There was a leak in the drain pipe underneath the kitchen sink. We called through American Water Resources to request for a plumber yesterday afternoon and today a plumber, Joe, from APES HVAC & Plumbing came. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He replaced the parts and fixed the leak promptly. He was professional and friendly. We were very happy with Joe’s service!

This guy has come over a few times, and installed my garbage disposal, water softener, work looked legit, highest quality. He also does AC, and fixed my unit in middle of summer. If you want fast quality service, ask for Xavier.

Justin provided exceptional customer service. He educated me on what he found, what he would repair and advised of any noises coming as I was working from home. If your looking for trust worthy, friendly and respectful tradesman, ask for Justin! Topnotch work!

Skyler was professional and efficient. Got the new water softener system installed in a timely manner and left his workspace clean. Answered all my questions and informed me of everything that was done. Great service!

Ron inspected and replaced the ac on the home we purchased. He was informative and thorough. We needed rewiring fixed on the thermostat and they came the same day to fix it. I highly recommend this company, the front-desk lady is so kind too!

Ron was sent here to stop a water leak and remove an old tank..He left me a soggy mess to clean up. My rust stained sidewalk and driveway looked awesome. Fortunately nobody got hurt when he dropped a 30 gallon water heater down a full flight of stairs. Just a damaged rain gutter and a cracked wall. [ Fortunately for him i'm not into tiktok or that would have gone viral ] He never ended up stopping the leak. Just got paid to sit around and watch the water drip. Thanks for nothing.

It's frustrating when a home plumbing emergency happens. I called A.P.E.S. HVAC for help and they responded quickly. They were here the next morning. Howie was my service person. He was prompt, polite, efficient and professional. He did a great job repairing the leaks in my sinks. The company even recommended a water damage repair company. I will refer family and friends to A.P.E.S if they ever need a HVAC company.

Edwin came and handled my plumbing issue with great professionalism and did high quality work. He clearly explained the issue my shower/plumping was having and gave me a great idea on what was needed to fix the problem. Finally, Edwin was about to not only fix my current issue but made me aware of a pressure problem that could lead to future problems. He came back the following week and handle that issue with high quality service as well.
