I thought it was just gonna be 129.99 for the estimate to check where the gas leak was then if I decided to go with the company I would pay the difference. It ended up being $499.99. Now I have a hole in the back of my stove and no gas. I’ll have to see if my home warranty takes care of that.however overall the technician was nice. Update: I ended up using empire to finish the job to avoid paying for another $500.00 to do what the original technician did. I have to say he was very professional, friendly and did the work quickly. After this experience I would recommend the company. I changed my rating to a 5 star.

cannot say enough good things about this company! My ac went out 3 weeks ago... yes in the middle of Arizona summer... and I called 4 companies to come work on it. That was when I came across cardinal heating and cooling. They were so efficient and fast with great pricing! My 11 cats and I will forever be customers of this company! Thank you!!

We were putting off buying a new AC because the estimates were overwhelming. Cardinal Heating And Cooling beat our highest estimate by OVER FIFTY PERCENT. The unit was installed less than 24 hours from contract signing. I was cold and comfortable in August.I will only use Cardinal from now on, for all my heating and cooling needs.

Do not use this company!! All was good until warranty came involved. They are not answering my calls or text because they know it's warranty. They did come out to look to see what was wrong but never came back to repair it. My ac has been out for two weeks now and its 106°.

They put a brand new unit on my house in 5/2018 under the old homeowner (now 7/2020) and it wouldn't turn on. I called several times and they declined my call 4 times then on number 5 they let it ring till voice mail. I left a message, I checked in online, I tried calling 2 hours later and they declined it again but sent me a txt. After telling them the problem they said first thing in the morning 10am the following day they would come repair the part that broke. I asked a few more questions about the warranty on parts and what the labor would cost and they didnt respond. Next day I couldn't get ahold of them again and it was at 4pm that I called Parker and sons and they sent a tec right over and replaced the part. From my call to it being fixed was maybe a hour. They also took pictures and had to fix a ton of wiring problems from when cardinal air installed the unit and said the reason the start up cap went bad was because they wired it so it was getting power all the time instead of just when it needed to turn on. It was $140 service call that took less then 15mins ( other then fixing the wireing) total time at my house was less then 30 mins and cardinal air couldn't even give me a call back, txt or email me from my online check in. Poor service and crapy install on a brand new unit.

I recently purchased a Trane furnace and AC from Cardinal Heating. I'm very pleased with the quality of the installation. Prices for the same AC units vary widely for the exact same unit. I saved a minimum of $1500by using Cardinal.i encourage you to shop around. So far I'm very pleased.

These guys have came through in a pinch two times for me now. Replaced two super old AC units, the price couldn't be beat, and they stood by their work. Very easy to work with and will be using them for all my future needs. Thanks for getting the job done quickly at both my properties and not leaving me sweating bullets during these hot summer months.

Unfortunately, our A/C went out right as the Arizona summer heat hit. However, thanks to these guys; they made time for me and my family during a busy time of year and it was super hot without A/C, great price and very professional. They are set to replace and upgrade my other unit thats also 24 years old. They finished everything in 3 hours!! Cardinal for life!

Very friendly and knowledgeable on what they do. Explained what was wrong in my old system and why i needed a new system. The price for the system they installed was the lowest and affordable compare to other colling and heathing companies in Arizona. After siging my contract they came on time and same date indicated on my contract. Professional work was done. Old system removed and new system installed on same day. The cleaned after they were done with their work .every time i asked a question they answered me and were honset with me the hole time. I recommend this company to my brother and he also got a new system installed. I highly recommend Cardinal heating and ac. You cannot beat there prices. German is very professional and doesn't try to upsale you at all. The crew showed up and wasted no time on the removal and install of my new Trane ac package. The crew was very professional and courteous. They answered any questions I had during the install and even installed a new thermostat. I already recommended them to a few people from work. FAST, quality. My 4 ton heat pump AC was installed Monday after a Friday phone call. Price cannot be beat. My brother in-law works for a local AC Company and couldn't come close to beating them, especially with a Trane that I got installed! The air handler was installed properly with no leaks. This thing cranks compared to my old Goodman. Thank you German and Cardinal Heating & Cooling.

After receiving multiple bids for a new HVAC unit for my mother in law I contacted German at Cardinal. I contacted him at 8am and by 7pm that same night my mother in law was living comfortably with a new unit installed. She had heat restored in her house at the coldest part of our winter so far and at a better value than any other quote I received. Not only was Cardinal the best price but even price can't compete with the great immediate service. German was very quick with his responses and made this process very easy. He did not try to upsell me but delivered the most efficient unit at a very affordable price for someone on a fixed income. The techs on site were also very professional, courteous, and prompt in their work. German, the techs, and the office staff were all very approachable and professional. In the future I will definitely use Cardinal on my personal HVAC needs. I highly recommend Cardinal for anyone looking for a company that still values proffesionalism, courteousness, and compassion.

Used this service again but got a horrible experience this time. They came in the morning to uninstall my existing working AC and then went to pick up the new units. We waited in the property without AC for 2 hours. After the new units came, they worked for only one and a half hours. Then they left and told me that it is too hot and they need to go somewhere to cool off. We wait in the house without AC. I texted German several times and he never told me when the technicians come back. After 2 hours, I left too. When I just got home, he texted me back and told me that the technicians would arrive after 30 minutes. When they came back, I noticed that another new AC unit disappeared and there is an old AC unit. So I asked the technicians if they actually went to another project. They admitted and told me that they have to follow German's direction. So, we do not have AC until 9:30 pm while this can be completed before 2 pm. No apology from German. Instead he asked me to think positively and not to complain. What kind of person? Anyway this is my second but also last use of their services. BTW they also raised price by more than 10% within less than 2 months.

German and his crew were prompt, knowledgeable, professional and provided great service. The price beat the competition. Highly recommend!

German installed my mothers roof goodman heat pump unit 4 years ago. It stopped cooling just now. He had someone out within 4 hours fixed it and the cost was very reasonable. Was just a small issue. I would not hesitate to buy a new unit again from cardinal, prices cannot be beat and service is exceptional. Thank you again. I also had a goodman air conditioner unit and gas furnace installed in my home 4 years ago at the same time as my mothers and have not had one issue.

They installed two units on my property last year brand new for about $2,000 less than the average quote. I had a problem in one unit recently close to the holidays and they came out quickly over a few days troubleshooted the issue and fixed it. Their main technician is very knowledgeable.
