Michael did a fantastic job when he came to help. We had to have a sink basket replaced and when he saw that our home warranty coverage was denied, he went as far as to talk to our warranty company to justify coverage. He really was an overall nice, professional person who clearly just wanted to best. He even provided a few tips to help us with the plumbing heath. He did a great job and we are very happy that he was able to help. Please give this guy a raise.

Richaard performed my initial inspection and was very thorough and professional. His recommendations led us to getting a new HVAC unit which we had been putting off way too long. Tyler helped us make the right choice and had it fully installed within 2 days. Amazing! The technicians that did the install in one day were great and didn’t stop working until the job was finished. They made sure everything was clean before leaving and helped me set-up the thermostat app. I’m super satisfied and recommend North Valley to everyone.

100% Completely Satisfied! We contacted North Valley Mechanical in January of 2024 to assess our HVAC system. Our upstairs would be incredibly hot, while our downstairs would be ice cold. Once Kyle W. showed up and took a look at our system, we knew we were in good hands. Kyle was extremely patient with us as he explained every option that we had open to us. He let us know what we HAD to do, what we SHOULD do and what we COULD do to prevent any issues in the future. Kyle was incredibly helpful at actually explaining our current system setup to us and why it was incorrect and not performing like it should.

We decided to have everything taken care of correctly, so that our HVAC system would function 100% properly. The team that was responsible for removing our old system in the attic(including ductwork) and replacing it with the new system was nothing but professional, courteous and really seemed to work well together. We really hope the owner of NVM reads this so he can acknowledge the team of Kyle, George, Xavier, Carlos and Bret for being such an outstanding face of the company.

Billy was great to have out. He checked the entire plumbing throughout my house got everything in a great working order. We noticed a small issue with my water heater and he talked through it and let me know my options and we got it taken care of. He even gave me a dog bowl for my dogs, which was really cool.

Nobody showed up. When I called, they had no clue about my appointment! I had used them before and was happy but obviously the company has gone way down hill since then. Unorganized and lazy.

I have been a Roberts Air Conditioning customer for over 30 years and the service has been the best. They are a first class company and there employee's have always been professional and courteous.

We were assigned this company from our home warranty company. They came out once and did "matinence" for $200.00. Our ac was still not working after the 1st time the "technician" came. They came out the second time on July 4th. The tech was supposed to be there by 7am and didnt show up until 9am. After telling me an elbow was never sealed properly and adding freon (another $200 we paid out of pocket because the owner of the company told me it was pre existing and the warranty wouldnt cover it) our ac is still not working. Everyone that works for this company is unprofessional and will scam you to get as much money out of you as possible. We shouldn't have paid any $ out of pocket besides the service fee per our warranty company. I would suggest to stay away from this company and hire a real professional! I wish i could rate them 0 stars because that is what they deserve.

I called them to come fill in my freon gas. The maintenance person comes in and said that the freon gas level is all good, but I need to change the capacitor. He charged me $265 for the service. There was absolutely zero improvement in the cooling and I called them again. Another person comes in and says that my Freon gas level is very low and they want the additional $250 to fill in the gas. I escalated to the supervisor (Babao) at the office and he goes on an aggressive mode saying that I have a new capacitor now, which I never asked for in the first place. He goes on INSULTING me and my RELIGION and hung up saying he is not going to do anything more to fix the issue. Please be aware as this could happen to you too. Very unprofessional behavior.

I’ve been using this company for over two decades on all my ac service needs. My Service tech’s have always been on time and very professional. Being a single income home it’s always nice to find a company that’s honest and mindful of my budget. I give this company a 5 stars for their ethics and integrity it carries as a company and I look forward to many years of continued service with AC By Roberts ❤️

I am VERY satisfied with this company. Levi was polite, professional and located and fixed the problem quickly. I recommend this company to everyone. AND all this on a holiday! Happy independence day to all.

Do not use. They didn’t show up and called towards the end of the day to tell me they won’t make it and they be there first thing the next morning. Didn’t show up until 1130a to tell me the service call is $65 but the tech didn’t have the right equipment to diagnose the A/C. Said they would be out the next day. Didn’t show up again until later to tell me it’s another $150 to try and find the problem. Eventually find the problem asked for $215 and a/c is not fixed. Tried to call, text and email only to get very slow responses if any. It’s been almost a week and my ac is not fixed. They then said my warranty is no longer valid and this will cost me $1500 to fix. Asked for an invoice so I could see what I’m paying for which took a couple of days just
To get this and it was poorly written and very vague. I would not trust this company to come out again nor should you. I’m out $215 but would rather use someone else then deal with these guys.

I bought a AC unit from them. This place is great. Yes it’s a small business that you can depend on. I highly recommend them there fast and affordable.

They put used thermostat in my house charger 175 for used it so dirty I can't even get the dirt off of it plus one side is broken barley hangs on the wall I wish I could send a picture of it
