I recently had the pleasure of having Shane come out to my Condo for an overall AC check-up and maintenance, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Shane was extremely nice and demonstrated a high level of knowledge throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, ensuring I understood the condition of my AC unit and what needed to be done to keep it running efficiently. His professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, and I highly recommend Shane for any AC maintenance or repair needs. Excellent service!

AC Works is great. Honest, friendly service. They diagnosed my AC issue, found a part quickly and fixed it super fast. Shane and Dylan get a 10+++ and Brittany in the office. I highly recommend.

Brittany was very helpful in providing details in explaining details of the various A/C Units available, and bringing the Work Order to be discussed and signed. Shane and his installation team were prompt arriving at the appointed time and were very efficient in all the preparation and installation of our choice of A/C Unit. I am Really Happy with the service that I received from AC Works! After talking with several AC companies last year (and taking some estimates), I was Very Firm in my decision to wait for the January 2025 454B refrigerants.
Even though I let all those other Companies know what I wanted, Many of them were still trying to convince me to buy the old refrigerants anyways. Some even tried to convince me that when the refrigerants Did come out - that the prices would be SO Much Higher.... (They were wrong....)
I had had the same old unit repaired for years... And I wasn't about to settle for a unit that I didn't want. I needed a Company that would listen and respond to what I wanted to buy! Only AC Works did!
Brittany did follow-up with me to let me know when the new refrigerant units were available. I had asked other companies to do the same (and they did not....) Only AC Works did!
I am So Glad that I went with this Company! They found a Crane small enough to fit thru some (really small) walls to the back of my Unit. No other Company did that! Only AC Works did that! Their price was fair and competitive, and Shane and David were polite responsive and knowledgeable. I was So Happy with how Quickly they got everything done! (Only 5 days after my estimate date!)
You can go with bigger companies IF you want - But I found out after spending hours and hours calling and searching - I do not think that You will Ever pay less. And you will not receive anywhere near the level of follow-up or service! Shane even said that he would come back in a few months to make sure that Everything is still alright!
This is my New "Go To" AC Company! I do not want to go anywhere else now

Shane was our tech. He was absolutely awesome. We were looking for some one to service our two a/c units. He checked everything out and answered our questions. We were looking for maintenance for a year and he went through this with us. He put no pressure on us to get it. Appreciated that so much as we had one with someone else before and were not happy with being told we needed this fixed and done. Thank you Shane!!!!

My experience with AC Works has been nothing short of simply great! I recently signed up for their annual maintenance plan and was totally pleased with technician Shane and his dedication to checking out every aspect of my two Trane heat pumps, as well as the air handler. He reviewed everything with me in detail, made recommendations and made me feel confident that I was definitely dealing with the right A/C company and the right service technician. There was no hard sell, but just an honest evaluation of my A/C system. I will continue to use A/C Works, as well as A/C Appliance, and give them a solid 5 stars.

They came out within a day or so with home warranty. Ordered a part. The technician accidentally installed the motor backwards. I am very nicely trying to tell him something wasn’t right. My unit froze up a couple hours later. Shane came out the next day. I was pretty upset it’s been 100 degrees in my house for 6 days now. He got the issue fixed within 20 minutes. Thank you so much!

Excellent! Shane arrived at my house and, within 30 minutes, my house was already cooling down. He explained the problem to me and how he fixed it. Shane also took the time to install new air filters I had bought, but was unable to install myself. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Very friendly and nice gentleman, as well. I highly recommend AC Works!

Shane was very courteous And arrived during the timeframe. He was very efficient at cleaning our system.

Our AC went out right before the Fourth of July long weekend. We called Shane, and within a couple of hours, he was at our house. Shane took a look at our (very old) unit and our setup and found that we had an electrical issue with our thermostat. He replaced the thermostat and we had cold air blowing minutes later. As a side note, we had someone else come to our house earlier in the day who was no help at all and just tried to sell us a new AC unit. If you're looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and honest people, I definitely recommend going with AC Works!

Shane was great! He was on time, professional and super helpful with good explanations of our equipment.

My AC system was completely dead after the most recent storms. Shane with AC Works came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. He even tightened up some of the wiring as a courtesy. Great service and communication!

I loved my experience with AC Works! Brittany was great. She was knowledgeable and professional. She was able to get me a appointment really quick which was amazing in the middle of summer. She followed up and I couldn't of had a better experience. The technician was great. He was on time. So knowledgeable. He found the problem immediately and was in and out of here. Problem solved!
