do not use this company! I paid $3000.00 for a new ac/heating system.i supplied the ac unit myself.they installed the unit and everything was fine with the ac. then it got cold out and my tenant went to use the heat and there wasn"t any. I called randy and they sent out a tech to look it over. surprise surprise the unit was installed without heat. I called randy back and I wasn"t to happy. I said how could you install this unit without heat? his reply was you asked us to fix the air. I said you should repair this problem. randy then said he refused to fix it because I had a bad attitude. I then had to get george brazil to fix it for $650.00. there tech said he never saw anyone get screwed like this before.so beware of this guy
