Shane was great!! He was able to come replace our motor within 24 hours of calling! This was awesome since we’re in the middle of an excessive heat advisory!! Shane was super professional, honest and fast! We had a working AC within an hour!

AC unit went down on Friday night. Shane showed up to fix it early Saturday morning. Made short work of the repair and was transparent throughout the process. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I’d highly recommend working with him and AC Works!

Shane came to my home on short notice. We were in process of selling our home and needed a repair to a drain line and rebalance the air duct flow. Shane was very professional and told me how he would complete the repairs and asked permission before proceeding. He was very thorough in his work and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend Shane and this company for all your hvac needs. Finally a professional company that is fair and responsive and experts In their profession.

They did everything they said they would do! No hidden fees, everything was just honest. Shane was awesome to work with! I just schedule to have a technician from AC works come out to my house and help us deal with a repair issue. Now they have not even come out yet to do the repair for us. But I am already 100% satisfied, thrilled, and elated with their customer service as well as their honesty, great prices and understanding. He diagnosed and resolved my issue within minutes at an affordable price. I’ve now recommended him to my son for his AC issue.

I recently had my air conditioning unit break down during the peak of summer, and it was a stressful experience, especially since it needed to be replaced. Initially, a service provider from my home warranty company, Sunstate Refrigeration, came out to assess the situation. Unfortunately, the job turned out to be too complex for them to handle.

Shane is one of the best professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of hiring. He’s incredibly punctual and great about communicating, not to mention a very friendly guy. Our heat went out during a particularly cold week here in Phoenix and Shane was able to completely fix the issue in a very timely manner that worked with our schedule. I’ve worked in HVAC warranty processing before and from my experience I can tell you the rates were incredibly reasonable as well. I cannot recommend AC Works enough. Dylan was prompt and courteous when he came out to service my A/C units, and answered all my questions about related issues. I also had him install new thermostats, and he even programmed them for me. I would definitely call them again.
