Promise Heating & Air was as promised. I had 3 other bids. Promise costs a bit more than all 3 and was well worth it. They ungraded airflow onto the unit and water drainage from the unit that was inadequate. They included a 10 yr warranty, parts and labor!!! After installation, they checked airflow at all of the vents and replaced several that were 26 yrs old in order to optimize air flow, even in the part of the home not serviced by the newly installed unit. I highly recommend Promise Heating and Air. Go beyond price. Get Promise Heating and Air.

Promise was quick to answer, quick to come out and were able to fix what was wrong in a prompt manner. Our Technician Jesus was very professional and able to address the problem quickly. We’d highly recommend them!

Marianna was wonderful explaining step by step how and what my appointment would be, which was within a couple hours from my initial call. Jesus called to let me know he was on his way, he arrived, very professional and friendly. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions, he diagnosed the issues, explained all of the items in detail, super helpful, after I agreed to do the work, off he went, he worked diligently and was thorough. I will continue using this company and recommending to all my friends, family and neighbors.

My AC went out and the house was over 98 degrees! I called Promise and they had a tech over in less than 2 hours. Josue was the tech and he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me perfectly. He even waited around longer than normal to make sure the issue was resolved before leaving.

I have been using Promise for years and it is service like this that will keep me coming back. Highly recommend and another shout out to Josue as he made the experience much less stressful and took care of the issue very quickly!

Just had these guys come out and update our thermostats. Josue Cruz was the technician that showed up, and I thought customer service was a thing of the past. This guy went above and beyond setting up our thermostats and making sure I knew how to use them. He took the time to explain the air conditioners and issues he had seen, he also took the time to explain to me the workings of the new thermostats. His customer service was top notch. If you read this Josue, I want to say thank you for your professionalism and customer service it’s a lost art and you made it look simple.

Thank you to Promise Heating and Air internal staff also, they made setting up the appointment as simple as possible.
When they couldn’t reach me by phone due to my work schedule I was able to communicate via text and that made my day that much easier!!

Jesus and Uri were awesome! They did a thorough inspection and service. I expected for them to quote me on a new system, but they passed my unit, so still working strong. I read their reviews online before the cisit and 5 stars all around from mtiole sites. Their knowledge and recommendations came through and I signed up for a service agreement. I was very impressed. I highly recommend. Thanks all for the peice of mind and now, ………..I have a guy!
