Leon is a straight up honest guy. Does exactly what he says, doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Came out to diagnose a problem with my 22 year old unit, condenser shot, best option to replace whole unit. Made me a really good deal on a new unit and came out the next day to install. Very friendly, courteous, and funny. Even made sure that my water heater was working right before leaving, since he had to shut off the gas supply to install the new combo unit.

I will recommend Leon to anybody needing HVAC service.

I used CTS in 2017 for a different house. Leon saved me then, and he did it again today! I called him on a Saturday afternoon when our a/c kept tripping the breaker and had no a/c. Last night I had a very pleasant experience with CTS Air Conditioning, specially technician Leon Huff. When no other company was able to accommodate my request for an urgent AC check/tun up, Melinda Lainhart answered my online request and got me in touch with technitian Leon Huff. After contacting me and providing an ETA, Leon was at my place at around 9:30 - 10:00 pm 07/03. Leon is very knowledgeable and a provided an excellent customer experience. Leon reviewed the temperature and venting inside the home, and then reviewed the AC unit. Leon was very upfront and eased my concerns. Thank you Leon. CTS you got my business. Thank you

CTS Air was the only company that fit me in for an emergency AC malfunction, even with their busy schedule, I called over 7 companies, who seem like they were using 3rd party contractors to fill duties. Leon was very professional and knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor.

My a/c quit blowing cold on Saturday. I called a large company for repairs around noon and was told i had an appt at 6. they never showed or called. Another company i called didn't show up either. I called CTS at 9:30 pm. Leon called me right back and said he'd be here at 9am Sunday. Showed up right on time and repaired my a/c. So grateful and i know who is going to be servicing my air conditioning in the future. Thanks CTS.

We were very pleased and then some with CTS. Leon was already out on other jobs when he called me, but he squeezed us in at the end of day. Our house was extremely hot.
