Can't thank Way Cool Plumbing & Air (North Valley Mechanical) enough for a speedy and detailed response! 35F temps in and the furnace blowing cold air is never good but Dayton arrived and went to work trying to find the cause. Professional, communicative and thorough!!!! He found that it was just a blown fuse on the disconnect and then the heat started blowing!!! Excellent service!!!! Thank you Way Cool and Dayton!!

Zack did a good job cleaning my AC and found a couple of things that needed attention going into the 117 degree heat season. Me being knowledgeable in AC and electrical myself I completely agreed with his solutions to fix the concerns and he did the added repairs and I am now ready for the high heat with my bad heart condition. My heat pump went out two nights ago and Beau H. with Way Cool Plumbing came out and tried to fix it, providing me with honest information that the heat pump may go out and to just call again to reschedule and they would get the parts to fix my unit. Which is exactly what happened. Two nights with no heat, but lots of blankets and a space heater; promptly they made my call a priority to fix. Beau is back, with another tech, with parts in hand to fix the problem. The warranty will cover this, so I appreciate the quick response and explanation.

I had my annual maintenance on my air conditioner done today by a Gabe Montes from North Valley Mechanical and couldn't have been more pleased with it. Gabe was a very nice, friendly and professional worker. I would recommend him for any issues on your air conditioner.

Michael Kempton is the best plumber we've ever had: efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. Unlike many other plumbers, he explalins options and has a good attitude. Great guy!

I am very happy with Zach ,He spent a lot of time trying to get my old unit up and running. Happy to say we are getting a new unit Monday. I recommend this company and definitely recommend Zach .

Kyle Wallace was extremely polite and helpful. Answered all questions and did his due diligence. We felt very comfortable and we felt somewhat comfortable with the quote that Kyle gave us. We told him that we would have an answer within 2 days.

Michael was out this time to house and was very helpful at helping to solve some reoccurring issues in existing plumbing that kept reoccurring. Felt he was very honest and straight forward. He also helped me this last visit by problem solving a tub faucet and how to make it work with existing cut outs!!!

Richard Garcia was an amazing HVAC technician. He was very thorough and attentive to every detail. He showed me everything he did along the way and gave me a thorough recap at the end. I would highly recommend him!

Richard was on time polite and through. I liked him but not happy with the fact I paid to have a compasator part replaced in 2023 and told it was going to need another one. It seems the last three times out they keep finding things . My unit is 11 years old and I have away paid every year for maintance.🤑🙁

This was my first experience calling Way Cool Plumbing and Michael did a great job. He explained all of the items that needed to be fixed and explained the repairs thoroughly. And he fixed everything within the time parameters we discussed.

Even letting me know about the benefits of getting a compressor savors, surge protector and safety switch. Thier work is always fantastic and will continue to have this company do work on my home AC unit.

We have had a handful of plumbing issues in our old house in recent months, and Michael has done both installations and repairs for us. He does the work quickly and expertly, and always takes the time to tell us exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. Javier came by for the standard check up on the system today. He found some areas of concern, and took the time to investigate, even climbing into the attic to check out the ducts. Kyle is a great guy. I had him over to check my home’s insulation. It turned out that the insulation I thought I needed wasn’t needed at all. Even so, he took his time talking with me and made very helpful suggestions. He was so very honest and did not want to sell me anything I didn’t need. Such a rare find!! If I ever do need anything in the future, he’s who I will call.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, check for the issues to discover the cause of the air conditioner not to work properly. Discovered a breaker was tripped and some charing of wires in a connection junction box, and the thermostat cover was loose might be the reason it didn't want to work as well that the power was reduced to operating on 110 instead of 220. He thought if I get the electrical issue solved I would have cooling. I am glad to have these cooler days and nights untill I can an electrician.
