5 stars! We arrived from out of town late one evening to 90+ deg. inside the house and an error on the thermostat. As issues were discovered, each was explained in real time with pictures and costs.
They returned first thing the following morning to change parts, service both A/C units and didn't leave until they knew they were functioning well.

David owner of Biltmore Mechanical is the BEST! He caught a repair that two other techs missed, and he caught it within 20 seconds of inspecting my unit. This guy knows his stuff extremely well!

My ac went out and as usual , it always happens on the weekend and when we have over 100 degrees.. Biltmore Mechanical to the rescue!
I found them on Yelp and they had very good reviews so I called. The girl who answered the phone was very helpful and polite, promised that they will be at my place between 12 and 4 pm THE SAME DAY!!!
The technician ran a bit behind but called and said he will be another hour, since he is the other side of the valley,
and so it was! he was polite informative, fixed my problem in about an hour, his price was very reasonable!! I highly recommend David and Biltmore Mechanical and cooling!

I contacted Biltmore Mechanical and David came out the next day to troubleshoot my AC UNIT. It seems that the 2 stage function was unplugged and never wired inside the unit and my thermostat. David quickly troubleshooted and fixed the issue. Will use again for future needs.

Our a/c died last week with all these high temps. Our regular a/c company wasn't even answering the phones they were so buried. Someone recommended David at Biltmore Mechanical and boy were they right! He was out 2 hours later and replaced the motor in our 20 year old unit, and cleaned it. House is cool again, thankfully. Can't recommend highly enough!

Not only is David one of the most knowledgeable AC techs in the valley, but he may just be one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Replaced our entire system and to say the quality is second to none is an understatement. His attention to detail is on another level. There is no reason to use another company.

I found This company online after another HVAC company was unable to figure out why my AC unit was leaking from the return vent. David was able to figure it out and corrected the problem. After doing that I had him service the unit. He informed me at that time there were many issues with it. So I had him replace with a brand new one. Upon the first installation attempt, he was able to see a plumber was needed to cap a water line. He was able to refer a plumber who capped water lines and wound up replacing my hot heater that was in VERY bad shape. All this was especially helpful as I am an absentee landlord. Excellent service, great work and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

Baltimore Mechanical Heating and Cooling is absolutely amazing! Honest, affordable and EASY to work with. We tried 3 other companies in the past because no one could fix the problem right!
