Wasted my time for a week telling me to call back or they would call me back to set an appointment for them to do the job they already said they would do. Finally after calling them for over a week they said they can't do it.

Diego, came out to my house to check on the heating and did a great job. They also come out to casa grande which is a huge help!

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY EVER. ANYBODY WHO DECIDES TO HAVE AN AC INSTALLED PLEASE I URGE YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE. THEY ARE NEVER ON TIME THEY NEVER FIX THE PROBLEM YOU ARE HAVING AND THE THE LADIE OVER THE PHONE PAOLA IS VERY RUDE. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND SHOULD NO LONGER BE IN BUSINESS. HAD TO WAIT ALMOST A YEAR FOR THEM TO COME AND REPLACE THE DRYWALL AND LEAKING PROBLEM THAT HAD STARTED FROM DAY 1. TOLD THE OWNER I WAS NOT GOING TO PAY HIM ANY MORE MONEY TILL PROBLEM WAS FIXED AND HE THREATED TO PUT A LIEN ON PROPERTY. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

Rude, non professional and never fixed the issue. I called and scheduled a diagnosis, I paid for the repair but the AC still wasn't working. They got paid for an incomplete job. Call another company.

Call them on a sat afternoon they said they were coming in 45 min they actually came with in 25 min Diego was our technician and did his job really fast n at great price thank Reyna cooling & heating for the great service!!!!

Reyna heating and airconditing is the best in my eyes i love in Mammoth Az and the came to my rescue this winter my heating system went down and it's been so cold this winter I called the came to my rescue immediately did my fixers at a decent price the worker was very honest and explained what my problem was, fixed it immediately and saved us this winter thumbs up Reyna Heating and Airconditing .

They did a horrible job the sales person lies so much the vents were put on the place trash all over it's been 3 weeks of me calling them and they say they will be. Here and nothing horrible I will put it on face book so people won't buy from them sales person is Antonio be aware.

i called Reyna regarding a heating problem with the Trane heat pump they had installed for me in 2009. They installed a new compressor per the extended warranty, but it took several days for them to get it working properly.

Im a business man. Every body knows as king maintenance . N I really recommend Reyna heating n cooling they have the best service n prizes in all south of Arizona. Southern Arizona and also and also have the best technical support with their very knowledge personal jus mention a example of Diego that service my Ac unit on a Saturday afternoon.

Reyna's Heating and Air Conditioning are the best!.. My experience with this company has been absolutely Great.. Claudia (Sales Rep) has been awesome, takes her time to explain step by step the process and the technicians they had send to Install and do maintenance have been absolutely awesome... I recommend Reyna's 100%

Had a technician come to check our ac unit because the ac wasn't properly cooling, there was almost a 10° difference between the temperature and ac setting, the air felt warm coming out of the vents. The technician showed up didn't really say much of anything, just walked back and forth from the back yard to the upstairs. After 30 minutes of him not talking, we asked him what the issue is and he claimed the refrigerant was low, however this is a year old unit so refrigerant shouldn't be low. I guess he recharged the refrigerant, not really sure because he left without saying anything. Worst customer service, very rude, couldn't communicate at all, barely looked at us when we asked a question.

I want to thank Diego and Martin for the excellent work I had a minor issue after an install of a new unit and they took care of it right away. Thanks for the help guys highly recommend professional people now ill be ready for the summer.
