Empire’s work is high quality and they stand behind their product. Today I had a garbage disposal replaced and faucets checked. Jason the technician was professional and knowledgeable. I am a satisfied Empire customer for 20+ years.

We have been with Empire for many years! Dean has been our tech on 99% of all services. He is so pleasant and knowledgeable! We just love him to bits!

Jason H did a good job. He was able to do and resolve my plumbing problem. Friendly, respectful, always and smiling.

The technicians are the best! We have been customers for many years and we always receive reliable, honest, and thorough work. Further, everyone is very nice and we are treated like friends. My husband and I highly recommend Empire Air & Plumbing. No other company will do for us!

I had used this company for all ac/heating services from 2010 to 2021.
If you choose to use them just read the letter below. If you dare to leave a negative review, this is what you can expect.
He called on the phone and complained I wasn't giving him a chance to correct the problem. He also denied doing the work I referred to as he was looking in the file for my second house, not the one I had the work done in.

Next thing I know is the letter posted below threating legal action if I don't remove the review I left.

So use at your own risk.

I LOVE Empire Plumbing & Air Conditioning. We have been customers for almost a decade now, and I recommend them to everybody I know. They replaced our air conditioning unit several years ago and have taken great care of it ever since. I also think they somehow only hire the kindest workers, because I have liked every single tech that has come to my house, seriously. My three boys (I'm a stay at home mom) and I actually look forward to Empire coming to the house!

This company is amazing ! Called with an AC issue , and they came out and had us back up and running so fast ! From the minute we made the call , to the technician finishing the job it was by far the smoothest and quickest service we have ever had. The technician was super knowledgeable with our unit and knew exactly what the issue was within 15 minutes. I will continue to use this company from here on out ! Highly recommend

Felipe is great from quality of work to communication, fixed my leaking ac pump in less than an hour. I will highly recommend and refer to Empire plumbing and Ac for any future issues I encounter.

I have been depending on Empire for several years and have never had a complaint. They are punctual, dependable and knowledgeable, and thorough. Dan completed a maintenance service on my central air system, and I was more than satisfied with the work he did. He managed my 2-story, steep roof like a champ and completed everything. Take caution or it could be a costly lesson! I recently had a minor gas leak that was identified by SWGas as a leaky key valve in my indoor fireplace. SWGas completely disconnected my service and gave me a number to call to get the names licenced plumbers to repair the valve. Empire was on that list. Jason came to our house, "evaluated" the situation, and told us we needed to have a building permit that Empire would pull for us ($350--which were told from the building inspector who came later was priced high), a pressure test ($330) and the fix would be to cut into our wall and repair the leak in the valve($970). $1650 not including repairing the wall they would have to destroy to replace the key valve. They collected 50% immediately even before any work was even started. Jason then sent Aaron to actually do the work.He capped all gas lines, ran a pressure test, cut the hole in the drywall and then announced that it wasn't the key valve that was leaking but rather a $20 flex hose that was easily accessible from the panel on the fireplace (no need to cut into the wall). It was repaired within minutes. Cost? still $1650! I asked for a reduction in the $970 repair cost since the valve was not replaced or repaired in any way. They refused to give me any credit for work they DID NOT DO indicating that I signed a contract to "open the wall" and "fix the leak" so the $970 repair still applied even though they didn't have to repair/replace the valve. We later found out from SWGas that a building permit and subsequent inspection ($350 charged by Empire) would have been eliminated with a simple waiver from Empire indicating the key valve was not leaking and the flex hose was repaired. Empire unnecessarily ruined my wall which now has to be repaired. I was charged for work that was not done.

Experiencing the June triple digit heat is definitely easier with Jason H on call from Empire! Very courteous and professional as he arrived to tend to our AC needs! He explained his process, had photos of our issue and went to work! Within 30 minutes the familiar hum of our AC unit up on the rooftop was heard! Thank you Empire and Jason H for making our day!

I have a service contact with Empire a/c for my A/C unit . DAN came out this morning, on time, and went right to work servicing my A/C and flushing my hot water heater tank. He was polite and professional.

Dan was professional, personable and explained everyday solutions to excess condensation buildup.

Our plumbing issue was a nightmare, but Jason and his crew worked tirelessly to overcome the many obstacles to fix it. Throughout the process Jason was transparent and upfront about the time it would take, and the costs involved. I highly recommend Empire and will use them for any future issues be it plumbing or other services they provide. Thank you for the job well done!

Angel did the semi-annual inspection and cleaning of our heat pump today. He was courteous, professional and efficient. He offfered to drain the water heater but we deferred it to the fall.
