I just had my Carrier 5 ton Split Heat Pump and Air Handler installed yesterday by Cool Zone Air Conditioning & Heating. Byron, Tylor, and Craig worked very well together. I was very impressed by their communication and professionalism throughout the installation.

Three things that really stood out for me. 1)Dakota showed up on time, explained the differences between the units they sell, and didn't make me feel pressured into making a decision. 2)Danette was very friendly over the phone. The application process for finance for my project was so simple, and didn't have to wait long for a decision from the bank. 3) The clean up. My old AC unit, furnace, etc was stacked on the street outside of my home, and hours later, Cool Zone had someone with a trailer pick everything up. The person even went as far as to sweep the area where the bulk items were.

I am very pleased with my decision in choosing Cool Zone Air Conditioning and Heating.

Cool Zone responded that morning when I called about my air conditioning not working. It was 110 degrees that day in July and I was very happy that someone was able to come right away. Dakota, the service tech, listened to my description of the problem and was able to find and fix the low voltage short in my system within 30 minutes. He did a great job and I highly recommend Cool Zone for air conditioning services.

My air went out and Justin came out quickly to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately it was going to be a very expensive repair on an older unit. Dakota was available to give me an estimate on a replacement unit the same evening. Then Byron and Tom were able to install the new unit within 48 hours. I was very grateful for the immediate response of the technicians and office staff!

We just had a new A/C system installed by CoolZone and we couldn't be happier. The new system works great. The technicians that did the install were Tom and Craig. They did a fantastic job. They also took the time to explain how our new thermostat worked. I also want to say that Tom was also thoughtful enough to make sure our pet cat was secured during the install. My wife and I will be sure to recommend CoolZone to others in the future.

Big thank you to Tom and Craig for replacing my 30yr old system with and new HVAC system and did it in 5-6 hrs. Both guys did a great job installing my new system. Nice friendly staff including Dennet, thank you all for the great service.

I lived in my bedroom All Summer Long 5 months with only one little AC unit that goes into the window. My internal house temperature was 110°. I finally feel cool air in my home. I'm looking forward to getting life back.

Tom and Craig were absolute lifesavers! Our power and AC went out during one of the hottest months, and they came through with fast, professional, and genuinely caring service. They not only diagnosed the issue quickly but explained everything clearly and made sure we felt taken care of every step of the way.

They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running perfectly before they left. You could tell they really take pride in their work and care about doing it right.

Just received wonderful customer service and great work from Joseph with Cool Zone Air Conditioning & Heating! Joseph responded to an emergent call for technical support where one of our units was not operating correctly. The cause of the issue was not readily apparent, however, Joseph took the time to check everything out, look at the error codes, call the technical support for the manufacturer of our units and work through the necessary troubleshooting steps to narrow down the cause and correct the issue. Joseph took the time to listen to our concerns and answer our questions. Cool Zone has a very good employee in Joseph!

They IMMEDIATELY came out to the house and fixed our A/c yesterday! Justin S. was extremely professional and knowledgeable his work ethic is unlike anything else I’ve seen before - we’re super impressed with both the field techs as well as the office staff. ! Initial meeting with Byron was fantastic, Byron sat down and explained in detail how the process would proceed. I had Justin from Cool Zone come to my home today to resolve a thermostat issue. This was following a wire repair they had done the previous week. Justin arrived promptly and immediately got to work troubleshooting the problem. He quickly identified that the thermostat itself was the issue.
Since Cool Zone had installed all-new HVAC systems and thermostats on my roof just a few years ago, my first thought was, “Here we go — this is going to cost me $600 to $1,000 for a new thermostat and a service call.”
To my surprise, Justin let me know that I had signed up for an extended warranty program — something I had honestly forgotten about. To my amazement, the thermostat was fully covered, and the replacement and service cost me nothing.
This is the first time a warranty has truly worked in my favor, and I’m beyond impressed. Justin was professional, efficient, and honest. Thank you, Cool Zone, for your quality work, integrity, and excellent customer service.

We had Tom, Tyler, and Byron really took care of us. Got done a lot quicker than I ever expected. The new AC units just blow me away. I love the follow-up from this company. They really a ton of faith in their product. That's what made us feel really comfortable making a decision to replace our AC with cool zone. The guys in the house will respectful all day long and we're very knowledgeable about the systems. They made our system a ton more efficient, pointed out a lot of things that the builder did kind of incorrect. So I'm excited to lower my bills with a more efficient system! I would recommend this company and ask for Tyler, Tom and Byron you won't be disappointed!

Cool Zone is an excellent air conditioning and heating company employing top professionals who are extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with as was the technician today who did a six month checkup. They originally installed a brand new unit which had an additional air filter attached I purchased through them, and the air in my home is wonderful, infinitely better than it ever has been. I highly recommend them.

Wow!! I wish I could give more than five stars. This was the best experience ever. Joseph and Tom were amazing. When your AC goes out in Arizona that’s a problem and you need to be able to trust the people you call. Not only were they timely and efficient and explained everything every step of the way but they are genuinely nice guys. Cool Zone HVAC has the #1 customer service and technicians in the valley of the sun. First of all, Nicole is professional and knows how important communication is to the whole process. When technician Dakota arrived to inspect and diagnose the unit. Dakota was knowledgeable, kind and considerate of the whole situation. Dakota is an excellent technician and sales associate too. Today two more employees from Cool Zone arrived to replace my unit. I am so impressed by both Craig and Tom having been so on target and installing the unit, removing the old one and the outdated swamp cooler too from the roof. They were careful, worked diligently and hard, and even took picture of the work they accomplished on the roof to share with me. I was not only impressed with their timeliness both Tom and Craig made time to find things in common with me. For example: I help a local shop called VN Boba - which is authentic Vietnamese Boba and it was really neat to learn that Craig is Vietnamese. This company is above par and deserves your business. Thank you ALL for making me feel cared about and educating me about the new AC and thermostat. The scrap company arrived less than an hour after the job was done and removed all the debris. Very happy with the service. Joseph was our technician for our bi-annual maintenance today and spent extra time cleaning our blower after finding it was really dirty. Communication was great, and he made some recommendations for new filters and how to keep things in great shape.
