Scheduled PM on a split unit, performed on 04/19/2022. Total charge was 119.90 for service. Stated that everything was clean and in good working condition. Advice capacitor may need replacement n the future. Was very thorough on his notes on invoice Problem now is there was a leak so I called my Home Shield, tech stated coils in attic were filthy, causing the leak, now had to pay for coils and refrigerant of 2400.00.. Home Shield does not cover refrigerant. Spoke with Tiffany yesterday at Adams, extremely rude, hung up on me stated there will be no refund. This tech NEVER entered my house. ONLY serviced and inspected outdoor units. Falsified his documentation, and Adams had the nerve to call me a liar stating he did go into my home. FYI, the owner did call and speak with my bother, promised he would speak with the tech and get back with us. NEVER did. So disappointed and extremely irritated for being ignored and called a liar by Adams Refrigeration.

Good price, knowledgeable HVAC Technician(Miguel), got us out of the triple digits same day I called for service. Even advised on some self maintenance that I should perform on a monthly basis.

I had a great experience with the young man who did a routine inspection on my AC unit. He was very thorough, friendly and courteous and I look forward to him returning twice a year to service/inspect my unit in the future.

I had a pad replacement on my EVAPORATIVE COOLER. Service man was able to figure it out but was not trained on these coolers. I had the cooler serviced just 2 months prior for $89 by Adams, but had to order the pad myself and have Adams come to install. This pad replacement service cost me $172.00! When I called to ask WHY SO EXPENSIVE since I ordered the Master Cool pad myself. I was told the Price per Hr Charges. $57.50, and service call is also $57.50. As a 83 yr old widow on an fixed income, this was more than I expected since the last entire service call was only $89 and he spent about the same time just 2 months prior. Lesson learned to ASK the charges before requesting service. Dont assume! The service tech was polite and did the job asked of him.

Had these ppl come out and see what was wrong with my unit. I was told I needed a brand new unit to the tune of $8100 bucks. I was told that this one couldn’t be fixed and it was not repairable due to being 10 years old. The technician said that they don’t even make the refrigerant anymore. I got a second opinion from George Brazil. They came out and immediately identified the problem. The “accumulator” was leaking oil. They said that they could replace the accumulator and recharge the system. He also said that the fan bearings were going and I should think about that as well but it didn’t need to be done right away. Guess what company I used? I know times are tough they are tough for us too but to rip off customers is unconscionable. Bad form guys bad form.

I've used Adams Refrigeration for 10 years for preventative maintenance and two repairs. Every encounter has been great. My heat went out this morning and they responded within 2 hours and had me repaired shortly there after. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to use them.

Marcus was amazing! We had a CO alarm go off at 5am. After a leak was detected in the area of our furnace/hot water heater closet we called Adams. They had a tech, Marcus, out within 2 hours. He found the leak in the crawl space (exhaust pipe had become detached!) After some creativity refitting the pipe from the roof, he was able to shimmy all the way through our narrow eves by the roofline and reattach and clamp. We are so grateful for the fast response, perseverance with a difficult to reach location and positive and friendly professionalism. He even educated us on better detectors than we had. We are sleeping safe again and so appreciative of Marcus and the Adams Refrigeration Family!!

Monday around 7pm I got a call from a manager of my dad’s house. A/C is not working. Summer, Arizona 112F nothing to add. Disaster. I called Adam’s Refrigeration and left voicemail explaining the situation. Next day 7 am I got the call and set up the appointment. We were extremely lucky. They had the technician on his way at 9:30am and around 11am problem was taking care of. Tenets were extremely happy. Issue was fixed in super short time. This is why we will stay with Adam’s Refeigeration. We didn’t get overcharged whatsoever when you take in consideration price R-22. Great customer service. They definitely take care of their customers and that is why we will use them again

I always receive first-rate service from them. I'm in my 80s and when I call Adams Refrigeration for help with my cooling system they send someone out as soon as they can - often the same day that I call. I always ask for Marcus who is very efficient and a perfect gentleman. And their rates are quite reasonable.

We used Adam's Refrigeration few times in the past. Always on time, honest and prices are great compare to other HVAC companies. Our system was 22 years old and we had to replace it. Adam's refrigeration installed complete new system in few days. Whatever they told us that will be done was done. No cutting corners or excuses. We highly recommend them.

I had a very good customer experience with Adam's. I got a good price on a new AC / heating system and profession and friendly service from the installers. And very fast service, which has been a challenge in 2021. I've had to replace older units in other homes through the years so I can compare them and Adam's were very good. I would use them again, but hope I don't need too.

The team at Adams Refrigeration was wonderful. They were super responsive and were able to quickly install a new unit before the horrible heatwave in July. They were very efficient, communicative and completed the install successfully. Marcus was great, helped resolve issue we had with the thermostat.
