I got a phone call saying that I would receive a free service because Diamond AC took over Merlin's which I add a preferred customer account with. The guy who came was very nice but all he did was an inspection and then tried to charge me $500 for the cleaning and maintenance. Same crappie, different name.

Excellent, relatively quick install considering the tight space for furnace access! Michael the sales/maintenance tech is excellent! Very friendly and genuinely takes pride in his work. Negotiated well with us and helped with our budget needs so it was less of a draw on our immediate finances. Really very pleased overall!

This company has been a disaster working with for two years. They sent their installation people who charged insane amounts to not do the job correctly. We had a second opinion come out and had to call them back because they only installed a 1/4 of the installation we paid for. Secondly, they installed our new AC unit. One of the Techs dropped part of the AC unit on our bathroom vanity. Cracked it. Then negligently did not tell us. We called and they had to replace it completely. Lastly, we had them come out to service our new AC unit. The new Tech said the unit was not installed correctly and berated us about getting it maintained. It was THEIR fault it was not done correctly. 15,000 or more dollars and they can’t install AC units correctly. Then they get mad with you over it.

Mary the receptionist was friendly and worked hard to get someone to me quicker then I expected. Caleb, the tech came to the rescue. He was both professional and kind, looking out for my interests. Refreshing. Thank you Diamond Ac and heating. We will spread the word.

He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. I could tell right away he genuinely cared about doing the job right.

Ryan came out to my home for a A/C and heating inspection. He was very professional and was able to give me a quick and reasonable quote for what I need to keep my A/C working. He did what needed done for my A/C heating unit and now I don't need to worry about my unit quitting on me. Thank you Ryan for your service.

On 9-30-2025 we a had Aeroseal done on our duct work..payment was made in full on 9-9-2025 when tech was out to replace a motor on Ac unit. Was told SRP would send us a $400 rebate & they would take care of all the paperwork.
Never received the rebate so called the office on 12-12, Mary out to lunch but would call me back, NO response.
I called SRP & the rep in rebates found NO paperwork. I called back on 12-15 & Mary said she will check on it. She did call back & said SRP has the paperwork & should get the rebate. I told her if I didn't get it by the end of January their company would be issuing me a check....I finally did get the rebate check from SRP on 1-8-2026 but no customer should have to go thru this crap with any business to get their money.
I did suggest to Mary in the future to deduct the rebate from the cost the seal & not going through this hassle.
I will never, ever do business with this company again!!! Just not worth my time & money.

I am so grateful with the service rendered by Daniel. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was so patient in explaining every detail of what I should know about the AC. He was respectful. I am very satisfied with his service. I bought the AC from their company 2022, and they've been consistent in giving the best service since then. I recommend Diamond AC and Heating to everyone. Excellent service from start to finish. The technician michel kirstiens came out to my new building and thoroughly evaluated all six air conditioner units, clearly explaining what he was checking and why. He was both knowledgeable and friendly, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. Based on this experience, I plan to continue using this air conditioning company for ongoing service from now on.

Daniel did an excellent job. Came out for my routine maintenance and needed my coil cleaned and let me know about additional items that will need to be addressed and the pricing so when I'm ready I know what's needed. The customer service is always on point and they always go through all the items they checked and let you know the best ways to maintain your system for optimal performance.

Our technician Caleb came out and explained the issues we had with our hvac system. He is working with our home warranty to get approval for parts. Hopefully all will go well and things will get fixed properly. I appreciated this company’s quick response in scheduling an appointment and their promptness in arriving within the time frame quoted. I will update my review when our air is up and running again hopefully soon.
Update…. The parts were approved and the system motor was replaced quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend this company. We had a very good experience.
