge thanks to the Lincoln Air & Plumbing team for always delivering top-notch service. Highly recommend!

There were some positives and negatives with my experience with Lincoln:

Hannah, the agent who booked my appointment, was amazing. She said the next available was more than a day out, but she would call around and see if anyone was available sooner. She called back and had someone out in 30 minutes. Wow!

The technician knew what he was doing. He quickly identified the issue, a faulty capacitor, an inexpensive part that needed to be replaced. He also recommended some additional coolant, R410A. The unit was quickly back up and running.

I was a little startled at the charges. The actual bill was roughly double what I would have expected.

Buyer beware of Bosch air conditioner! In less than 6 months of purchasing it for $1,600.00 it has quit working twice. Lincoln Air came out and repaired it twice. The 2nd time it took them 9 days to get it up and running due to parts availability. Service is good but this brand of unit is very temperamental as I was warned by the service techs. The salesman upsold me on the Bosch German technology but didn’t warn me of the known problems that follow this unit.
The technicians are great but the product is not. What happens to me when the warranty runs out and I have to pay for repair service 4 times a year?
I wish I never bought this lemon of a brand!

Ron F serviced my air conditioning and heater. He explained in laymen’s terms how to use both thermostats so I can control the temperature in my house and not depend on my husband. He was responsible, respectful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ron.

Skilled technical professionals and outstanding costomer service. They've helped us with replacing our house AC unit, installed a mini spit system in our detached garage, replaced a water heater, and they are our go-to for anything plumbing and HVAC. Funny story: Our water heater just died in the middle of the night and we had 40 gals of water in the laundry room and dining room at 1am. I called their office to leave a voice mail message that we had an emergency and needed to get on their books as soon as possible. A very sleepy voice answered "Lincoln Air and Plumbing"... at 1:30 in the morning. Their tech was at the house at 7am, the water heater installed by 9am. They do our semi-anual prevetative maintenance, walk through thier report in plain language that non-HVAC and Plumbing can understand, and make recommendations and explain the "need to have" and "things to watch for". Lincoln Air and Plumbing has my loylalty because they've earned and proven their service to us. On a scale of 1-10, they're an 11.

Lincoln Air installed our first Mitsubishi mini-split AC/Heat unit in our master bedroom and it was so good we had a second one installed in our kitchen. We’ve had zero trouble the last 7 years and still going strong.

The service was good. The technician was professional and knowledgeable and appeared to be thorough. The cost saved us some money for sure. We decided to sign up for their yearly contract.

Hayden has been awesome to work with! Responded to my inquiry quickly, set the appointment, completed the measurements and generated a fair proposal. Great response times, and careful installation. Will have Lincoln continue to service my house going forward!

I had used Lincoln Air for an emergency water heater situation. They were very responsive and replaced the unit in an efficient manner. Thought cost was a little high but it was Memorial Day and an emergency, so maybe fitting for the situation.

Great workmanship, just too expensive for a simple mini-split cleaning. Used to be $170 on a Father's Day special which only took 30min. Today, you offered me the same service for $450😳😬. Over double the price in two yrs is pretty strong 😔

Our serviceman was great. Thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Told us before he started what he'd be doing. Took lots of pictures of the work as he went. Did an awesome job. A fine example of the service technicians you employ.
