Once again, Reliance has proven to be an exceptional service provider for our HVAC system. Dylan was our technician yesterday, proved to be thorough, professional, and communicative. He made us aware of the work that was performed, and provided a view forward for items that would need our attention.

We had a great experience using Reliance to fix and service our AC units as well as update our thermostats. Anders and Tristen were both friendly, knowledgable, honest and on time. One of our AC units was not working at all and they were able to diagnose the problem and have it running again quickly which was such a relief in this hot weather! We definitely recommend Reliance and will use this company again in the future.

My air conditioner wasn’t working. Just moved in my new home and wasn’t sure who I could trust to help me with my air conditioner on a late Saturday afternoon. Took a chance with Reliance and within an hour of my call, a service technician was at my door. Raul was very helpful and knew exactly what the problem was. Raul was professional and quick. We have been using Reliance for many years servicing our equipment on our commercial building, as well on my home. Last Thursday our office AC went out, it was the compressor, I know they were very busy, but Daniel and his team went above the call of duty, he called for a crane to come out, dismantled the unit, had a new AC delivered and him and his crew set it and connected it. We had our system up and running within 3 hours of the techs diagnosis. These guys went above the call of duty, the best service I have seen from a contractor in years. Thanks You.

Raul is very polite and considerate while taking care of our system maintenance and explains the condition and service needs of the unit. Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning is the only service I trust.

We used Reliance AC to replace our 20-year-old unit in July 2023, and it’s been nothing but problems since. We thought we did our due diligence when we decided to use them after our AC broke during the hottest week of summer considering they were a reputable company. It took them 5 days to schedule the install during the hottest week of summer, and the temporary window units they provided didn’t work forcing us into a hotel for a week.

Just 14 months later, the compressor failed. Reliance tried to charge us $1,200 for the replacement, claiming to waive labor fees but inflating refrigerant costs. They showed no accountability for such a major failure in a new system, even from ownership not even a phone call. We went elsewhere for the repair.

Now, August 2025, only 25 months since install, the compressor failed once AGAIN but only this time the compressor is no longer covered under warranty which is now forcing us to pay completely out of pocket for everything. After multiple consultations, every company concluded this was due to the initial install done by Reliance in 2023. Multiple major breakdowns in such a short time are unacceptable and the company’s dismissive attitude even from ownership made things even worse. We regret ever giving this company our money and will never recommend or use them again.

Bottom line: Reliance does not stand behind their work or their products. We will be filing a claim with the ROC. Save yourself the stress and money and take your business elsewhere.

Reliance has been great to work with! They were able to come to our house within a couple of days. When our problem required another appointment they were able to get it done the very next day. Raul was very knowledgeable, kind and explained everything thoroughly. He did a great job! Will definitely be calling Reliance again in the future.

We had a mini split installed in our gym. Daniel, Enrique and Jose did a wonderful job. They were very professional and efficient. Cleaned up after they were finish. We are very happy with their work and our experience with Reliance.

As are all of my past experiences with Reliance and their employees, Dylan was another very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable tech. I always know my service calls will be handled well.
