Was definitely Upcharged between 150%-220% for a motor, got the box with part number and I can purchase elsewhere for MUCH less. Was charged $257 and found exact part on multiple sites for $80-$130. Definitely felt that they took advantage of my lack of knowledge to gain a few bux. I’m sure the 113 degree temperature had a part in it too. Times are tough but ripping people off because they’re desperate is immoral. As a father of a growing family, every dollar saved counts. I understand a “convenience fee” since it’s on the shelf but 200% seems very steep. I will never shop here again..

I had Adams Refrigeration complete a AC tune up on my house. They also completed an evaporator cleaning package. Marcus was punctual, professional & friendly. The service was exceptional and I am confident my AC unit will be ready for the Arizona summer heat. I will always call Adam’s Refrigeration moving forward.

I have had work done with Adam’s Refrigeration for over 34 years. The company is excellent, employees are courteous and the owner will address all customer concerns. I have absolutely no confidence in the company and would not consider changing hvac companies for any reason.

We had our seasonal maintenance inspection today. Angel came out and was extremely thorough and meticulous. He is always a pleasure to deal with.

I am very happy with Adams Refrigeration. They sent out a great technician, Ron, who fixed the problem with my old a/c. He didn't try to up-sell or "fix" things that weren't broken. I also want to thank Richard, the customer service rep for his friendly and professional service. I really appreciate the honesty....integrity, and prompt service. Highly recommend!!! .... FAST FORWARD...... I am posting this review several months after my first interaction with Adams.... It is now winter time in Phoenix and I called on them Again to find the problem with my heat. Temps registering 47 degrees in my home. They came out immediately...fixed the problem at a very fare price....I had quotes from other companies that were "off the charts". A big shout out to Richard, their customer service agent, who kept me up to date and returned my calls promptly....and took the time to really listen to me. What a professional !!!! And thank you Marcus, the great tech who was so skilled and professional. Adams Refrigeration is amazing !

After all the help from Charlie I was able to get my AC up and running again. I can’t stress enough how grateful I am for his assistance in replacing my condenser fan motor. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs parts and tips for AC repair.

Tech arrived within agreed time frame, he was extremely curious, and he did a thorough inspection.

I purchased my home & did a remodel 12 years ago. I needed to replace 2 a/c units. The contractor I use suggested Adams Refrigeration. Boy was that a great recommendation! I’ve been with them ever since that time. I just replaced those units, Angel & Ethan were my techs. They were punctual, professional, reliable, knowledgeable & friendly. They were here 2 days to complete the work & I’ve never seen anyone work continuously as they did…8:30 to 5:30 each day. I know they were exhausted but they still kept a smile on their face. I would highly recommend this company!

Adams Refrigeration installed my system several years ago. I opted to purchase a maintenance agreement. Twice a year, my unit is serviced. The technicians have always been great. Although I don't look forward to the day the system needs to be replaced, I have no problem hiring them replace it simply on my past experiences since day one.

My husband and I have worked with Adams Refrigeration for many years now. Yes, their prices are reasonable, yes they show up when expected, yes the service is good quality, but most important and rare is we trust them! They are truthful and not try to upsell us or charge us for unnecessary work. Highly recommend!

You guys are so awesome. Another company, Cactus plumbing and air came out 30 minutes before you and told us that the only thing we could do was replace our unit and that we would be without ac for at least 3 days, there was no other option. You came out and repaired our unit in less than 20 minutes. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. It's refreshing to know that there are still honest people in this world. We have been with you for 25 years and for sure will be lifelong customers 😀

Forgot to register my Carrier unit for the 10 yr parts warranty, and I was beyond the 90 day window so only qualified for 5 yr warranty instead. Called the local company that installed it to see if they could do anything, but told me tough luck and to try reaching out to Carrier directly. Decided to try contacting a local Carrier Authorized Dealer instead as I was sure they deal with these issues all the time, and thankfully I found Adams Refrigeration. I worked with Charles, and he was able to find a way for me to still qualify and register for the 10 yr warranty. Appreciate him for taking the time to explain everything to me so I could still qualify. Have peace of mind now that I am covered for the next 10 years as AC parts are getting more and more expensive.

I've been a loyal customer for quite few years. I had a problem with my beat up thermostat so the tech replaced it. Believe me, having that done has made a difference in my utility cost, it helps having a accurate and brand new one put in. Great service as usual!!!!

Great company and service techs. I purchased the maintenance contract, so this was a seasonal checkup, which is included, to prevent surprises.
With that said, that's why nothing was selected below. The contact was reasonably priced with other benefits besides these checkups.
