Ryan Clune and Preston Hassell are such a dynamic duo very knowledgeable and respectful. This company is so lucky to have these two very rare these days to have such caring people. They took the time to explain what was happening and why I should do the repair now before it broke. I am always requesting either one of them because they are two of the most trustworthy technicians I have ever dealt with. This company should be grateful for them that they look out for their company and care and give them a good name. I have used different companies in the past and wow a world of difference with people you can trust and believe what you are being told. Great job to these two young men I will continue to use you two this company should be proud of them.

We just had our maintenance done up in munds park getting ready for winter. Michael Jr. Is awsome he very knowledgeable. Big asset to the company. His people skills very enjoyable.

Hello all, I just want y'all to know you need to be careful with this company. We had someone come out and do a point spec. on our AC unit. Now mind you we have a brand house built in 2023 moved in in 2024 so the unit was used lightly for the first year with no one living in the home. The second year we used it fairly nicely. The inside thermostat was reading there was a problem with the cooling unit so needless to say this company came out and said we had a frion leak. And they said it could cost us up to almost $1500-7000 depending on where the leak was. So we contacted our warranty program and they sent out Chads Roberts. They told us the problem was a simple capacitor!! Which he changed immediately and no charge! Please just be careful and always get a second opinion! I can't believe this happened to us, this is our first home together and people already want to scam you out of your money like crazy!!

Michael did a great job. A great technician. Just a check up for no cost when we purchased the system last year.

They called me to say I had already paid for a tune up so I went ahead and scheduled. The guy gets here and says no that's not what I'm here to do. Just to check it. What??? Then the receipt says tune up. NO TUNE UP WAS performed. Do not use this company.

Michael was awesome told us everything he suggested what we should get to protect our system very polite and respectful did an awesome job. Would recommend his service and company to all family and friends. Thank you for your support.

Needed duct work done for our kitchen remodel. They made an appointment to come out for an estimate. An hour into the arrival window of the appointment 3 different people call/talk to us unsure of what we are asking - said the notes on order is for an estimate of a "new unit". Apparently the owner is one of the people who talked to us who said he would call us back to "get some eyes on it". Not even 5 minutes later he has the receptionist call "on behalf of the owner we just talked to" to tell us they "don't do that type of duct work for a kitchen". It was to rework the access point of the wall duct where the vent hood would attatch. So they wasted our time, their staff doesn't understand their scope of work within their own company, and their website lies when it says "duct work no job too big or too small". Guess I will give my business to their competitor HVAC companies who actually do duct work.

Ryan was quick to respond and identify the issue. The repair was also quick. Everyone I worked with at Diamond was professional and courteous. I’ll be back!

One of their salespeople called my parents' house tonight to sell them on the annual food drive tune up special. When told that the owner of the house had passed away three days ago, I was pushed twice to get my other parent on the phone as "power of attorney for the house" and then when I declined I was offered the chance to have him text me their contact information. This was really pushy and not an appropriate way to react to being told someone has just died. He can do better, and I will not be recommending this company to my parent for future use, as they are not current customers either.

These dirtbags get zero stars. They have called my cell phone 8-9 times over the past 2-3 months. Each time, I hang up and block the number. They then call me back using a different number. They called twice today alone. We call this harassment. Do not use this service!

Lucas is a true credit to his company and profession. I’ve had many HVAC Techs come out but NONE like him. Very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He is the best. Much thanks to Diamond A/C and to Lucas. God bless .

Extremely pleased with Diamond AC as their technicians went above and beyond again diagnosing and fixing my AC units. I own Impact Gymnastics and we have 13 AC units covering 25000 square feet. Diamond AC has helped us fix, replace and maintain all of our units. They also maintain my home AC units as well. Their technicians have been amazing in getting our units running right and cooling down our building to make it comfortable for our clients and athletes. I highly recommend utilizing Diamond Ac for all your heating and cooling needs!

This company called me even though I was on a DO NOT CALL list. When I told them that I was on the do not call list, the man responded, “then why did you answer?” I would never hire a company that bothers people like this. The guy was a smart ass. The proper response should’ve been, “I’m sorry I will take you off the list.”

In October of 2025 we had Mike and his crew from Diamond clean out and sanitize all the air ducts in our 1600 square foot home. Mike and his crew were on time, thorough, professional, and extremely courteous. Even though this type of work can be a little messy, they cleaned the mess as they went and left our home cleaner than what they found it. The job was done quickly and correctly! I could not give them a higher recommendation!

New AC company we wanted to try out to see how theor service, price compared to our previous and Diamond AC with Ryan and his assistant Luis nailed it! A particular issue with our ac drainage we already, we were told it would cost in the neighborhood of about $2,200 to fix/reset the pitch. Diamond AC came in, shared with us how our unit was doing and what it would take to correct the pitch, $10 in PVC and the included the labor in their 1st time visit with a 1 year maintenance program. Thank you Ryan at Diamond AC for your understanding, compassion to detail and above all your honesty.

We have used Diamond for all of our HVAC needs since we moved into our new home in Jerome, AZ. From the very start our experience has always been so wonderful. Michael , and his son (also Michael) have always been so punctual, professional, and courteous. They take time to call us outside of their service hours to answer questions and make sure we are well taken care of. Their work is always clean effective and quick, whether they are cleaning ducts or making repairs. We will continue to call these guys for anything in the future because we know for a fact that we will have a great experience.
