We had Joseph R service our house today. He was able to inspect the furnace and system to make sure it was in good working health. We also signed up for the maintenance plan so that we can make sure our system is at peak performance for the summer months. Joseph gave us a few upgrade options to our current set up that were going to be reviewing and considering in the next few weeks. Thankful to have found this company :)

Today everything was great. This company has been amazing since I started with them 5 years ago. They saved me during COVID. I needed unit during the summer time in Arizona and they got a unit in a few days for me right in the middle of the hottest time of the year. I definitely recommend them. Today was not hot but I was just getting maintenance checked on my unit.

From my initial meeting with Dakota discussing replacing my HVAC system throughout the two days of installation with Tom, Craig, Tyler and Justin, I can't say enough about their professionalism and expertise. CoolZone Air had the most complete and detailed proposal while being competive with the overall price. Highly Recommended!

We just had our system replaced and had a great experience. Going from a system that was not cooling our home, costing extra in every area, and causing damage due to faulty install originally from another provider, Dakota came in and went over all of our options, got creative with the placement of the new system and ultimately provided us with a setup that will better our full environment.
Tyler and Tom installed the system and worked through every issue and challenge with a positive attitude and invested extra time to make sure we were happy before they left. It was not an easy job and they never once complained or got frustrated.

We had our walkthrough the other day and any outstanding minor steps for completion were dealt with quickly and the system runs great so far. We've gone from fear of damaging our home while trying to stay cool this summer to being excited about how good our home will feel and how it will positively affect our other bills.
I will definitely refer Cool Zone to anyone that asks as they were referred to me.

HVAC Review for Cool Zone

My home isn’t even 10 years old, and Cool Zone has been the only HVAC company to ever touch my AC — which makes this entire situation even more unacceptable.

September 2024:
Cool Zone sent Justin. He removed my existing fan motor and replaced it with a new indoor fan motor. Cost: $719.10.

August 16, 2025:
Cool Zone sent Dakota Anderson (#210). He removed the existing blower wheel. Cost: $566.18.

March 2, 2026:
Justin came back out because the blower wasn’t turning on. After checking the furnace, he told us the blower motor was completely seized.
His exact words: the blower wheel “wasn’t put on right.”
And who was the last person to touch it? Dakota Anderson (#210).

Here’s the part that makes absolutely no sense:
It hasn’t even been a full year since Cool Zone last worked on that part. There is no reason I should be paying extra to fix damage caused by their own technician. Yet Cool Zone still tried to charge us full price for an issue they created.

Then Justin tells us the “solution” is anywhere from $4,800 to $20,000 because “the furnace is the cause.” How is that possible when Cool Zone is the only company that has ever worked on this system?

To make it worse, Justin spent an hour on the phone with his supervisor before coming back with these outrageous “options.” None of it added up.

At that point, we called another HVAC company for a second opinion. They immediately confirmed:
- Cool Zone caused the issue
- Cool Zone overcharged us
- We did not need a new furnace
- The blower wheel was not installed correctly

They fixed the problem without trying to drain our bank account.

Meanwhile, my family — including my kids and pets — sat in a hot house in Arizona for weeks because of Cool Zone’s negligence. My teenagers even heard the loud noise from the blower wheel and were scared because something clearly wasn’t right.

Cool Zone has now been to my house three times for the same problem, and every time it got worse. If they hired properly trained technicians, none of this would have happened.

The audacity to overcharge customers for mistakes their own technician made is unbelievable.
I can’t imagine how many other people have been misled or overbilled.

I will never call Cool Zone again.
This company needs to be held accountable.

Dakota was very personable and took the time to discuss all options and the process. The staff in the office were easily available by phone and courteous. The financing option was very helpful, especially with the high cost of the units at this time.

Tom, Tyler and Greg arrived on time and introduced themselves. They were very personable. Answered questions and worked diligently. They were respectful of property and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving.

I had an outstanding experience working with Cool Zone Air Conditioning & Heating. Dakota, Byron, and Tyler — the incredible “three amigos” — went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful situation.

After a severe power surge at Desert Mountain, both of my Carrier heat pumps were completely blown out. With outside temperatures reaching 104 degrees, I was in a difficult position. The Cool Zone team immediately took action. Within just three days of ordering all necessary parts, they had everything installed and fully operational.

Their work was nothing short of meticulous. Every part fit together perfectly, like a carefully assembled puzzle. Their professionalism, strong work ethic, and calm, organized approach turned a potentially terrible experience into a seamless, stress-free transition.
