I highly recommend Tom Smedley and ABC Air Conditioning. They installed my AC unit years ago and they are nothing but professional, efficient and understanding. Trevor’s work is super and he explains whatever is needed to run your system properly.

Tom and his team were pleasant and professional. I hired ABC Air Conditioning to replace my elderly parent’s thermostat. I received a call when they were in route to let me know their ETA, a call the job was completed, and a proposal of service to be completed. The prices were fair, and i will be reaching out for all if my AC/heating needs.

ABC was able to come check out my AC within a few hours of calling on a Sunday. They were able to come back and get it fixed enough for the evening before returning to finish the next day. It was over 100 degrees outside and without ABC I would have not been able to stay in my home. They were fast, professional, respectful, and I will definitely be using them again.

I have been with ABC Air for 10 years . My experence with them has been excellent. They are on time, do good work, are frendly and are very fairly priced. I recomended them to my son who had a bad experence with a name air company and he has only good things to say about ABC Air. He got a new unit last year with them and he is very happy.

There are so many POSITIVES about my experience with ABC Air Conditioning. Our Technician Trevor came to the house the same day I called. I was his last stop. So he could have said no and pushed it to the next day. But he did not.

My house was 96 degrees! He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I felt comfortable and confident that I was getting honest and quality work.

Very honest, professional and personable people. We recently had our summer AC maintenance checkup by our regular AC company and was told that we needed a new unit now even though it was working fine.We wanted to get a second opinion/quote on our AC unit because the first quote was astronomical! I remembered a friend of mine had her 2 units replaced last year by a company that she spoke very highly of so, after talking to her, she referred me to ABC AIR CONDITIONING. Trevor and Brian came out a few days after I called them and did their routine maintenance check up (which was done the same way as our regular company). They did find the same problem our other company found and took the time to explain their findings and answer all of our questions. In the end they said, “it was up to us” if we wanted to move forward in purchasing a new unit and, even though it is an older unit it was still in good condition. We appreciated their time, honesty and the way they treated us like we were long time friends. They are a family owned business and that’s how they treat their customers; like family. We were very comfortable with our first time meeting them and when we’re ready to purchase a new AC unit it will probably be with ABC. Highly recommend!

Great local business, customer oriented. Have dealt with Tom & ABC for 10+ years now. From small items like capacitors to a full AC unit replacement, they've done a good job for me each time. And if issues or snags pop up, Tom shows up personally to address them, even in the evening. So when it's 115F outside and I need quick and reliable service when my AC unit is acting up, I call ABC!

With scheduling service companies becoming one of my responsibilities due to my parents ages I've had much closer contact with the owner Tom and his business partner/son Trevor. In the past five years working with Tom and now his son Trevor I have had nothing but positive experiences.

Great service! Professional and courteous. He noticed a capacitors points were arcing and said it might need to be replaced but was able to tighten the connection which fixed it. I suspect most other companies would still have replaced it. Very impressed.
