Initial appt. Tech was on time and polite. Also gave me good information regarding service plan and costs as well as what would be covered. Signed up for plan which includes 2 visits and at less than 2 hundred I feel it is a great rate, especially after some other quotes I received.

Shane was amazing. He was thorough in inspecting our AC equipment. He even checked our units in the ceiling and gave some awesome advice to help us with our room that gets warmer than the others.

I used Promise Heating and Air and both Jesus and Moises did an excellent job installing my A/C unit. They were very professional and explained to me everything very well that whats going on with my AC. They also made it to my house right away. They provided different level and price of solutions.I feel they are open and honest about repairs needed and they also assure i was satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone in need.

Service was prompt, friendly and efficient. We do however have questions about the billing and service arrangement we had established with the installation team and salesman. We had an understanding that the filter changes were part of the package from what Jesus had informed us.

Josue was the tec that came out to install thermostates at our child care center. He was very informative on how they worked and took his time to explain the app to our staff. Jose was very prompt, cleaned up after is work.

Moises was a great Tech. My AC needed maintenance and he was able to come out the same day and took care of the issue. He was honest and said it only needed coolant. Other techs end up telling you it needs this it needs that and only want your $$$. Moises was very honest and did a great job. Highly recommended his services.

Amazing service and timely! Called same day and the AC unit was repaired. I waited 10 days for my rental company to support the fix and with no word from them I called Promise Heating and Air to support the issue at the home. such a necessity and huge thank you to Jesus and their team for getting us back running cool!

Uriel came and helped out. Very professional. Replaced the capacitor in our unit and and explained how it all worked and how it reacted to the fans and compressor. Thank you!

Eric arrived on time and ready to work. We had scheduled our Winter Maintenance appointment. After performing the Maintenance, Eric presented options on things he had noticed. We chose the Club Membership, condenser cleaning and new electronic air cleaner. He ordered the cleaner and cleaned the condenser. We will consider doing another option in the Spring. Eric cleaned up everything and was on his way.
I recommend Eric and Promise HVAC.

Awesome company! We originally hired Promise Heating and Air when we were remodeling our home and needed to replace our complete duct system. The team was very professional and punctual, one of the best companies we used for our remodel. After our great experience we signed up for their ongoing maintenance plan and have been very happy with the high level of service we have received. All of their employees are very nice and presentable and when entering our home the technicians wear shoe coverings to avoid making a mess, Overall awesome service - 5 stars!

Promise was amazing. I knew I needed to replace my AC system. I got several quotes. Promise asked the most questions, clearly made that extra effort to understand our needs, they explained their bid very thoroughly. Were fair and competitive in their bid. We chose them because you’re not just buying an AC, it’s years of service, it’s who do you trust to show up and take care of you?
On the install day they were on time, in uniform, everyone was clean, courteous, professional, and The whole thing went very well, smoothly, and they cleaned up after themselves. We are super happy with them, great team, great value, great people. Solid equipment with great warranty. Friendly and fair. What else can you ask for?
