I decided to have an air purifier put on my AC and heating unit and was advised about what to do concerning that by technician Zoe. Zoe took care of cleaning And checking my AC unit last week. At that time, he showed me photos of my system and explained what all the numbers were and was very knowledgeable and advised me on my purification system. This week Zoe and Ashton installed my Halo LED air purifier, again explaining the operation with photos. I have allergies and am hoping by adding this to my unit I will have fewer problems. They were both profession and knowledgeable and I will request them again for service… thanks guys!

Awful. Steer clear of this AC company. Overpriced. Hays was so much better and honest. And now this company bought out Hays and service and prices are horrid. They charge $300 for no rush, five minute fix and no parts needed. Scammers. Full of it. The 18 year old Tech was at my house for 15 minutes and it was not an emergency. Mind you, didn’t even do fully fix what needed to be fixed

George was a fabulous technician. Diagnosed and repaired our concerns quickly and more than satisfactory. Everything works . Thanks George and Moon Valley Plumbing.

Stay far away from this company. Total scammers. I have been a customer of Hayes Cooling and Heating for many years and have always gotten great service. They were acquired by service experts recently. I called for service as my AC wasn’t cooling. They came out and replaced the capacitor ($313) and said the issue was fixed. The unit still wasn’t cooling and they came back out two days later. This time they claimed it was a bad thermostat. They wanted $600 to install a new one. I said no, ordered one on Amazon and had a Handyman replace it ($100 for the handyman and $170 for the nest thermostat). Still not cooling. I called and they again sent someone out. This time it was that the condensation line was clogged. They cleared the line and it’s working so far. I put the old thermostat back on the wall, returned the Nest, but I’m still out over $400 because of this dishonest company. I’ve been calling asking to speak with a supervisor for four days now and I get the runaround as to why someone cannot come to the phone. “They will call you back”. No one has called. On top of all of it, I pay a monthly fee for a Preventative maintenance plan That should have never allowed a clogged condensation line in the first place. Stay away from this company.

Update: Was promised a refund 20 DAYS ago. For both the capacitor that was unnecessary and the money I paid to have a new thermostat installed. I've called at least 5 times since I was told I would be refunded to tell them I have not received the refund. I'm continuously being told it has been issued and given the run around. Calling corporate now.

Ashton was polite, showed me pictures of everything he did, and even cleaned the area around the opening to the attic. Thanks Service Experts for maintaining my unit.

Just had a great experience with Service Experts. The condensation pump died and I called Monday for service and got it replaced today. Ashton, William and Darrell were great...they explained everything they were doing step by step and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.

We called last Thursday about a noisy air conditioner that we wanted to have checked. We also wanted to schedule our water heater flush and have our RO system serviced. They were able to have both taken care of by two different techs on that same day. That alone was impressive.
Juan walked in and knew immediately what the problem was with our air conditioner. He told us we were using filters that were restrictive and were causing our system to labor too hard. He could have said anything was wrong, but told us about better filters for us and was on his way…no charge.
Cole came out to do the plumbing services. He was personable and pleasant and took care of all of our issues quickly and efficiently.
We love Hays! Their service is always to notch!

Jesus was our service technician for our AC maintenance check up. He arrived on time and quickly got to work to confirm our system was working properly. After he was finished, he gave me a very detailed review of everything checked, including photos. I appreciated the thorough review and his professionalism. I was very pleased with their service.

8/19/2025 I called Service Experts on a Saturday about a leaky angle stop under my kitchen sink, and they had someone out by Monday—super quick turnaround! Mark Sabella was the technician who came by, and he did a fantastic job. He diagnosed and fixed the issue efficiently and professionally. I’ve used Service Experts before, and they consistently deliver top-notch service. Highly recommend them for any plumbing or A/C needs!

6/27/2025 Dominick came out and tuned up our A/C, he was great! Very thorough and walked us through everything he checked.

Install went well on our tankless water heater. Hays is my goto for AC/Plumbing!

My technician Ashton was the best technician I've had in over 10yrs. He cleaned both of my AC units, and maintenance both Hvac units. He was just scheduled for maintenance. He went well above my expectations.

This is the only company I will ever use for plumbing. They are awesome. Great family run business Ray was incredible today. Great guy to talk to hard worker got my new water heater in and all is good. Don’t waste your time with other companies. Moon Vally is the only company you need.

Summer monsoon knocked out my AC and I called Service Experts as a repeat customer of Hayes. Sydney took my evening call and was very patient and understanding of my dilemma; a doctors appointment I had for months, right at mid day that I didn't want to jeopardize. Hunter and Christopher arrived next morning, less than 24 hours, and got me all taken care of quickly and professionally. They explained everything they were going to do, did exactly what they said they would, were courteous ('Ma'am do you want us to wear shoe booties' as we come in) and didnt ding my drywall anywhere navigating their ladder. Always a plus! We had a few laughs as well. I would recommend this company to anyone that I truly care about and will use again myself. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH SERVICE EXPERTS!!! A++ 10 stars

My recent experience is the same as Coy Oliver. Our landlord previously used Hays Heating and Cooling and they were sold to Service Experts. We have a service contract through December 2025 and called several times in the spring, left messages and heard nothing back. We continued to call until we reached a human being and they refused to come out and perform annual maintenance saying they were only servicing "no-cools." By the time they finally showed up the unit wasn't cooling. They had three different techs come out, replace parts and add refrigerant despite acknowledging it was leaking. They didn't fix it and just sent an invoice for $1,200 even though we spoke to a manager who acknowledged it wasn't fixed. When you try to call you get a phone service out of the country and after more complaints they send you to a number that answers Orangutan. Stay away from this company. They charge for work that's unnecessary and don't fix the issues. The landlord had to hire another company to replace the entire unit, demonstrating this company appears incompetent.

Mark showed up right on time & was total professional thru the entire job, muddy & wet he completed the work & left my yard better than he found it. Truly an asset to the company. Thanks Mark, Thanks Service Experts 👍

Ashton just completed the yearly inspection on my air conditioner. He was very polite and he explained everything he was going to do before performing it. Definitely deserves five stars.

I called Hays at 2:40. Had a drain emergency at my restaurant. They were here before 4:00 pm the scheduled time. And by 5:00 pm they were done and cleaned up. Our techs Trevor and Taylor. These two were absolutely the best to work with. I will recommend Trevor and Taylor any time. 5 stars ANY DAY. THANK YOU TREVOR AND TAYLOR

We had a big job of replacing the A/C and furnace, including the compressor on a 112 degree day. They were out same day and provided two portable A/C units for two rooms which really helped until our new units were ready for install. The main thing is the quality of the personnel was outstanding. Very hardworking and knowledgeable. Ours was a 6-hour job for a crew of three; Larry, Jeremy and Keagan, as well as Jonathan who was the tech for the initial visit.

Our technician Darell Edwards just completed our pre winter PM - he was very professional and thorough in his explanation of the services he performed as well as the services he-recommended. (I am writing this from my wife’s account.) Thanks,Doug

My call to Moon Valley Plumbing was answered by Chris. Her intelligence and professionalism immediately put me at ease. She scheduled Hayden to see us the next morning.
Hayden called in the morning letting us know that he would be here in 30 minutes. He was!
Hayden is young, smart and a delight to work with. He is totally trustworthy and did everything he could to correctly explain the problem and the best ways to correct it.
We received an accurate and very fair estimate, he returned on schedule the next day, completed the work, cleaned up the work space, and removed the boxes and old fixtures.
He was truly exceptional and we're so grateful to he and to Chris for their help. By far the best service we have had since coming to Arizona.
