We needed our Bathtub/shower replaced along with much needed plumbing repairs. Miguel was very professional and understanding with the questions that I asked, Keeping me informed in each step that he was doing. The work was completed in a timely manner. Waylon was amazing! Very professional but also down to Earth. Unlike other techs/companies, he listened to our issues, checked everything out and provided us with results and remedies. 100/10 for him and the company. The scheduling was an absolute breeze and super quick to come out!

Had no hot water. Jose and Mickey had it fixed within the day of being called out to my home. They were very professional from the minute they arrived. Made it very clear about what needed to be done, and left their work space cleaner than the way they found it. Would recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing services.

Skyler was attentive while he was completing the repairs. He walked through the entire process and the issue at hand. He was polite, courteous, and seemed to really care about the issue. I do not know anything about water heaters but Skyler explained several things to me to increase my knowledge.

Although the service took longer than I expected, the water heater had to be replaced so I completely understand the timeframe needed. He also prepared me for the water that needed to be turned off and the timeframe for the water to be heated. I was extremely happy with the results of the call. Thank you so much!

Wow, what a great, friendly, honest and fast service. Such a nice change from having worked with other plumbing companies in the Valley over the past 20+ years. The team were happy, smiling and laughing with each other even when ‘just getting on with it’, they had seen the problem before and immediately knew what was needed to make it a long term fix. This is now my third review for APES! ALL ARE 5-STAR!!! They are all unrelated issues and each time they come out to my house I am that much more impressed! The most recent time had Brian Garrison come out to my house to check on a slow drain issue that we were having in our master bathroom shower. He knew exactly what to do and immediately took off the drain cap on the floor that we couldn't take out. It was filled with soapy residue and other gunk. Brian immediately cleaned it out and the drain works like new again. He then suggested a bio cleaner to use in all of our drains each month and gave us the first container. WOW! Brian is truly the best! He and his team have ALWAYS provided superior service, professionalism and results. Brian has a wealth of knowledge, experience and compassion. Very friendly and polite. He made sure that I understood what he was doing and shared what he uncovered and the solution in clear and simple terms. When it comes to plumbing and Heating and Air Conditioning items, Brian Garrison and APES are who you NEED to call. From the owners to the employees, I have only had the BEST experience. They are fair, honest, knowledgeable, communicative, and PROFESSIONAL!!!! Thank you, Brian, and thank you APES for being there when I need you! You all ROCK!!!

Sam from Apes Plumbing and HVAC was excellent. He took the time to answer all of my questions and fixed multiple issues in our condo including a leaking sink, low shower water pressure, and our hot water heater. He was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire visit. He even brought an apprentice along and was patiently teaching while working, which was great to see. Sam was here for nearly four hours and handled everything with a positive attitude and a smile. Highly recommend!

Ralph is my contact at Apes. We have used them several times from inspections to repairs. They have always been responsible, on time and professional. This time we had a tech named Edwin perform some plumbing repairs. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend you give these guys a call for any of you HVAC Or plumbing repairs.

Our rental company sent out Apes HVAC and Plumbing for emergency maintenance on a Sunday, they showed up and came through in less than an hour, their tech Howey did an amazing job fully replacing our spigot and the copper water tubing and even offered to help discard of our broken hose. We can’t recommend them enough and should we ever need more services I know who to call! Thanks!

We were getting a burning lint smell from our dryer and the room would get way too humid. Esteban came out and quickly got set up. He was super professional, got the blockage out of the dryer exhaust, and explained how it happened. He cleaned up the mess the lint made and was done in 45 minutes. 10/10 would call them up again.

Call them for a same day appointment and they were able to show up in the afternoon after another vendor cancelled their appointment. Would definitely use them again.
