Was forced to use this company through American home shield. 4 visits later, I ended up fixing it myself. They are absolutely horrible to deal with. They did not use plumbers tape on the pressure valve, causing the water line to leak. Their “fix” was to keep adding putty to the outside. In addition, rather than gluing the pvc pipes together, their tech put aluminum tape down to keep the two pieces together.
They will insist that American home shield is repair first but somehow plumbers tape isn’t part of the repair? Who knew?
I will show you their professional fix to illustrate how absolutely awful their techs are. I had Richard and Justin repairing my coolers and this is how they decided to take pride in their work and leave a customer’s property. As you can see in the second photo - no plumbers tape at all. I’m not a plumber or a certified tech but even I know you need to tape a joint to make it water tight.

I had a fantastic experience with Crispy Air & Heating! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and courteous. A special shoutout to Nino, who truly went above and beyond—he was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right the first time. His attention to detail and customer-focused attitude really stood out.
Juan and Keith were also great—hardworking, respectful, and clearly experienced. The whole team worked seamlessly together, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
If you’re looking for reliable HVAC professionals, I highly recommend Crispy Air & Heating, especially if you get Nino on your project!

My hubs wanted me to come on here and thank Garrett for doing a really good job and thank him for being really helpful during a recent visit...we had a really bad experience with another company and got a second opinion through Crispy Air... thank goodness we did and thank you Garrett for revealing the true issue with our air conditioner which was not our a/c...it was the other company. Be careful out there ppl!
