My original AC/plumbing/heating company has recently shut down, they’ve been going through high-tech sending inadequate service people. Wasting my days by not showing up or showing up late. I was so pleased that Merlin‘s reached out to diamond HC and heating to pick up their customer services. Their AC/heating inspection was more than adequate. I’ve decided to keep them as my company to service my equipment. Ryan, my tech was polite, asked if he needed slippers for his shoes, explained everything that he was gonna do tweak things that needed to be done and explained the whole situation of services that could be provided. I even signed a one year service agreement for $240 for twice a year inspection for my equipment. I feel I’m back on track with a great company. Thank you. This will be an added review dated
February 3, 2026. Just had my ductwork cleaned today with an added duct ceiling through diamond AC and heating. Travis and Michael were my tax and boy were they fantastic very knowledgeable very courteous very thorough if I could I would’ve given them 10 stars . I highly Recommend diamond, AC and heating. You would not know that anybody was here today cleaning my ducks with all the equipment they brought in. They left my house. I want to say cleaner than what it was when they came! Well, worth the money,you also get a rebate through SRP once Everything is submitted. I can’t praise them enough. Thank you Diamond

I have searched for a good and honest AC/Heating company for quite a long time to keep up maintenance and to call when needed. As a result, and life happening, my 15 year old unit that still functions well, has been neglected. I came across Diamond and thought I’d give it a try. The man who did my intake over the phone was kind and thorough. Ryan came out to service and explained my 3 main options in detail, knowing I was not ready to purchase a new unit until this one dies. I chose to have the unit overhauled and cleaned up to hopefully get more years out of it, as well as get on a schedule for regular maintenance. Ryan was so kind, thorough, and efficient. I feel confident my unit is taken well care of and I am pleased I can count on Diamond in the future.

Can’t compliment the crew enough! Service was fast and excellent from start to finish! Everyone I dealt with was very professional starting with Caleb who came out and examined my unit. He gave me the information I needed to make the decision to install a new unit. Then the Boss, Cory and Brian arrived on time and the work was done so very conscientiously. Cleaning up as they installed a new thermostat and patching the old holes. And best of all I now have HEAT! And the air does work for this summer. So pleased, Thank you for a wonderful job.

Where was driving this car at 10:28 AM on March 7 needs to not cut people off. This guy cut me off last second otherwise he would’ve been dedicated to go 101 north so instead of just taking the exit. He chose to merge right in front of me almost causing an accident.

Never use Diamond AC & Heating. I first contacted them on April 24, 2025, because they were running what looked like an amazing promotion—only $10 for a tune-up, plus you donate canned food to charity. I thought that was such a great idea, so I set it up.

When the technician arrived, he told me there was a burnt wire and a part that needed to be replaced. He said it would cost $500, which I couldn’t afford at the time. He then tried to sell me a yearly subscription plan. When I declined, he called his boss, and then came back to me saying they could “help me out” and do the repair for $200. I was grateful, because that was the best I could manage financially. He also told me that the part he was replacing was rare and could only be purchased through an AC company, so I couldn’t go get it myself.

According to their invoice, both the part and the burnt wire were replaced. I truly believed they had done the work. But after coming back from vacation a couple months later, my AC stopped working again. I called a different company, and they showed me that the exact same wire was still burnt and had never been replaced. This new technician also told me the part was nothing special—it was a basic part that could be bought anywhere. In the end, I had to spend $500 more for the repair that Diamond AC & Heating claimed they had already done.

What makes this so frustrating is that I thought they were doing me a favor, helping me out when I was in a tough financial situation. But in reality, it feels like they just saw how much money they could get out of me. I still have their invoice that lists “wire replacement” along with photos proving the wire was never changed.

So not only did I lose the $200 I paid them, but I also had to pay another $500 to fix what should have been taken care of the first time. It’s upsetting to feel like I was taken advantage of during a time when I trusted them to do honest work.

For those reasons, I cannot recommend Diamond AC & Heating.

Our air conditioning unit stopped working unexpectedly. I called this company and they were able to come the same day. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He repaired the system quickly and tested everything before leaving. Very reliable service.

Not something that was normal.

I sit near it, but don't know anything about it. Guess they keep Sky Harbor cool/warm.

These guys saved my house. He was very efficient and fast. I am glad I contacted them.

Ryan came to repair our rooftop HVAC unit, and he was awesome. He worked quickly despite the weather and stayed professional the entire time. Ryan found the issue right away and replaced the faulty part. He made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. The cooling is so much better now. He clearly knows his trade well. Ryan made the whole process easy and efficient!

This is less of a review, and more of a character referral. I'm an HVAC tech, I used to work with Aleks years ago before he started South Mountain Air. I don't live in AZ anymore, but when friends and family ask who to call, I still refer them to Aleks, simply because I know he's an honest guy that cares to do the job right. I don't get anything for these referrals, I actually haven't spoken to Aleks in years. But I knew him well enough then that I still trust him to this day.

You may not always get great news when it comes to repairs needed for your A/C, but if the news comes from Aleks, you can trust that it's the truth.

Ian from Same Day Air Repair is awesome. He is extremely professional and explained everything needed. I would recommend to anyone including family and friends.

Ian Robison came today and checked out our units. He has great communication skills, he had a wonderful attitude , he was very knowledgeable and he actually listened to my request and then checked things out properly and his customer service was top notch as well. He was on time and he called and let me know when he was on the way. I was even able to track him while he was on his way , I love that feature. Thank you Ian!!

Angel M. installed my new HVAC system today and was awesome! He was extremely considerate and professional and went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right. He seemed to genuinely care about customer satisfaction, and I very much appreciated how he took the time to make sure that all of my questions were answered throughout the process.

We had the pleasure of working with Same Day Air Repair to replace our A/C fan. James was a great technician and completed the job timely and honestly. I was also impressed by the owner who assisted James with our job. The owner ensured that James was able to complete the job same-day and made sure we would be satisfied with the work. So one day the technician came to my house and told me there was ice on my AC unit give me the prices and doesn't have monthly payment options, he was hoping I can give him a five star and tell him you do good service. So the next day I had a friend who is HVAC certified came and checked on my AC there was no ice buildup all it was is a few things to be fixed, and then it cost me much as the technician was trying to get me into sales of a new AC. I get disappointed when someone doesn't be honest with me and integrity of what's going on with my AC. I don't know if he looked all around or whatever the case maybe but this company concerns me.

Cory installed my unit and it looks amazing . He was by himself and got it done fast . Really happy with choosing this company . I would recommend Cory any time

I got my AC repaired and ticket bill was ~$5k.
Service technician Ian came for inspection and gave a quote to repair, with a promise of sending a letter for covering 5 year after service warranty.

Everything said and done, I have been chasing them to get the letter but in vain. They’ve stopped responding to my texts/ calls.
