Justin W. from Lincoln Air was awesome today. Our AC got knocked out late Friday afternoon. They were able to schedule me for today. Saturday..Justin came went over everything..Took photos and showed the issue and explained it all. Once completed went over replacement parts with more photos. He was very professional and efficient and all is good again. Highly Recommend Lincoln Air. Very fair price and excellent customer service.

They came on time and did a terrific job, cleaned up when done. a superb job all around.

I had a frustrating experience with Lincoln Air. Yesterday, they scheduled a 1pm to 5pm appointment window. At 1:20pm, I received a text with the technician's resume, indicating he was on his way. I noticed the technician's unmarked truck outside at 1:30pm while retrieving an Amazon package. Despite seeing him, there was no clear indication he was there for my appointment since there was no Lincoln Air signage, and he left shortly after without coming to my door.

Around 4pm, I reached out to Lincoln Air to inquire about the technician's whereabouts, as I had neither missed calls nor voicemails from them. Their response was that the technician had arrived at 1:30pm and left a voicemail, which I never received. I asked if they would be sending someone else, but got no reply. Attempts to call were met with voicemail prompts, and a text requesting a callback was answered with a vague message about calling back after getting home.

I then contacted a competitor who managed to schedule an appointment for the same evening within 30 minutes and promptly resolved my issue.

Eventually, Lincoln Air's scheduler called back, asserting that the technician had knocked and rang a "Ring" doorbell. However, I do not have a Ring doorbell, and it was clear from my observations that the technician did not visit the correct address. The scheduler offered to reschedule for the next day but provided no apologies or explanations for the errors.

Given the lack of professionalism and poor communication, I chose to go with a competitor. Although I had a positive experience with Lincoln Air a few years ago during a mini-split installation, my recent experience was disappointing and frustrating. As a result, I no longer trust their services and cannot recommend them.

Everyone I've met and spoken to were nice and professional. When I came to a mini split install, Andrew, who installed the unit was nice, professional, and very knowledgeable.
As far with the unit, I am pleased at the moment with the performance, but kinda disappointed with the features. It seems a very basic unit. I wish I was more informed about the unit I was getting, but it does the job and that what it matters. Overall, I am satisfied choosing Lincoln Air & Plumbing and would recommend.

Well, here we are again a couple months later after having Lincoln Air out in May. And once again they have blown me away with their fantastic customer service, timely, action, and so helpful. I had another roof leak and this time it was not my AC unit since it was serviced wonderfully already by Lincoln Air. It was poor roof work on sealing the roof penetrations and vents. After checking the AC unit and finding zero problems, the tech on his own, came back and checked in the attic and confirmed that it was the roof vent leaking from rain. He didn’t have to do that, but we appreciated it so much. I will always call Lincoln Air!

2025 update - Hayden did a great job. Thorough and professional.

We just had Jason and Jesse out to service the two units we have. They were on time, professional, and thorough. They also educated us on a few things that we can do to keep the units in top shape. Our dog loved them so much he wanted to leave with them! Everyone at Lincoln Air is really great. A shout out to Tom, Craig, and Jeff as well. See you guys in the spring!

Been using Lincoln Air for 20 years. They always provide quality work at honest prices. Their staff is professional and friendly. We wouldn’t trust anyone else for our heating and cooling needs.

We’ve had an annual contract with Lincoln Air for a couple of years and are 100% satisfied.
The technician that came out today, Justin was awesome. Clearly highly knowledgeable and qualified. He arrived within the promised window. He was respectful of our residence inside and out and made sure we understood not only the work he completed under our annual contract but the additional work we requested. There was no pressure of up-selling and it was clear to us that he wanted us to feel satisfied before he left.
Justin and the office at Lincoln Air are definitely our go to’s moving forward.

Great company. Hayden is always pleasant and very knowledgeable when he services the unit and does an excellent job. Highly recommend.

I requested a review of my system but the prices to do the actual work were to high for my labor grade and will need to look elsewhere.

Hayden was an absolute pleasure to work with. He showed up earlier than anticipated and was exceptionally professional, trustworthy, kind and he communicated effectively. Ultimately, he identified the problem and solved it rather quickly. Highly recommend!

We replaced an old AC unit and added a "mini-split"

Ronald Fendrick exceeds expectations. He is patient with explanations for the HVAC challenged. Provided attention to detail service on more than 1 occasion. I will ask for him whenever I have an issue. Really an excellent ambassador for your company.

Service guys: Scott and Hayden were great! We turned on our heat for the first time this winter and it was just blowing cold air. Called Lincoln Air and they got out here pronto. It was an easy fix so we're back in a nice warm house.
While they were here, they told us about a Membership Plan they offer for $99 that includes two tune ups per year and discounts on repairs and service calls. We quickly accepted that offer because it paid for itself on today's visit!
We're so glad we found Lincoln Air and we've been happy with every service call we've had with them.
