Kyle Wallace is an excellent technician. He came to my home and took videos of my attic that needed insulation and explained the process clearly. I hired him on the spot after several other bids for the job. Scheduling and communication was ongoing and helpful. The day of service Kyle and two other techs came and did the job in a timely manner. The cleanup was amazing. This is an honest company and I highly recommend that you call and ask for Kyle Wallace.

Way Cool is the best AC company I’ve worked with. During the 10 day inspection period for my home they were able to get out there and run a thorough inspection of the AC units and give me a detailed report. There’s nobody I recommended more. Don’t hesitate to reach out.

Russell Muir is an excellent ambassador for Way Cool plumbing. He showed me how to program my thermostat which somehow got overlooked when our air conditioner was installed. Aside from our air conditioning service call, he checked the insulation in the attic and we discussed adding more. He also recommended a more efficient air filter we could use. He reached out to a project manager (John - also very friendly, professional and no hard sell) to call me and discuss pricing for insulation. Clearly Russell knows what he’s doing and I would feel comfortable having him work on my Trane air conditioner any time I needed work done.

I had an emergency repair and Brandon Bates came as soon as he was dispatched! Early in fact! He was very polite and answered all my questions as best as he could. He came in, diagnosed, fixed the AC and replaced the capacitor swiftly. You could not get friendlier and more professional service! Would recommend him 10/10 times over!

Brandon is someone you can trust. He is so knowledgeable and really wants to help people. He spent a great deal of time listening and making sure I was informed. He is so patient and wanted to be sure I was well taken care of. North Valley was recommended by my warranty company as a top provider. They are absolutely the worst company out their. They charged us for $1400+ for working parts and didn't fix the problem. Asked questions about why it's still not cooling. They wanted to sell us new unit. Absolutely refused to consider it could be anything else. Owner screamed at my wife . I crawled around and found a piece of duct work had come undone as indicated in picture below. Makes me wonder how many other people they have done this too.

This is delayed, it should have come you yesterday. It was not intentional because it deserved immediate response from me to Tyree! He was so thorough and great communication skills. I can't say enough on his attention to detail! He really did an excellent job and I explained to him how much that meant to me. I am very happy and I always want him to come and service my AC !I know that might not be possible but he just did really good work and he has exemplary customer service, knowledge and efficiency. Way Cool AC & Plumbing is great! I've been using them for many years now and their service is top notch. All their techs are also great. We just got our AC and water heater replaced within a day and they had 2 crews at our place that did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them for AC or plumbing needs!

The best...We have been customers for the past 5 years. So organized, efficient and knowledgeable! Plus everyone is so very nice. In the past we needed our annual service maintenance and they would always call to reminds us to schedule. This time we needed the entire air and heating system replaced which was a big project. They were able to schedule within 24 hours which was amazing, especially when it was to be 90 the following week. Definitely five stars.!!!!!

Brandon and Michael both did a spectacular job assessing the units and the area, and providing detailed information to help make an informed decision. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend them if you need a go to service guy.

When Brandon came over due to a home warranty service call, he quickly found all the issues, particularly since my 3 units were over 20+ years old. We discussed the disadvantages of repair versus the options and costs for new. He called Jon Jones who went through the options and price, where I quickly made my decision. An entire crew came out the next day and finished all the installation. The units are running superbly. Top notch services from first house call to installation.

My technician arrived punctually. He was courteous and professional. I was immediately impressed by him using coverings for his feet when he entered the house. He was knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time working on two units. He shared photos of his work before and after. Overall, outstanding service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing air conditioning service or repairs.

I woke up to find that my air conditioning unit had stopped working. I called and got to speak with Kyle who informed me they would have someone out the same day. A few hours later Brett showed up and saved the day.

From start to finish great experience. Install crew was amazing, Carlos was a pleasure to work with on the install side of things.

Zach did a great job on my HVAC tune up maintenance. He explained things well and gave me honest feedback on my unit.

My coils really needed cleaning and he did an excellent job and also installed a safety switch which is a great safety device to avoid unexpected flooding.

Great demeanor and very courteous.

Jefferey arrived on the following day to perform a hot water heater flushing and a whole home plumbing inspection. Wow, this guy was so knowledgeable and provided me a tour of all my fixtures and gave me updates of what work needed to be done and what was satisfactory in my home. It was really enlightening to me because I've been living in my condo for 3 years and he gave me knowledge of things I never knew before.

This guy is a great plumber

Williams installed our AC unit in May 2023. They have since been acquired by North Valley Mechanical. We had them out recently for an annual inspection. They advised us the unit was installed improperly (wrong elbow and stand) and they are not willing to correct it. Today they advised us that they did not buy Williams AC but they sent me a letter Feb 29 2024 stating they "joined forces" with Williams and "William's is now North Valley Mechanical". So they are lying about their business relationship. heads up for anyone with a Williams installed unit.

All went very smoothly. The only problem I’m having is figuring out how to use the new thermostat and program it for daily use as well as vacation time.

Brandon was fantastic and very knowledgeable and respectful. I only want him to come back to my home in six months for check up on air conditioner. Thank you, Brandon again.
