I cannot say enough good things about Reyna AC. I just bought a new home and 3 weeks later the old AC stopped working, condensation line clogged causing water damage to the ceiling, and home warranty would not cover it. After getting 3 ridiculous quotes from other AC companies I called Reyna AC and they got me a new AC and air handler for the attic at a great/affordable price. They came out super fast and on time. The technicians were professional, clean, and worked fast. Everything they installed looks better than most new build homes. The technicians left the area cleaner than when they arrived. This company honestly exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much, Reyna!!!! Ya'll are fantastic!!!

Diego and Jorge did an excellent job with the heat pump installation at my home. They are very friendly and respectful men. All the work was clean and done professionally. Had a different A/C company sent out to look at my A/C unit per my home owners warranty and he was talking about needing an electrician come out to wire up for a new unit and he would come back to install it. Thought anything having to do with A/C units was done by the A/C company. Reyna came out and said they do it all, gave me a way better price then the other company and even offered financing. Gave me different options on what could be done and which is best for our needs. They explained everything very thoroughly. Everything is scheduled for the repairs. I would definitely recommend them. You can shop around but I don't think anyone will beat their service, knowledge and price.

Called for a service call due to AC problems. Understandably during busy season and new customer status was scheduled for two days later for 9-11am. At 10.45am day of appointment I called and was told "let me check with technician". Then at call back was told "tech was installing compressor and would not be able to get to our home until 2 or 3PM". I was then promised a call 30 minuets out from this new appointment time. At 3pm with another no-show, I called and left a message. Another message at 4pm then 5:30pm. Here it is next day and never received even a courtesy call. I hope they are safe and it is just a case of no follow up. But I have asked myself should I trust this company with hard earned money to install a new unit that cost thousands? I cannot do that.

If I could give this company less of a star I would, we purchased our new unit July of 2023, as of June 29th, 2024 at midnight the machine stopped working , it woke us up to a smell of smoke & warm air coming from the air ducts. This company has no emergency phone number for issues such as where the machine stops working specially for the state in which we live where temperatures reach over 110F. We waited until 8 am to Call and spoke to Gaby assuming she would be much of a help , explained what happens and said she would get back to me within 20 min, took over 1 hour and I finally got a call where she stated a tech would be out for fixture until 7pm, I advise we couldn’t wait until then as I have minors and temperature are extremely high & economically couldn’t afford to stay at a hotel for the night. She stated that was the best she could do and if she got a tech sooner she would call back, she also stated if the machine needed a new piece we would have to wait until that piece arrived & no ETA was give . I went out of my way to get another tech out side of Reyna to come & fix something that per contract they guaranteed they would fix. I paid out of pocket with funds that are very limited to my family, as I can’t have them in a home where temperatures where over 100F, I paid over $200. In which I asked if this could be refunded to me , & Gaby said no. The new AC tech company that came out informed us the machine that was installed in our home was a year old, the machine was manufactured on August 2022, and we were told we were getting a brand new 2023 machine. I called to explain this to Gabriela and she was out of office for the day so I spoke to a very rude guy which goes by the name of Martin, this is the guy that builds a business based on lies and no compassion to his clients once money has been paid, I explained the situation in which he answered that his business was in good standing and he basically didn’t care and to call back and speak to Gaby another day and that they were to busy with other homes to put mine in priority. I will be filing a complaint through BBB and I will be contacting the finance company to explain they are providing false contracts and having customers sign contracts prior to the tech arrival of installation of machine.

They installed a new AC unit for me a year ago (2024), no problems, great service. They came back for service (2025), same great service. They were able to schedule my appointment right away and the price was exactly what they quoted me on the phone.

I had my new a/c install on June of 2021 after almost a year I noticed the air was scaping the furnace and noticed that my two end rooms were not cooling. I called the company for service this is going on the second week waiting on someone to come and repair it. I phoned the company several times and I have been answered by the owner impolitely and he's not willing to take responsibility to send some one out here to repair. He tried to keep sending Antonio Hernandez and he has not been responsible with the times and dates that he said he would come. Overall this company does not have good customer service and does not care for the customer needs, when it comes to repairing their mistakes. I would be submitting a complaint to the registrar of contracts and civil suit for the cost of repairing it myself.

I got a new ac system installed 6-19-21 and it took them a while to get it up and running get it installed Saturday and they had to call another company to come fix it. Keep in mind they still came Sunday to give anther try( father day ) guy left around 10pm Sunday so we had no ac for 3 nights and they send me to a hotel and only payed me for 1 night not even the full amount like they promised I figured they finally fixed it so it was okay but now a month an half later the inside roof is leaking I really hope they can do something about. Big mistake was pay it off right away be careful people

This company has really pulled through for us. Our AC unit took a crap in the middle of the Arizona summer on a heat advisory day at 5pm when most AC companies were closed. Martin helped us and took his time to explain to us our options. He was patient and gave us time to do our research and make a comfortable decision. Pricing was fair and we appreciate that. He went above and beyond well into the evening and into his personal family time to make sure we were all set. They showed up first thing in the morning and took care of business. I look forward to working with this company and would recommending them anyone finding themselves in a miserable, HOT, predicament like we were. Thank you!!
