It really is a please to work with all of these people. From Sheila in the sales office to all of the men at the warehouse these people are all dedicated to excellent customer service.

US Air refused to supply the replacement part I needed to get my AC up and running just because they didn't sell the original unit. They confirmed they have them in stock, but not for me! I have to wait for one to get shipped in by the other distributor in town that sold the unit.

This is summer in Phoenix. Anyone who lives here knows what it means to intentionally leave someone's AC broken.

Edit: THE MANUFACTURER also confirmed the parts were in stock at US Air and that those parts were specifically designated for warranty repairs (which mine qualified for). Coleman found the situation critical enough to hot shot the part out on their own dime next day air to get my house back up and running. They couldn't figure out why US Air refused to help me out. So big shout out to the manufacturer for picking up the slack when they rep wanted to play games.

We are very happy with our new AC unit installation. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. They were professional, respectful, and made sure everything was clean before leaving. The new unit is working great and cooling the house much better than before. We really appreciate the quality of the work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC service or installation.
