Their pricing for a new system was competitive and there was no pressure to spend more than what was needed. I just had a new AC system installed by Certify HVAC. Ulises is very knowledgeable, takes his time to educate his customers about different HVAC units, he is very polite, called ahead of time about his arrival time. Their prices for new units are very competitive. He and his father are very hard working people. They did not leave till they made sure that my new unit is running well! I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

I was very pleased with Certify HVAC and would highly recommend. Ulises was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and timely with his services and overall just a nice person to work with. I felt confident in his abilities and the install of our ac unit went smoothly.

We received a few estimates for installing a Mini Split for our Garage and we were at the point of giving up because of the high costs and some wanting to add additional electrical panels and boxes for breakers. I saw Certify HVAC’s add on the internet and decided to try one more time. Low and behold, the owner, Ulises came out the next day, checked everything and gave us an estimate for about 1/2 of all the others and it’s all the same equipment with the same warranties. He even found several breakers in my existing panel box that he could use. He and his crew did the complete installation in one day. The unit is wonderful and keeps the garage very cool. He is now our new A/C person for all our needs. I highly recommend him for all your A/C needs.

Thank you, Certify HVAC, for going above and beyond! I had a clog in the drip system of my AC that drips outside the house. I have heard from neighbors that they had the same problem and it didn’t get taken care of and their AC unit ended up coming through the ceiling. I took this very seriously. I scheduled with Ulises and he was at my home right on schedule! He talked me through what he was going to do and what everything meant. He replaced a of PVC pipe where the clog after finding out that flushing it was not enough. He also replaced the capacitor because the compressor was amping to high and was weak. He also did the maintenance on my unit. He let me know what needed to be fixed and, that even though my unit was older, it was still in working condition. Thank you so much for your honesty, integrity and amazing service!! I would recommend Certify HVAC to anyone looking for honest and reliable service!! I’m so grateful for their help!!

This review is probably long overdue, but I really wanted to take the time to write a genuine review for Certify HVAC (Ulises) because he has helped with not just one, but two projects in my old and new home.

Ever since the COVID era, I’ve fallen in love with building a home gym for my family. One of the essential pieces (probably the most important — and no, not the squat rack!) is an air conditioning unit for the garage. Without it, you’re working out in a 110-degree oven, feeling absolutely miserable.

So, I was looking for someone to install a mini split for our home. There were some challenges with this project because we needed someone who:

Wouldn't give us a ridiculous quote (over $5-6k).
Could communicate flawlessly (so I could convey my exact request).
Had the skill set to install it exactly where I wanted it (to comply with the HOA's requirements).
After a long search, I found Ulises, who met every single criterion. He gave us a reasonable quote, had perfect communication skills, and we were able to talk through the entire project (I felt very involved). He was also able to install it in the exact spot that the HOA required — all while being an incredibly nice person to work with.

So, after we moved to a new home, I had to call him back again because, this time, the project was even more complex — we had to wire the mini split to an outside unit that went over a fence. I’ve posted some pictures here so people can see what a fantastic job he did. He also installed a brand-new Tesla charger for us!

If you’re an avid home gym enthusiast or have a special project in your garage that needs an AC unit, this is your guy. You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve worked with Joe Contreras a few times and he really knows his stuff, especially when it comes to high-end fixtures. His expertise and attention to detail show in the quality of his work—when he’s the one handling the job personally, the results are excellent.

One thing I’d suggest is clarifying rates before the work begins, just so there are no surprises. Also, while he’s top-notch himself, the same can’t always be said for assistants he occasionally brings along—so if possible, request that he personally oversees your project.

Overall, if you want someone who truly understands the finer points of plumbing, he’s a solid choice.

Edwin was great! Very efficient and clear with everything he needed to do and even cleaned up the shower drain when he was done which I did not expect that of him as part of the service so that was so nice!

Tyler fr9m APES was excellant!. He understood the issue and went to work investigating to determine the cause. He figured that out in no time and we now have adequate water pressure in the home!!!

Jose came and was in and out within 10 minutes. Toilet fixed, no Mess left and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Both Devin and Michael were professional yet personable. They showed up on time and decided right away that the repair was needed. They completed a professional job while being timely as well. The repair was covered by my water system repair contract.

Apes is a good reliable company. so much so that when we scheduled the appointment and was given a 12-5 period for service, I was disappointed. Then just before the appointment they rescheduled us for morning 8-12 which worked out much better for our day.
He replaced our garbage disposal in record time, left his work area immaculate and even educated us on how to maintain it.
Great company and great guy.

Customer service was excellent but we did notice after the job was completed that there is a significant dent in our hot water heater. Since we are renting we will let our rental company know.

Justin, my tech, and APES HVAC & Plumbing provided excellent, reasonably priced service. I had multiple water leaks in my outdoor pipes leading to the water meter, and Justin did a great job fixing them. He was prompt, friendly and very professional.

Edwin was great. It was very informative on what was going on with a leak that we had from the water faucet. He had to replace it and he did a great job and it didn’t take them all day to do it which we are very grateful for

Every time we have used this company we have been more than satisfied! We’re living in a rental and have had quite a few plumbing issues and APES has come to help us out through every problem. All of their technicians have amazing attitudes and explain every issue and how it’s been fixed and we haven’t had any issues since their visits. Kane especially did an amazing job repairing our laundry room drain issues even though it ended up being a lot more trouble than initially expected. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs to be serviced!

The two gentlemen that came to see what the issue was with my bathroom sink were professional, on-time and completed their work in a reasonable amount of time. If I have any repairs that need to be done they are first on my list to call for service.
