I am so happy that I got connected with Diamond AC to get a second opinion on a service that was recommended by Goettl. The indoor coil did need to be cleaned but Goettl never identified the root cause, which was duct leakage and insulation, which was what was found on the indoor coil. Diamond AC tech Ryan McClune did a thorough inspection and I moved forward with duct cleaning and Aeroseal, which corrected the 40% of air that was escaping! Goettl never tested the ducts or the AC efficiency when placing a new unit 2 years ago ($22K unit, which I'm now understanding was a ripoff). Prior to the new unit, Goettl did a duct cleaning for no small cost but never mentioned anything about any duct leakage. When the Diamond crew was in the attic, there was also a disconnected metal trunk line in which my AC air was just spilling into the attic. When Goettl placed the new unit and additional return, they should've checked all the ducts and should've seen that disconnection. The Diamond crews were timely, thorough, and offered great service and communication. While the crew was working here yesterday, the manager came around and checked on the job. Great service all around. I now have confidence that my two newer units will last longer now that I have this company maintaining them. I have them also working on my 2nd property. I highly recommend Diamond AC.

We had someone come out, who was quite pleasant and thought he could fix our issue with the AC by changing our coolant for a few hundred bucks, so we did.
The AC issue was still not resolved, and so we tried talking to the manager, Christian, who we felt just made fun of us for even suggesting a discount for nothing being fixed and having to come back and made no accommodations to fix the issue. He laughed at me when I didn't know how to check if it was working and said "It's simple".
They seem more interested in making money and selling their yearly plans. Would not recommend this place.
