Really excellent customer service! Several years ago our AC went out on the hottest day of the year. It was Father's day and it was 119° outside. we called them on a Sunday and by Tuesday we had a new air conditioning unit. Great price, excellent customer service and great follow-up!

Pros:

- Prices are told to you and don’t change.
-Cardinal is quick at scheduling you for install.
-Warranties offered are better than competition and don’t come at a premium cost.

Cons:
-install wasn’t done correctly at first and they left wires exposed.
- They didn’t clean up the work space, and my roof was filthy afterwards.

Overall:

Cardinal made it right by coming back out to complete the repair, and now everything is done correctly. It is a little alarming they didn’t seal certain section of our roof and that could have led to a total disaster during monsoon season. But in life sometimes you get what you pay for, and this was about what I expected. Just make sure you double check your install, and you shouldn’t have any issues.

We recommend Cardinal to everyone! They are fast, efficent, and cost effective. They came out within 2 hours of calling to fix our unit on the hottest day of the year so far. They are a blessing of a company. Honest service, too! Thanks, Cardinal for doing an exceptional job in this industry. You will not regret working with this company!

We had an AC unit go out last week. I touched base with them on Thumbtack. The office was back to me in minutes. They gave me a bid and honestly I wasn’t too sure because it was significantly lower than some of the others. I asked a ton of questions. The owner was patient and offered to do the install in less than 48 hours.
They showed up perfectly on time....did a great job!!! The were professional and left the area spotless all while charging me less than any other company.
I don’t normally write these, but these guys and the owner deserve a great review.

Wow, I was a bit dubious at first. Their price was much lower than two of the companies who’s adds I see on TV and hear on radio. A family member recommended them so I took a chance. The owner confirmed the advertised price and gave me an install date. They actually made the installation 2 days earlier than quoted and the final price was exactly what they quoted!
A different way of doing business nowadays. This company is a throwback to a more honorable time in business. I highly recommend them!

Great people to work with. I highly recommend. Had our HVAC system go out during an extreme heat warning here in Chandler. Cardinal Heating & Cooling said they could come in just a day and for an unbelievably low price too! They put in a Trane, which comes with a 10 year warranty. I was quoted by another company for 3X the price and it was a cheap system too. I actually got up on the roof to check their installation when they were done and it was neatly installed without damage or debris left around as they cleaned up after themselves. They were really nice and friendly too. Can't say enough good!

So, the quoted 6 hrs took 11.5 hrs, not a huge problem, but, definitely not great. Damaged opening to attic. Refusing to have repaired. Insulted me numerous times by text when contacted about it. Unit makes rattle and banging noise when shutting down. Won't send tech for a week. Won't cool rooms as well as old unit, damaged property in yard, left trash in yard, and the installation looks extremely unprofessional. Their cheap for a reason, HACKS.

Needed to replace the 5 ton air conditioner after 13 years. Estimates were all over the road. Some competitive. Others were blatant theft.

I did not go with the lowest estimate, which was only by $300. I decided based on the level of inspection and determination of my needs by the estimator, who was German. I needed work done on my system and I needed proper installation and I got it all with Cardinal.

I got a great price @ $4,625 out the door for a 5 ton Goodman 14 seer. This included new air handler, duct work, new pan and straps (a lot of work in my attic) and proper install of condenser & heat pump and hook up.

Now I have a new warranty, new pads for my unit and it runs quiet at night so I can sleep.

I encourage you to allow Cardinal to come to your home and give you an estimate. I did.

New Trane bought 8 months ago and had a problem which Cardinal fixed under warranty within hours of calling them. Very good service.

I purchased several units from Cardinal heating and Cooling. They will not answer the phone if you have a warranty issue. You may receive a text back. My unit went out this week and I have called and sent numerous text with no response. Finally after threating to take them to court I got an angry text back. They did come and assess my ac unit, said they would come back the next morning and do the repair. I was ghosted after that and ended up having to pay out of pocket for another company to fix it even though I have a service and labor warranty with Cardinal that is still active. Do not use this company, they have no integrity or ethics.

My office building had 3 AC roof top units all in disrepair. We replaced 3, 4 and 5 ton units and received excellent customer service and pricing from Cardinal. German and his team coordinated with my roofers on removal of the old units and replacement the next day so the roofers could finish the new roof prior to placement. The project was done seamlessly, I really appreciate the professionalism I received from Cardinal Heating and Cooling and will recommend and use their services in the future.

Unfortunately, I have to lower the rating for Cardinal. We have had a 2 issues with the units and cannot get any response from multiple phone call and messages. Ultimately we had to have another company come out to service our new units. They also supplied the wrong tax ID# for reporting their 1099 tax to the IRS (necessary because we paid by check for our business). Cardinal heating and cooling seems like a fly by night operation with horrible customer service after taking your money. Neither German or his receptionist answer or return calls, don't make the same mistake I did find a reputable company it will save you money in the long run.

Cardinal Heating And Cooling installed a 4 ton TRANE air conditioner. The price beat the competition, I had an installation within a day after contacting the company, the workers were very courteous and knowledgeable. After about a month, a small issue occurred so I reached out for help. I had a technician there within a couple of hours to fix it. I am very pleased with this company.

Great company, great people, great service, and great price! I planned to replace two old ac units. I have two friends simultaneously recommended me this company. After I made phone call, German came to my home very quickly to estimate it. He gave me an unbeatable price. I just couldn’t deny his offer. Next day, he sent four technicians to my home, they kept working 11 hours without a break to get two ac units installed. I m very satisfied with their work. Cardinal Heating & Cooling did a great job installing our new Air Conditioning system. We were so excited that they could install it right away. They were also able to fix an electrical issue that was tripping the circuit breaker. We would highly recommend them for your Heating and Conditioning system services.

My mom's mobile home gas furnace finally gave out and A/C needed replacement, too, and I was able to work with German remotely through the whole process and got an excellent price and quick installation including a switch to an electric furnace. He was very responsive to questions and provided recommendations and the technicians worked late to finish the job, including helping to program the thermostat after install/check and clean up. Everyone involved was friendly and professional and mom is very happy with the new system.

What a life saver!! They came out next day and installed a brand new unit on my guest house. Right away he gave me a great price no haggling needed. Unprofessional and irresponsive. To schedule a service request, I had to call and text multiple times. They said they will come certain time but did not show up. After reaching them, got a text that the technician is sick. At least they could have informed and rescheduled. If you encounter any issue during warranty period, you are not going to get any support from Cardinal. Better to go with some other professional services.
