My AC died last Thursday finally after 14 years. My biggest worry was the financial part of this. They caught my eye after I saw the ads on Facebook so I called for a free estimate. Roberto came the next day and broke it down for me. When it came to the financial part that's when my worries lessened because I was quickly approved. Everything after that was a breeze. Moses and his guy were here Monday and made it happen. He was very informative and urged me to go up on the roof to check everything out. I highly recommend Promise with Moses and Roberto for your HVAC needs.

If I could just use one word to describe Mariana (She is the one I spoke to over the phone to set up the appointment) and Jesus (technician/owner) would be TRUSTWORTHY which is extremely valuable in this day and age!
Both Mariana and Jesus were EXTREMELY nice, professional, great communicators and thorough with explaining everything to me so that I understand.
If you are taking the time out to read this review dont trust me look at all the other reviews.
Their reviews speak for themselves! Better yet, give them a call and speak to them yourself. You won't be disappointed.
The name of their company "PROMISE" is fitting because they PROMISE to do a good job and not to rip you off and they delivered on that PROMISE!
I would give them 10 stars, but I'm only limited to 5 stars and well deserved!

I had a great experience with Jesus Montes from Promise Heating and Air Conditioning. He was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell right away that he’s very experienced and knows exactly what he’s doing. I felt confident and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Highly recommend him and the team at Promise Heating and Air!

Was able to accommodate a time that worked for me and job. The tech Uriel was very nice and thorough. They even made it a priority to come back asap to check it out again the next day, when the unit was cooling fully. Would recommend

Promise Heating & Air did an excellent job. Replace 2 complete units in one day. Moises our technician and his team did great, clean and professional job; AC system running more efficient and dont have to lower my thermostat so low for it to cool the house now. Highly recommend them.

5 star review for Robert with Promise Heating and Air! After suffering in a 95 degree house for 2 days I called Promise for help. Within 2 hours Robert arrived, professional, polite, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. He had us cooling off in no time at all. I am so glad I found Promise and was very impressed with everything about my experience with them, from my call to them and thanking them for fixing my AC unit so quickly.

Originally was not very happy with this company. we bought a new unit about 2 years ago, we got a ten year warranty that covered us for ten years. our AC stopped working, its 95 inside the house so we called them to come check it out and paid a 100 bucks. they cleaned off some leaves and said it was fine and all we needed was the have our ducts cleaned. AC still not working, so i called the tech and he said he would call his boss and see what he could do. haven't heard anything we waiting all afternoon for a call, we had to have someone else come and fix it. We ended up paying 400 bucks to have a clog to our drain pipe. we just chalked it up to its whatever and never called them to complain we were just happy we had air again with the baby in the house. today i got a call apologizing and offered to pay for having another company come out. we appreciate this a lot we have a baby and every bit count right now. thank you guys for making thing right and showing you care we will be going back to you guys in the future

This is a great company with an awesome owner. They were very quick to respond and got us "back in business", as Jesus told us, so quickly! Jesus is a very kind man and was very gracious to my family. It's hard to put into words how much his kindness meant to me. Thank you for using your talents for so much good. You will not go wrong choosing this company.

So grateful for Promise Heating & Air! The motor when out on my a/c Friday evening, Jesus came to the rescue Saturday morning at 10am! He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. Tech Robert had to come back to finish a few things the following day, he was so friendly and skillful as well. Cannot thank them enough for their rapid assistance!

Jesus came for service call on AC unit 8/22 on our rental property. He was efficient and honest. Did what was needed to get unit working right away and work with my husband on a plan for further work that will need to be done. He’s a really nice guy, professional, kind, honest and knowledgeable.
Robert came to our home for AC unit on 8/7, hottest day in August ever. Diagnosed our problem and gave us our options for further needs. He too was professional, kind, honest, friendly.

My blower motor started running constantly even when the system was turned off. Jose came to my home in Tempe same day, diagnosed the issue as a bad thermostat, and replaced for me. Very professional and friendly guy, great service, will be calling these guys first for all my future HVAC needs!

Jesus went above and beyond “fixing” the mini-split in my central Phoenix rental! Plus he did a little re-education in teaching me how to properly use the whole system, great tech & all around a wonderful customer service attitude!! Would definitely recommend him & the company!

Promise Heating & Air is awesome! They came super fast when we needed help with our AC. The service was really quick and the people were very nice and helpful. They explained everything so we could understand and got the job done right. I would definitely call them again if we need anything. Great customer service and fast work. We have been with Empire for at least 20 years, and we have been completely satisfied with their performance! In 2019, my AC died, literally burned up! We were warned for many years from every technician that came out to service us from Empire. Well, it was time... time to get a complete overall! We had the entire system installed, including all duct work, and installation of the special filter to help me with my allergies! They even put in another register to pump some of the heat out of the master ensuite, so that we could regulate the AC better in that room!
The entire team that work on the installation were beyond skilled and very informative! My monthly electric bill has dropped by approximately 45%, after having the new AC installed! We couldn't be happier, and have referred friends to Empire, because we are so pleased!

I've been doing business with Empire for at least 5 years. They are prompt and courteous, and do an excellent job. All their work is professional and long lasting, and they don't try to sell me anything I don't need. I'm on their regular maintenance program for my HVAC system and it's been well worth it. My AC is always running like a top. I recommend Empire; they're the best!

Empire may not be the cheapest, but their work is high quality and they stand behind it. Today I had a “check-up” on my a/c unit, which are included in their yearly maintenance plan. I was particularly impressed by our technician’s thoughtfulness, preparedness and timeliness. John showed up on time to the minute. When I opened the door, he had plastic baggies over his shoes to made sure he didn’t track mud in the house, and was thoughtful about Covid precautions. Having someone in the house who was medically unable to get the vaccinated, and loved ones at high risk, I deeply appreciate professionals who are willing to take precautions without me asking them to do so.

The Team at Empire Plumbing are the best. I always am treated courteous and professional. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always on time with any appointment and explain what the problem is, what caused it and then promptly fix any problem. I have had Empire as my contractor for all my plumbing and air-conditioning need for over five (5) years and have never been disappointed with their service. I recommend them to all my family and friends when they have any plumbing issues.

Had a leak outside of our Church. Jason was very professional and got the job done. Great service.
