Our units were installed on Monday and the installation went really well. Tuesday, we had questions about the new thermostat and a tech was out here that day to help answer questions. To make matters more difficult, yesterday, I removed one of the thermostats to do some touch-up paint and screwed up the thermostat settings. By this morning another tech was out here helping us reset it. Unbelievable responsiveness.

So not only was the pricing more than fair (actually way lower than a major competitor in the market), North Valley Mechanical came through on their commitment to make sure we were completely satisfied with our installation and final product.
