Rex was very accommodating and competent. He took the time to clarify everything and did not try to persuade me to purchase any of the additional services that were available. Goliath Mechanical did an amazing job helping me out!!

When my AC quit on me in the middle of a holiday (July 4) Larvell came out and did a great job making my house livable again. Very professional and personable. I will call Goliath Mechanical for any future issues with my HVAC.

At 6 p.m., our air conditioner broke down. I looked up Goliath Mechanical on Google and gave them a call. Rexx, their tech, called to confirm about 45 minutes later and arrived before 7 p.m. I worked on our unit until around ten o'clock at night. All was excellent, from the initial call to the completed repair. I was really pleased with their operation. Many thanks to everyone at Goliath Mechanical!

This is a fantastic company to work with if you need HVAC services. I had a problem with a thermostat that needed repair. Larvell my technicians, performed a comprehensive assessment of my unit and provided me with a good understanding of how it was working. I admired how detailed he was!! Larvell was very knowledgeable about his work and what needs to be accomplished. When asked a question, he seems to enjoy assisting others and takes the time to illustrate the "whats and whys"! I will continue to call Goliath Mechanical if I need assistance in the future, and I will tell others about it if they need help with any air conditioning services!!

My AC went out right before the 4th of July and they had a tech come out to fix it, he told me he cleaned out the drain pipe and it would be fixed for now but I need a new unit, he charged me $200 which at the time I felt was fair given the holiday etc. He didn’t have any receipts with him so I asked him to email me that and a quote for replacing the unit. I never got either. Fast forward to now, I had another company come since he never followed up - turns out he just turned off the safety switch by cutting the wire and didn’t clean out the drain pipe (so didn’t fix the issue at all). By turning off the safety switch, there was an inch of water under my unit. I’m disappointed that he would be dishonest about bypassing a safety switch - this could have caused significant damage if I wasn’t home to catch it. Feels very much like a swindle move, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Goliath Mechanical was really good at keeping me informed during the A/C repair process. They arrived on time, and with their skills, they were able to bring my air conditioner back to life!!!

Today was a great experience with Larvell , the technician who came out to do a routine check on our air conditioning units! He was thorough, took his time, and explained everything he saw in terms of the units. Since we have wood floors, I appreciated him taking the time to cover his shoes before entering our house. We realized the crew arrived nearly 20 minutes before the Sales representative's "expected start time." The crew greeted us at 7:00 a.m., went over the work order with us, and asked if we had any questions. They answered all of our questions and gave us a plan out goal for the rest of the day. After getting a feel for the layout, the crew split up and conquered. They did an amazing job!! I highly recommend Goliath Mechanical to anyone in need!!!

We have brand new Nest thermostats that were extremely difficult to set up. I called Goliath Mechanical because we have a Service Agreement with them. They were prompt, on point , and supportive in getting the settings just right for us. This was the best air conditioning team in all of Arizona!!

I've never used Goliath Mechanical before. Larvell arrived on time. He was personable and professional when it came to dealing with customers. He answered all of my questions and explained what he was going to do in great detail. He kept me updated every step of the way. His job was excellent, and I was pleased with it. I want to use their services again in the not-too-distant future! They are my air conditioning team for life!!

Our A/C went out right as we were getting ready to fly out of town. I got ahold of Larvell and he was able to take care of me even though I was out of town. The job only took him about 2 1/2 hours and have had no issues. Even after the job he has called just to make sure everything is running as it’s supposed to. If you’re in need of a A/C, definitely go with Larvell and his team. You won’t be disappointed.

Goliath came out and did fantastic work on my mom’s house swapping her AC unit. It was fast, efficient, and went on without a problem. Larvell was incredibly professional, explained everything that was happening and was always very happy to answer any questions that I had and my mom had about her her new AC unit. I highly recommend them for your AC needs! We will be using them in the future for our AC needs!
